This app it's awful, everytime I watch the app and then exit. Have to look where I stay on whatever I'm watching, then logs me out of the app. Freezes, I think if people is payment for a services you need to provide good quality not this horrible experiences unfortunately I'm experiencing. I will probably cancel my subscription I this continues

This app is absolutely awful!! I have so much trouble signing in on my TV. Most of the time I can't login at all so I have to watch on my phone. It's a waist of money. On my phone it rarely starts where I left off. It does the same on my TV. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it on all my devices and it does not help!! I do not recommend this app.

The continue watching need serious help, it doesn't show what I have been watching. The search engine is another, you have to type in the WHOLE name of what you're trying to watch, name is long in some shows and there is not enough room in the search bar for it. I was watching a novela and it just stopped and says cannot watch. This is with paid subscription by the way.

Horrible quality on sports games, I only got it to watch Chivas on away games, and the streaming is worse than if you are staling the stream on any web. The novelas and movies are okay, but I got Premium to watch games, and the poor quality at 240p isn't worth it. Do not recommend it, as well as you get a ton of ads even with premium price.

Good content, but has too many issues. Most of the time it doesn't remember where you left of a show. Especially in multiple devices. It won't load all the time it sits on the Vix start up and says intente de nuevo. You can do better.

I installed it on my tv. The quality signal is very poor: 480p. It is not worth paying for that bad service quality. I got a VIX trial on Prime Video, and I realized the quality is an amazing HD. But I need to pay for another VIX account through Prime Video. I can't sign in my current VIX account on Prime Video. They need to upgrade the VIX app to stream in better quality.

I'm still waiting for the multiple profile option. Having multiple people in 1 household using the same account with no profile preferences makes continue watching your shows a pain if we are more than 1 watching the same show at the same time. PANTAYA was a better program than VIX. I like the variety, just not the application.

Good app, I would love less adds or at least shorter adds...update: downgrade the rate because it does not let me register to the platform and it deleted the progress of my shows Update: now the app has like 8 add every time and sometimes is the same add over and over again... that is why I lower the score... the adds must be less

This App is extremely slow, I regret paying an Annual fee for it. Like you could wait more than 2 minutes or more for it to Load and play something. Also it would be Awesome if the App had multiple language settings, Currently the App is in Spanish and there is no way to change that to another Language such as English.

Got premium because of the annoying ads, save ones over and over again was driving me crazy. Now the novela will freeze and start over, I go back to where I was and then it gives me an error message. So annoying, please fix this glitch.

For starters. I still get adds even though I'm a "premium subscriber" the adds are so repetitive. On top of that it doesn't save where you stopped watching and sometimes it goes to the next episode before the prior one even ends.. I'll probably just cancel. It's not worth the money.

Horrible streaming service. Ads are still present after signing up for the premium plan. When you try to chrome cast from your device it takes you to the sign up page for premium. Vix claims that casting only works on their website, so I login on my computer only to see that there is not a single option to cast. Would not recommend.

New review I'm changing my review. The app has gotten better. It doesn't crash or heat up my phone anymore. I would give it 5 stars if only the TV programming it offers had more variety or no commercials would be better for the premium package. Old review Good programing, but crashes too much. My cellphone heats up way too fast.

I love the concept of this app. I'd been waiting for something to watch Spanish television shows. However the app needs so much work. I don't watch TV on my phone but I can't stand how the TV app randomly logs you off and when you try to log back in, sometimes it only gives you the option to join premium which I have. Additionally, I hate that you can't save a show. If you want to watch a certain episode, you have to do a show search. It'd be nice to save shows to your favorites like other apps.

Episodes freeze, and after a while of trying to reload, it resets the whole episode and starts from the beginning... and you would think that it would play without a problem this time but NO, it freezes in the same spot and it reloads again only to end up playing from the beginning AGAIN... it's not my internet bc I used 3 different servers and devices today and all 3 had the same issue. Really getting tired and annoyed... PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION it's supposed to be without interruptions...horrible

I really love the app so far and I enjoy all the content. The only thing that sucks is that you can't upgrade your subscription from monthly to annual. I was trying to see if I could switch to annual, but I guess you need to cancel first.

I'm giving this app/streaming service 3 stars because it doesn't provide English subtitles. Backstory: No matter how much I try, I don't speak nor understand a lot of Spanish, only bad stuff. I lived with my best friend, who is a Spanish speaking Hispanic for 6 years and still nothing. She showed me La Usurpadora on Netflix as luck would have it. It had english subtitles. Now I haven't seen this show in years and would love to watch it again. If possible, please provide english subtitles.

no chromecast connection. they should've kept prende TV I was able to watch my favorite tv shows on TV. I kept seeing they're working on getting it to work on chromecast but when it's been months. on top of that they're charging and you cant stream unless you have a roku TV. prende tv was perfect the way it was. when is it going to be available for is chromecast user. I am annoyed & tired of seeing we are working on it especially since its been months & you've been charging a monthly fee
