The last update is the worst so far. Recording is inefficient and incredibly annoying with all the moved and removed features. The camera appears extremely close and it is impossible to record a good video. Despite all the ads there are less songs to sing for free than ever. My Verified tag was removed without explanation when I followed all the requirements. No matter how many times I look at the notifications in the app, they continue to mark as unseen. The app is almost as bad as Smule now.

Fun. Was just about perfect at first: tons of songs to choose from, 3 different ways to post content, and lots of party to perform for. But now. Everything I record it faster than the music and there is NO adjustmemt for slowing your voice down. Only speeding up. Makes no sense to me. But alright. Will be uninstalling and trying again later. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I loved this app before. It's still ok but I have some issues. I had many songs on here and all but one are just gone. Also, the available songs to sing are way less than before. Every song or artist I search just keeps saying there will be more songs coming soon. There used to be way more songs available so that has been a huge disappointment. Your voice and music don't match up either. I liked it better before and I hope it's all fixed and put back the way it used to be.

I used to really enjoy this app, but all the recent updates have made it both confusing to navigate and impossible to understand. With no explanations, it has become more frustrating than ever. And if you are any sort of "talent" on there (or hope to be one), forget it. The qualifications keep changing & there are no explanations on how to to get or keep tags. Horrible changes to something that used to be great.

Still love the app but as everyone said you can't seek anywhere in the song! You have to listen to the entire thing. Also, you can't exit out of the song once you click on sing. Before if you changed your mind or if it was the wrong version you could click the "x" and exit back to the options. Now you have to act as it you are finished with the recording. It's awful. Please stop changing things that don't need to be fixed!!!

Not many free song choices. You have to hold phone speaker to your mouth if you don't use headphones. The sound effects are not good. Especially autotune, it's horrible and robotic. Its nice that you can record and lyrics are there for you. Much like guitar hero but with your voice. This app just wasn't for me.

I'm really enjoying using this app, it's gotta be the best karaoke app I've ever seen. There's such a vast collection of songs to choose from and I'm not encountering many issues with the app registering my singing in recording. Being able to adjust volume levels after recording is done is great, too, so I can turn down the music if it's too overpowering!

It seems good and all, but it doesn't have all the songs I like. For example, there's onmy 2 songs by Jubyphonic in there-- only one of which I know. I can't find much English Vocaloid to do duets with my friend in, and that part is kinda disappointing. It's needs a bit of a wider variety for *all* genres. Other than that, it's pretty good

Love this app. Great song selection, feedback from others, you never have to worry, your vocals will not matching the music like it did during recording when you play back the song, as I've found to big a big issue on other apps. It really is a lot of fun, even if you're not a great singer everyone is very positive in their comments. I highly recommend.

Just tried the app, and it's got great song choices, but from the start I could tell I wasn't going to be able to use it. I use a Bluetooth headset, and it accounts for the lag, but only after you've finished singing the song. During singing, you can't acquire fair points for the effort you've put into the song. After singing, the adjustment is difficult to use. The slider isn't precise enough. Please adjust the pre-singing lag for wireless headsets.

I like singing with Starmaker bc they have so many songs available. It's great that I can sing SOLO, I don't have to join/duet with others just to sing a song. U pay to upgrade to VIP and get more features, but I didn't find it worth my money. The worst experience i had with the app is static, noise, buzzing mic issues when recording. I thought it was my headphones, so I kept buying new ones, until I realized it was a bug or updated issues. It sucks when u can't sing when u want!

Decent app, really nice community on here. My only major problem with the app is most of the songs are Premium only, which you have to pay for. It wouldn't be an issue if only the better recordings on the app were restricted, but for example, there are no free Fall Out Boy Songs and it's honestly really frustrating. I know why they do that but still something to considered when downloading the app.

I am extremely impressed with the enormous number of available tracks in so many languages. I did sing in 6 different languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Sanskrit and English). Some tracks' tempo (too fast, and felt rushed) and lyrics need correction. These are more common with other Apps. A few tracks are not available but can be requested. Thank you very much for such a service to all music lovers.

Best karaoke app I've found so far! There are a bunch of these I can't seem to understand, like the events. But they have a great song selection and songs that are graded or not. Some songs are poorly timed or have typos, but there are generally enough versions of the same song that you can just select another. Rooms are a great way to get that social karaoke feel, and there are so many that you're bound to find your crowd. Duets allow you to tag people to sing with. Love this app!

There's a lot of things on this app that needs more detailed explanations...IN ENGLISH!!! How to level up, become verified, get VIP, earn stars for ranking and such...there are no detailed explanations for any of this on the website or the app. Also the grading system for songs doesn't actually go on how well you sing, rather than getting the timing right. As long as it's in the right timing, you make an A+ or higher on the song. If all this was clear in english, I would give 5 stars.

Thanks for the bug fixes and enhancements... sound quality has improved now but still not like earlier version. Also, the draft functionality is still not complete. We don't see the .m4a or .mp4 file on our phone after the song has been posted. It would be awesome if we can save and listen to the audio file that gets uploaded in advance. Also, we can't join the collab from someone's cover unlike earlier. Now, when we click mic icon on duet cover, it starts fresh recording instead of the duet.

Great fun! But... I find this app to be very difficult to navigate. It's noT an intuitive interface. Also, be sure of what you decide to upload. I may be wrong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete. Another thing, I suspect a large number of "bot like" profiles that automatically comment & compliment. I had 20+ "follows & followings" before having ever sang a song. Have fun!

I love this app, but I hate that the audio is always out of sync. I've got the vocals at max speed & they're still too slow. It's frustrating when you know you did really good on a song, but you end up having to delete the video because the vocals are so badly out of sync the video isn't enjoyable to watch and it doesn't even look like you singing. Please fix asap. There's no point in having this app if it doesn't work right. I'll be happy to come back & give it 5 stars when it's fixed
