Very poor desktop computer experience. It used to be great. That's the way I started listening and got a subscription. Then I added it to other devices. Everything was good until maybe six months ago. When I realized I couldn't always connect on my desktop. I would only get the logo page and nothing else would happen. Now sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't. It's so frustrating! But it works fine on my other devices!

I loved Pandora. I still do, but for the last week and a half, it's been opening and playing randomly throughout the middle of the night. I have to make sure the volume is off on my phone, and if I forget...it will randomly start blaring in the middle of the night. Edit: It had stopped open and playing in the middle of the night. However just a couple days ago, it started opening again. Not playing but popping up and running in the background. 🤦‍♀️

I've been using Pandora for many many years. Unfortunately recently the functionality of the app is shoddy at best. It constantly closes out and says it's not responding. When I try to send feedback, it also closes out. Buttons are unresponsive when the app opens. I also still get the music randomly playing at times. The app went from amazing to terrible over the last few months. I don't understand. I even pay for premium. What the hell.

No idea what's been going on the last few months, but the app has gone rogue. Launches by itself, stops songs in progress, shuts off randomly. Honestly the biggest annoyance is the fact it launches on its own in the background multiple times every day now. I have to Uninstall to get it to stop! Awful, after years of paying for the service. Time to find something that works. Smh.

I've been using Pandora practically since it was created, and it's quality has seriously degraded over the last year or two. There has been a bug for months where the app opens itself and starts playing without any interaction. Sometimes it just opens silently in the background and wastes battery. Even despite that, I've been pretty disappointed in the suggestions. It used to play some new items with your liked items in a station, now it's just the same artists over and over across all stations.

App is now trash. The app continues to open itself. I can close the app, and within a second or two, it automatically opens back up and starts playing again. I've given it absolutely NO permission to do this, and it is EXTREMELY frustrating. The only way to stop it is to go into app settings on the phone and toggle random settings until it stops. Utter trash.

I love Pandora. It has all my favorite music and more. Even when I can't decide on what artist to listen to, I can just shuffle the stations. The only thing that irritates me, is the glitching music or blackout screen because the app is not responsive. It was working, now I can't play my music at all. I restarted my phone last night, and it turned on by itself. However, when I got up this morning and willingly turned it on, the app glitch again.

You literally cannot turn it off!!! I have used this app for years. Recently, no matter what I do, it starts itself up. Not connected to wifi, Bluetooth or any device. I have closed it, force stopped it, it just starts back up. It's up to date. What the hell happened? I have to uninstall because I can't have random music starting up all day everyday!

I would like to thank Pandora for a great 9+yrs. Been a paid subscriber for almost a decade. But, with the recent problems of randomly starting and playing in the background for the past week and clearly no fix in sight, I am canceling my subscription and finding a new provider. I've went through the troubleshooting...I did everything support asked... and this app still starts at random times throughout the day and night. Loss of sleep, music playing in meetings, and battery drain is too much.

I've used this for many years. Recently some songs I've given thumb up, that I based entire stations around, stopped showing up. Things come and go but still annoying. Ads are getting more frequent and that's just cancer. To make it all worse, recent update makes pandora start playing in the active background randomly without permission at any given hour. No setting seems to fix this. (Side note, it would be nice to have an ignore all live-concert option)

Don't know if its a recent update or what, but the app which never really had an issue before as been buggy as all get out. Every time I initially start it, it gets stuck on whatever song, can't skip or change station. Then closing it through the running app screen or notification bar does nothing- continues playing. Eventually reopening it, it gives a notice that the app is not responding and allows it to close and can reboot. Frustrating to do this every time.

How on earth do you report a big through Google play; I'd like to showy system data as well. I'll be listening to a song and just randomly it will cut out and I'll have to re-launch Pandora. Or if I'm listening to a song, and I need to look up something on chrome or I use another app for anything Pandora freaks out closes the music and I'll have to re-launch the app. This is bogus. And there are times while using Bluetooth connection to play through my vehicle the music will cut out then pla

It was a good app... A lot of music to choose from... Still has way to many commercials and always runs in the background... And for some strange reason, the developers don't know how to fix it... I just updated... Yep, still not fixed. Constantly have to force stop this app because it ALWAYS runs in the background...

Pandora is a pretty decent music app. They have most songs and usually I can find what I'm looking for, but when the update came out it became extremely glitchy and I couldn't really listen to music. I'm not sure if this is only with my phone but I got a new phone recently and it I'm still experiencing the same thing. Please fix this! 😊

Although there is the random starting of the app I still give 5. The ability to change the mode of each station so I can get the algorithm I want is pretty rad. I suggest people research what they can actually do on the app instead of just download and complain. It's not a game, so there's no tutorial guys. Super easy to navigate both on my phone and my LG TV. I do hope the random start up gets fixed soon though.

They PURPOSELY programmed it to "AUTO PLAY " when the app hasn't been used for a certain amount of time. You must restart your phone to stop it but restarts it's internal count down and will start up all by itself later on. Even after removing all permission, it still does this! They have been made aware by many other and refuse to fix it!!!!! I really don't think it is a glitch, and even if it were, it shouldn't take this long to fix.

Less stars because it had randomly started playing music without the app being open. Not to happy that I'll be having a conversation or it needs to be quiet, and if I don't have media volume turned off it just starts playing. The app won't even be open for me to quickly close it down. I have to go find the app, open it and then pause of close it down. Annoying. Thinking about uninstalling.

This app is glitchy. It's the best free radio app I've been able to find, but while this happens all the time, is the worst example so far. In the middle of the night(430am) Pandora which was not even used the previous day, but rather the night before began to play at high volume for no reason. My spouse was unable to get back to sleep as it woke them first. It would not turn off until I turned the app on then off. This needs fixed, Pandora! Then you you can have 5 stars.
