This is a very good and useful app that includes an excellent basic diagnostic tool which allows you to tell at a glance whether the phone's important functions are working normally! I would have given 5 stars if Samsung diagnostics had also included a check on the processor! 😀

Been like this 4 months fingerprints scan does not works anymore, it's capable with Samsung Galaxy S20 fe. I use fingerprints safety for my banking and all other app sure as photos, phone contacts. They keep popup saying "if happen again please restart the phone." Which I did 20 times cause all that stupid last update messing up the whole systems. Soon I will take my phone to store and will tell me what wrong. It's might be coming from you guys Messi g up the systems.

I wish Samsung had better microphones like Apple. I just got this phone and know someone else who just got theirs and they had issues too. I couldn't understand one thing they were saying. Apple has different settings for their microphones which makes a world of difference. Pleaseeeeee fix this. I shouldn't have to update my apps everytime I talk to someone or have turn off my Bluetooth just to talk to someone, that makes it harder, and phones are supposed to make something easier.

The app was mostly functioning correctly, but with some features, it tended not to give accurate results. The coupons and several other offers weren't working or saying that I needed to connect to the internet when I already had. Overall, it's a very average experience.

I have not received any response from Samsung regarding any of the issues Im having with my A53 5g with its manufacturing defects. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them only to have them hang up on me.

Diagnostics is in need of an update since all the new models are no longer using wired headphones, and Sims are pre-installed without a tray.

This checks to see how your battery is working your Sim card wifi etc. Can tell you about updates that has come out and even chat with other samsung users. I would say you probably won't use it alot but a good app to have.

All is well on the Galaxy A03s, other than minor USB connectivity uses, most likely hardware related. Beware, please buy extended warranty when purchasing Samsung products, or a new smartphone!

I find this great as it told me when battery was getting bad on my old phone just when I had updated it for a new one, so I knew I did the right thing. It's great to find out if anything is wrong with your phone.

It's too complicated. I could not utilize all I was told to do, like pressing a swipe key, and my 5 didn't register properly. I was unable to complete all tests.
