I request to all Please don't use this app Too many ads. There just seems to be no end to ads. I just keep clicking on x sign to close the ads but everytime i play the x button there is another ad. To do a work of 5 minutes i end up watching ads for 15 minutes and i ultimately close the app after being irritated without doing any work. Useless app.

Constant, intrusive ads. I would not trust or recommend uploading anything with personal information, or using this to store your only copy of a valued file. BUT a terabyte is a LOT of storage for free, so I would recommend it for a secondary backup of non identifying files (music etc.).

This app is a complete disappointment. The excessive ads are infuriating, and the download speed keeps dropping on its own. Pausing downloads only leads to them restarting from scratch. Overall, a terrible experience. And its not user friendly.

The uploading is not stable, it will stop the upload very very often, even it is connected to wifi. I need to disable the auto backup for a few seconds and re-enabled it to continue the upload. The app still cannot show preview for photo that is over 20MB.

It gives lot of space for bargain price or few ads but there are many problems. For everyday use UI is to clunky and intrusive and its media viewer is especialy bad. For backup is a mess as it just multuplicates files with same name in a folder. For long term storage it is suspect because several chinese companies with such large TB offers already discontinued its plans (tencent). Want to share family photos with friends they must first downliad app and pass several ads to watch it.

Really, developers? I just updated the app into the newest version, but i couldn't even upload a single file? I'm trying to upload some files, but it keeps giving me the “network error, try again” message. That's weird, when in reality my network is just fine. Once again, this issue occurred in the latest version

Ad displaced is too much annoying. Force to open Google play store is also disgusting. Ui design and customization need updated to user’s friendly, easy, hand, minimalistic with more customizations and features. Front and animation view, Size need more larger than present.

Dismal. Ads appear so often and are so irritating (and irrelevant to me) that it outs me entirely off using and evaluating the app. They are so annoying that they seem less like a way to finance the initial free storage and more like a way to grind you into paying them. Fair enough I suppose, but it is a huge impediment to being able to say if it's good enough or not.

There's this very annoying bug which have been existing since ages ago but haven't been fixed yet in which when you try to move a file or folder from one place to another, in the midst of moving, the selection spread to all the other files and folders which I don't intend to move and finally all the existing files and folders gets caught up in the move.

This is one of the worst apps you can find here. This app is very heavy, it forces you to watch add every seconds you open it. It also has so many useless notifitication everytime you explore it. The app is filled with too many useless features that it will waste your phone memory. You will waste your time more opening this app than uploading or downloading files. Try to avoid this app if possible, and just stick with google drive or offline usb sharing.

Worst app ever this app has so much ad that you can not even use the app just open the app to enjoy ads that's it u can see ads in every single click. We understand that ads are necessary to run the company financially but it does not mean that a user have to see only ads I think you shoud change your name from "TERABOX" to "ADSBOX" it's suits better

It's a mess and there's so many ads it's almost impossible to use the app. Every single time you open the app you will get at least one unskippable full screen ad, sometimes 2 or more on top of one another all with very loud audio. Ads are annoying so much annoying that I want to delete my account and uninstall this application

Pop up to the browser becomes annoying every time I enter Terabox app. Anyways, the upload photos is free. The ads are OK in the app but pop up ads to the browser is annoying.

Too many ads. I can't view the images clearly because they are covered with ads. Always looks dim to me. Great free storage though. Have to download photos to see them clearly.

Too bad... I mean I've used this app before u brought up the rules that only premium users can upload video now I downloaded it back today, logged in with the account I use the first time I downloaded the app hoping that I would see the videos and photos I uploaded but instead all was gone... Pained me a lot not to see the videos and photos I backed up. All I'm trying to point out is I was expecting to see all the videos and photos I bckd up into your cloud box since it was put into a cloud app.

The most hopeless app. Don't download. Uploaded files are not downloaded properly. When app starts it shows ads of atleast 5 seconds everytime it opens. Ads are irritating, sometimes it shows 2 3 ads. Doesn't upload video and audio file. It asks for premium so... I've installed it...better not to download the app. And deveoper team do not contact me on my email, sorry and yes.. after reading this feedback don't forward stereotype replies, it won't work. Better work on improvising the app.

I've been using terabox for over a year now and i haven't got any issues aside from ads (which is understandable) but when i got that free lifetime 1TB storage i find it sketchy like what's the catch? Will my data be leaked or sold? And how do you profit off it? Overall i find Terabox a really good cloud sotrage with its free ways of getting temporary and lifetime storage.
