Every 7 days or so, it needs to be updated. Why? It doesn't change anything at all and it's annoying. The feedback and complaints option is a joke. Not user-friendly at all. Blurry, tiny photos for non robots verification so you can never send a complaint. No problems with the service, but if I have anymore updates to do, I will take the app off. Three stars is all I can give you after trying to get a complaint sent to you after 4 tries. I'm being generous.

It worked perfectly at first. Then when after a couple of weeks the channels stopped working. I had uninstall and install dozens of times. Then I've given up. Update it seems ok I don't have too many problems as I did. I switch over to TUBI every once in a while for their horror movies I hadn't seen for years.

Hi, I'm already using the latest version; I can't update anymore. I don't know what happened, but, I can't even use this app anymore. Every 10-20 seconds, the app replays a few seconds of what it previously played. It pauses every 20-30 seconds, too. It's incredibly glitchy. It does it in high service areas, everywhere. There's no update so there's nothing I can do about it. Maybe uninstall and reinstall, but, I'm sure I'll have the same issue. Has been working better for the past week.

Some movies still don't play streaming to chromecast. None of the urban legends movies play. I reported this and worked with your developers a year ago. Same with Stephen King Sleepwalkers. After this latest upgrade, the app just crashes and disconnects from chromecast. Otherwise, the app does what it's supposed to do.

It is very good and it is totally Free they even haven paranormal investigations. The only problem I'm having is the connection is not good. Video keeps going in and out, it takes forever to come in and when going back to it later and press continue it doesn't do anything I have to close it out and start over sometimes taking 10 mins or so to get it going

It is frustrating to use. This app is quite easily the worst streaming app I've ever used. It has a 100% fail rate for me. Every single time I've used it, there are issues that make it anywhere from annoying to frustrating to down right unwatchable. There is absolutely no way this app legitimately has a 4 star rating. Read down through the comments just to see the problems which apparently are never addressed. Nothing more than an ad trap for unsuspecting people. Don't waste your time.

I have had this for a few years and have loved it. The past few weeks it has been so problematic that I had to Uninstall just to reinstall. Now it is saying my sign in is not valid and I'm locked out? Ooooook. *** After uninstalling and re-installing a few times, made to reset my password, the time-line display is STILL only showing 3 links that are duplicates of the same one. I guess it is time to find another platform. This is going the "Crackle" way.

Not letting me scroll the watch/guide grid... it will scroll until my stylus or finger gets to the top of my screen but then as soon as I let up from screen, it goes all the way back to the beginning of the watch/guide grid. Even using the individual "gene" tabs along top of the grid, scrolling doesn't hold. Only way to get away from the beginning is by tapping on any random show but then u can't get back to the beginning or past the current random show just tapped.

I've been using this app for over a year. And I've been putting up with the super annoying redundant ads. It has been unbearable to actually watch and enjoy anything with these ads popping up every few mins. But now this is the last straw. I did an update a few days ago and can't watch anything. I see from similar reviews that I'm going through the same as many others. I can't scroll down to make a selection. It keeps jumping back up to the top of the menu. I'm going to delete this app for good.

Can't navigate Live TV. If I scroll the channel list, it resets back to the position of the channel that's playing. If I click on a category, it briefly jumps to that location, then goes back to the position of the channel. It's basic feature is UNUSABLE. Also, why do you still show OANN? It's a channel known for spreading misinformation and supporting the Capitol invasion.

On demand is near impossible to use. The show I'm watching will restart very frequently, and then I have to watch the same ads over again when I fast forward to where I was. Would've been a five star review, but this app rarely lets me finish a show without restarting it. I don't know what's causing it, but it needs to be fixed. You have made television annoying, frustrating, and downright unusable. Shame on you.

Update to my review. Down to 2 stars now. Not only does the user interface change from device to device, making it impossible for me to scroll thru the guide but now I'm not even able to search for anything nor am i able to look at anything on demand. It just keeps loading and loading forever and never seems to load at all. Please fix and my review would be much better. Without these glitches and bugs I'm experiencing, would've been at least 4 to 5 stars!!

The app on my Chromecast/Google TV is just awful. Despite repeated reinstalls, the channel guide will not load at all, nor will my favorites. It is impossible to navigate. I end up having to open the app on my phone and cast it to my TV, which is ridiculous. I've rebooted my Chromecast and uninstalled and reinstalled the app repeatedly. I love Pluto TV, but this latest release of their Chromecast app for Google TV is the worst of all the apps I have.

What is the point in not letting people remove a title from continue watching. The movie is over, but it stays there because it's not at the very end, and no way to remove it, except for fast forwarding to the end, and even then it takes it back to the point that you started fast forwarding with the slider and remains on continue watching anyway, unless you do it a certain way. Dumb! Don't even have trailers, and it stutters on live channels.

It has tons of channels but the biggest problem this app has is navigation. Every single time I open this app I have to sign back in to access my favorite channels. And every iteration I've used this on (roku, chromecast, this phone) randomly during commercials the audio will very loudly just turn into mind-numbing static noise that wont stop until you change the channel. This app could be #1 in the world but they really have a long way still to go before it could consistently be called "good."

Sorry, but I have dropped my 5 star review because of how extremely difficult it is to navigate through this app! There is also a constant problem with channels whenever you click on one! You have to go out of the app and back in to find other ways to get to the channel you want! There is also a problem with the app dropping out! This is the ONLY APP that does this on my Chromecast and it's NOT my Internet. It's definitely the app! I was enjoying Pluto until all these glitches started adding up!

I was obsessed with this app for a couple weeks. We watched Jeopardy and Ninja Turtles constantly. Now daily the channels suddenly won't load and it gets stuck on whichever channel you watched last. I can only fix it by clearing cache and force stopping the app at least once a day. Very annoying. Update: channels seem to work now, however a new issue has begun - the app will randomly exit out and I have to hit back to get back to the show. Definitely more useable now but still annoying.

When I open the app, a random show from the live TV section starts playing. There is no pause or stop button. Even when I switch over to the on demand tab, the show keeps playing until I select something else to watch. I contacted support to see if there's a way to prevent this from happening, or to make it stop once it starts. They said no. So I won't be using this app.
