Description of WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp Business from Meta

WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.

If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.

In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:

• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.

• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate when you're away or Greeting message to send your customers an introductory message when they first message you.

• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.

• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.

• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.

WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

*Data charges may apply. Contact your provider for details.

Note: once you restore chat backup from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business, you will no longer be able to restore it back to WhatsApp Messenger. If you would like to go back, we recommend that you copy the WhatsApp Messenger backup on your phone to your computer before you start using WhatsApp Business.

As for that status, chanel and user interface, I think am cool with that. but the must anoying part is that, once you mistakenly delete your WhatsApp or it needs update, you can't sign in in peace. It's been three days now that I lost my Whatsapp and I try signing up but couldn't receive verification code, same as two of my neighbors too. Please I urge you to fix that ASAP

I love this app it's so Good in every way, for real, I'd really like now that picture now have higher resolution and clearer like Telegram, bit one more thing I'd like if it was there, is if possible one can share his audio directly from his phone, instead of recording his voice, but it would be an added feature too...

The automatic message this app sends is really frustrating. It just sends auto "night message" to people im chatting with and it usually starts by 10pm, i tried updating the app and it stopped it but it still showed up after some days. I will be glad if it gets fixed. Thank you

I have a problem with uploading the video, when upload the video the message pop up like this ' can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again' dont know what happen, even my video 1 second still cannot send. And plus when use whatsapp web send the documents its successfully send, but on the phone apps no attachment....can someone help me on this?

It's more complicated than ever. I don't know how to delete multiple statuses once I don't see the relevance of channels. If we needed changes why not give the options of me customizing my smiley replies instead of the standard compulsory 5 options given. Why not arrange groups to be more effective in such a way, when a new person joins a group he's number goes last on the list so as to detect scammers easily and remove them without one searching for the phone number.

I don't know what has happened with these apps now( both WhatsApp and Business WhatsApp)? In the 'updated version' in both, I am not able to send or upload any video, because If I upload any video it lags. The video lags and stops in both WhatsApps. Previous version was better. This is the reason why most of the people are switching to Telegram. However I don't wanna do that. Please tell me the reason and try to solve it as well.

There's seem to hv bugs after the recent update. I can't send out any videos. A msg keep pop up says, "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again." Even its a 5-10 seconds video also can't. Somehow my friends do not experience this issue at all.

The newly added features are awesome. However, it's so frustrating that there is no search icon on the status page.I have to scroll through all the statuses before l could locate the exact one that lm looking for and it would be awesome if this is fixed also,it was easier to navigate the status page in the previous version than the of the current version s.the channels could be shifted to a different page to make it more appreciated.thank you.and frustrated friends to have and search the more...

This is crashing way too much. Everytime I try to send a text it crashes. It's not the issue of phone as all other applications are running just fine. For someone who works from WhatsApp this is a terrible experience

I used to like the app, not untill it starts clearing my messages!! Like this is the 3rd and it's annoying... All my messages that hasn't been backed up... All gone... Now the app has done it again and had refused to restore my chats.. like seriously... You guys need to fix this... Cuz it's annoying! 😡😡 I just gave it 3 star cause I used to like the app... Now I don't anymore, since the introduction of the channels the apps been misbehaving.. now I can't even search up a friend's status

This new update is frustrating. Not being able to see my Status list, like if one fails to upload i can't tell which it is. Now i can't search a particular contact's status. Many things are wrong with this upgrade. Please rectify it.

Listen whatsapp, you guys UI especially the status page needs work , the status navigation setting is almost completely hidden in an attempt to promote the whatsapp Channels, which frankly not all us want or need to see. I can't even search for statuses again and its bad . Move the channels somewhere else not everyone wants to see a bunch of channels we do not care about over my contacts status.

I have been using the app for quite some time and it's a very good app. As a student, I want to pin my groups so that they always stay on top, So I want that feature from WhatsApp to be able to pin more than 3 groups on the home screen, It would be more convenient then, Waiting 😍

Well it's a good app , but latest update is not good at all . We don't need channels its a simple app for chatting with friends, family and others so there's no need of channels in this . It's really good to use , however it's a good experience using it but developer should remove channels and should introduce new emojis.

The new is now frustrating 😡. The formal update is better. I can't even search for the status I want to view. Can't even check my status on list like before. The time of the status update is counting rubbish 😭. Please change it to the formal one. and also I don't like the channels, that's why there's Facebook and Instagram to follow them, following them on Facebook, Instagram and other platform is enough not what's business please. Thank you😔

I find it very difficult to forward a message in my WhatsApp. I have a lot of free space in my phone storage. But even though, it's takes a lot of time to forward even a small text message. This is really making me hate WhatsApp business. Moreover, I can't even use it at urgent times. I really need you to find me a solution ASAP in the next update.

This used to be my favourite social media app until this new update, I hate it. The app no longer have that simplicity, so bulky, the channel stuff should have been an optional something. Now I can't review my status update without going through every one of them, the status search button is missing also, I'm not liking the way my contacts status now appears in the tab. To be sincere Whatsapp is no longer fun to me

The app used to be okay but not anymore with that channels thing. Can you please add a button to hide channels ? Not everyone need/want that feature but it's like it has the main focus on the updates page, everything is collapsed to highlight channels and it's very annoying.
