Excellent application But, their is no other bundles between 30 to 75 SAR. So kindly give recharge bundles between 30 to 75 SAR.... Network is good 👍👍, No issues Alhamdulillah......

I subscribe to their promo but the promo doesn't work and when i subscribe to unlimited social monthly i have to wait for hours,currently waiting 2 hours already,system is not good right now

It is not working, I forgot my password and unable to recover. The next icon is not working. In general, it is not user friendly and malfunctioning sometimes

Mobily Team, This is the second time this is happening to me. I paid SAR 210+vat15%=SAR 241.00 for 50GB +30 +80GB, however i have only received 50GB. I called customer service and this is the second time he is saying offer is over. As I have asked him to cancel and return back the money. He told me to wait till the package date is over which is 60 day and if i do not use the data, the amount will be returned bcak to me after 60 days. Really?????? Is this what you guys are doing. Fix this issue!

Hi, I want to recharge my Number with Qatari Bank Credit Card after selecting VISA In option, entering the OTP. Still showing error and not possible to recharge. I have balance in Card & Magnetic Transaction is also selected for KSA. still not able to recharge.

Very bad experience, for haji people who came to perform for hajj pilgrimage, this people forcely issue sim without any introduction, haji anware about it. Giving high price package for haji campare to other network, second difficultly faced by haji to recharge phone there is no outlet to recharge, other campany outlets easy available in everywhere, to get recharge distance to reach 5 km not a joke, how the airport authority given permission in the airport. Some people even get there sim active

Worst apps! I came for Hajj and bought a package! Now I can't even register thru the apps and hence blind about balance information. Direct code also not working. Horrible apps and network! N.B. After their below reply I have sent mail with screenshots, but no response.

Improving day by day. Easy and quick. Here by this I would like to request to improve the service at stores to. Most service men are un aware. For last 2 years I am trying to get my number transferred from old iqama to new Iqama but evn my 10 visits no result.

Worst telecom operator I have come across. They only know how to rip off the customers which is a shame. I have been having frequent network issues and inconsistent internet which I have reported to them several times. They had replaced my sim card twice earlier however issue remains same. I was paying them for such kind of service!!!!! They only know how to charge the customer left, right and center. Stay far away from them peeps!!!!!

I face a lot of problems singing in on my account. Every time I try the app keeps saying incorrect password. I even chose forget password still can't manage to use my account. Please Mobily App solve this issue as quickly as possible
