Lalamove can not "deliver faster" when all their riders keep trying to get multiple bookings for one trip. Worst of all, most of the riders don't even tell you that they intend to take more orders before they leave. They'll just surprise you by delivering your package an hour later than usual. How can we resolve this?

some drivers take too long to deliver the items. double booking is acceptable but it should not take the whole day to deliver it especially if it's only within the metro

the surcharges is not accurate base on the Courier, For example I booked Sedan with 492pesos Surcharges with Good Weather no rain light traffic in some areas Noon, the regular fee is Only 300+ it became 700+ or less than 800pesos while The 600kg MPV when I checked it's just only 500-600pesos without surcharge. I doubt.

This app is very irrelevant anymore, because anytime of booking is always spending long time before accepting it. They accept only if there is additional. Very poor app😏😏😔😔😔, disgusting. Hoping for improvement on this app

Good application and fast. But there's one I want to make it enhance in the application. The tracking of the map on real time. When delivering the item... But over all it's excellent.

I was a grab user when it comes to ordering express to pick up and deliver to location, they were so unreliable till I had to download lalamove and within 5 minutes a driver was found and my problems were resolved, for that alone I'm giving 5 star due to the problem easing thanks

Pls improve your customer service. Your customer is too bosy and impatient. I lost the item that they should deliver but instead your customer service seems to be agitated than I am. NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE DELIVERY SERVICE They get back to me with made up investigation done within 3 mins time frame and left me in chat right away. And they will give all the reasons not to assist you. Like you have to reply to them after 1 minute or else they will close the chat.

Low quality app that didn't seem like it went through a proper QA. Withdrawal of funds is inconvenient. Random pop-ups appear in the menu.

Drivers are getting smart with double bookings, each order they have another order so it'll take long. I hope you can resolve this problem, we get it drivers/operators are in need of money but still the service delays.

Worthless customer service. I experienced losing a pacel because the driver did not deliver it to the recipient. I asked if they can retrieve the item but they cannot track their own driver. Dont trust this courier service. They will lose your parcel and cannot retrieve it

booked a motorcycle today to pick up a key (6km distance), rider chose to deliver or pick up something else that's 11-12km from me and I'm still waiting (it's more than 2hrs now) I should've picked up the key myself lol this is probably my worst experience using this app as I've never waited this long before with my previous transactions, I do see the rider via app and it's not moving and I'm thinking he probably either pick up or delivered another package ABSURD

Pls read the negative feedback. Fix the gps/map! In the app it says estimated time is an hour or so but the driver will literally be 1-3hrs late and you can't even know where they're, so you have to wait the whole time just to be sure that you will be there once they arrived. The drivers are great, only if the map is properly working this will definitely be a 5star.

One of the disadvantages of this apps is, driver will not follow the base price. Unless u increase tips. Then when they call u, they will increase price again during the call

I don't usually leave review on apps but this is absolutely ridiculous and SHOULD be fixed. What is the purpose of scheduling a booking if the app tries to look for a driver immediately!! The driver even tried to pick up my order the second it was booked despite it being written that the pick up was for hours later. Absolutely useless scheduling option and definitely won't be using it again unless it's fixed. Otherwise will be sticking to other apps.

cant understand why map of route is so confusing. showing another super roundabout way. i am not sure whether rider is following that route but i see later that he is going another way. something wrong with your waze or gps i think.

Good platform but lack human touch & communication as FAQ may not be enough. Sad. Also, I was worried, as 2 drivers grabbed job then cancelled shortly, so I tried to get platform to assure me, no last minute cancellation 2 days later, but to no avail.

Their service and app features improved! Before i have a hard time cancelling the booking since it requires before to call the service provider for cancellation, now, it can be done in their app.
