It took some time learning how to use the app. Now, l'm understanding more and more of how to use it. It's become extremely useful. I'm so grateful for the live bus info. It can be rather unnerving waiting for the bus to arrive. This provides more comfort when taking the bus.

The concept is great. But it has made me miss my bus twice already by showing the stop on the opposite side of the street, and it doesn't show what way you are facing in order to make it easier for when this stuff happens. I was an hour late to an appointment. Also when a bus is down, it tells you that, but it doesn't really give you clear options. I had a bus delay and it just said sorry for the inconvenience. Later found out there was other options. Not sure why it would stay on the delayed

Overall good, but has lots of ads and half of the screen is taken by suggestions to take Uber, I'd like to be able to remove those just like for other transport options. Not only do I not use Uber, it isn't even reliable here. If you add the option to remove the Uber suggestions at least, I'll change my review to 5★ promptly. Looking forward to seeing you fix it!

Very non intuitive, very hard to find basic info, very annoying! It would be nice if I could see the train info after buying a ticket, the current UI only allows you to see that you have an active ticket, but gives no real info like train number, platform number, etc. It would also be nice if I didn't get all sorts of stupid notifications about services I don't use, and the opening screen showed my most frequently used services first.

Live location disappear AT ALL after the latest update. I thought it's my problem at first, so I redownload it, and the new issue come out. They unable the view of the live location feature for the users, only those who subscribe the app could be. Well, I still subcribe it before I'm still have the hope for it, yet it's disappointing me when the live location feature still the same issue with no live location, only estimated arrived time! Waste my money!

Every update they do it gets worse, the adverts pops up at the crucial time when you need to catch the train or buses last minute when you are rushing. I know the advert is important for keeping the service running for the free version .least you could do is put the advert either when app is being closed or run it on a banner so it doesn't impact the whole status page .. it's annoying!

The website pushes hard to install the app and when you install it, there are too many ads. Ads are expectaed but are very intrusive for an app of this type. To the point where I gave up looking for the route I needed and and went to google maps to find the same info. An ad everytime you click on anything, make the app useless.

The app aggressively pesters you with a snag screen to buy the paid version when it's not worth it since it isn't user friendly and unreliable for accurate time schedules; it also tries to aggressively get you to use Uber instead of letting the user look at a list of alternate bus routes to work, home, etc. so this is one I switch to Transit app to see a list of alternate bus routes

Busses are frequently late with no way to tell (save for paying premium for live tracking, scammy as hell), riddled with intrusive ads, no clear button to buy appropriate ticket when looking at connection. honestly would be surprised if someone told me they had been paid someone to design this. Can't leave feedback as both app and site error when trying.

Worst app ever!!! DO NOT USE!!! Every time i try adding an address and serching online it sends me in a wrong direction. Last time I was in a hury and the app showed me an incorrect location that is on the other side of town. And when you try to correct it the app freaks out. Do not get me started on the impossible gps locating or direction showing when you're walking. All in all terrible experience. FIX YOUR APP!!!

I don't know what happened in this update, because it's teetering on the point of being unusable - it freezes constantly in the "loading" part when you click on one of your usual routes, making you open and close it five times before it finally shows you an ad that you can then ignore and close before finally being given the chance to see your route. If you're this desperate to show ads or to bully people into buying your premium service at least make people WANT to use your product.

3.5 stars The app does what it advertises, but sometimes the ads can be really intrusive. After letting an ad play for the allotted amount of time I would try to exit it and instead the ad would download the app. The Breaking News ad is the absolute worst offender with this method. A lot of times I end up having to close out of the moovit app altogether and reopening the app again to get to the next screen.

Monetised to death. The free version has no live tracking and there is so much ad content and other screen junk that you can barely see one stop at a time in the list and it's almost impossible to scroll. In the end I found the local bus operator had its own free website with full timetable, stops list, live timings, GPS map with current bus positions on it, everything I needed for free and no screen junk. Uninstalled.

Very unreliable app with a lot of fancy features that give u totally wrong information in Bengaluru. The bus was showing in green (meaning excellent gps connectivity). Showed arriving in 1 min (bus never arrived) and then showed the next bus arriving in 30 min. After having made alternative arrangement for airport, this bus showed up after 12min. Why can't give proper updates? How is this supposed to be a reliable app, especially for airport busses? Just plain lousy. Total waste of resources.

I want to cancel my subscription but the site does not have an option for that. This is October 20th and I have read all of the instructions to cancel my subscription so that I won't be charged and none of the functions work. Moovits' reply sent me to a function that doesn't exist. Their reply was that deleting my account won't cancel it. I told them I want both. Cancel, delete and don't charge me. This is run like a scam.

Really, this apps i have been using for a long time ago. After so many updates the live location have disappear. Very bad user experience because that was such an important feature. Even though i have subscribe the premium one still same. So, whats wrong here? Please fix it. The ads is fine. The bus is arriving but the live location not updated??

So unfortunate. This app used to be a must-have for me, but it has become absolutely impossible to use. The app refreshes itself every few seconds (or minutes at best), requiring me to input the information repeatedly. I don't mind that they've added commercials or premium options; at the end of the day, I'm always willing to support good services that make my life easier. However, this is not one of them.

Used to be a great app. Now, it's inaccurate, frequently misses the travel time, bus arrival, and doesn't recommend the best routes (sometimes, even skips the nearest transports). Also, it's filled with ads, that pop up while you're using the app, forcing you to accidentaly press it. Very shady, very dishonest, at this point, Google Maps is the better choice.
