I use this app in combo with the website: each has strengths and weaknesses. Quarterly subscription rates for access, would be more appealing than expensive annual rates! Strongly dislike what they've done to the app, effective Thurs 19 Oct, 2023. They messed it up and I had to uninstall and reinstall it, to have it work properly again!

Forgot to cancel before the free trial, and I've been charged $163.10. Having a really hard time reaching any kind of customer service. I can't afford this charge. I do not recommend it due to terrible access to customer service. 0/10

There was an accidental purchase made from my account of $200 for the premium package, ive used this app for couple of years and not once did i ever consider spending that amount of money on it when i have young children to feed. I contacted My heritage to ask if i can get this refunded back to me and I instantly got a response saying that I need to send through documents proving my email address etc. I sent through everything, I have not received a refund back and its been almost a month 😪

I had bought a kit and it is shipping it to a different adress than what I entered. My profile has me listed in a state that I did not enter and even though I update my account it does not reflect that after I save the changes. I paid for 2-3 day shipping and customer service is closed so there is no help to change my adress.

This is misleading in their pictures. It gives the impression it can have your cell phone read your blood pressure, etc, when it is a recorder.

An absolute rip off. You have to pay to see other people's information that they have also had pay for to find. You can't even view your own tree or information unless you pay the extortionate price they charge for subscription! Yet the content to use your information even if you delete your account! Total waist of money.

Very difficult and slow to use. If the A.I. has found matches, I do not wish to individually confirm 50 to 100 or more matches, especially if royalty. And they removed the ignore button for distant relatives you don't want to be bothered with.

BEWARE! 14 DAY TRIAL IS NOT FREE! I signed up for the 14 day free trial on their website but cancelled it in under 7 days. I was later billed £114.50 for a year's subscription! Their phone number does not work in the UK and they have not replied to my emails in 3 days. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company to try and get the money back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

my heratage needs to chsnge how they handle memberships and if one person gets free shipping than it should be that. The price is extremly expensive especially when it free. i have canceled my subscription before the trial was over and yet my heratage continued to charge me $139. ive tryed contacting them but no one answers and the voice mail. it sounds like thieves and liars came up with the B.

Basic. This app can not do much. Can't find much info on the people. Just basic Info. Frustrating. And the worst, it doesn't even load all your pictures. Back to the computer and install a free version. MyHeritage has the absolute worst customer service there is! Stay away from this.

I purchased the AI time machine package... the 9$ one... went through all the prompts until completion... just for it to continue spinning as if loading ..then crashed. And I thought 'well maybe when I open it back...it will acknowledge that I've already paid 9.90" it did not. It asked me to purchase again. So now I'm out of 9.90 and no pictures. 🙄😡

If this was also windows based and it offerd both andriod and windows together as one subscription I would buy it right away, I do most of my work using photoshop so having this in a windows based program would be ideal, let me know if you ever do this, plus you should offer this on a trial with no commitment to give credit card details.

Only giving 3 stars because their payment plans are annually, which is a big one-off cost. It's unfortunate there's no option for monthly subscription payments, or I would have kept my subscription active.

Despite the fact you get to find out your DNA results.. I was charged $220 for a subscription I didn't want. There was no email to remind the free trial was ending and contacting support has been a JOKE. I talked with a couple people saying they received my request for a refund and almost a month later absolutely nothing. They say you have 30 days to request a refund. Ive been trying to since I was charged, their customer service is terrible!

I wouldn't waste money on their subscription. Their records can be found for free on other sites. Their DNA tools are kind of weak, and they've removed features that help sort, organize and find matches. Also, they remove features without notification, and they do not respond to emails or requests submitted to their website.

I initially loved the app... Then it stopped me from uploading pics which is what I use it for. I went on an upgraded my account and then deleted some of the photos. I am still not able to upload pics. I've tried to reach customer service to no avail and I've already paid up until 2024

the site is great but it's too expensive! I'm about ready to find a different site. I think if you buy a DNA test for the world to see, it should be free or at least drop it down to an affordable amount, like 20.00 a year, so more ppl are willing and able to research and build their own trees which in turn will help everyone.. I guarantee more people will join when the price is right 🤔😁

Can't add any information. I get an unhelpful "Something went wrong" toast with no way to fix it or report the problem. Yes, I tried again later. It won't even tell me the class of error. Did I make a mistake entering the data? Do I lack permissions? Is there a server error? Don't know! Developers: this is garbage UX.
