After my ride, I paid using phone pay option popped up after completion of ride. After payment driver asked the cash to pay manually so I had paid twice as I'm getting late to office. I wanted to raise the complaint but didn't find any option among the options given for complaint and there is no other way to contact them. Don't use this app to avoid double payment which cannot raise the complaint for refunds.

Very Bad Experience. Shows less amount when we do the booking and at the end of drive charges more. In prime time, show that there are no cabs available and then increase the fare twice of original fare. Extremely unhappy with the service and would never use it again nor would recommend to anyone.

The main problem is that drivers ask where to go, then cancel rides as per their choice. It happens if one comes from the airport and railway station. And I have informed you several times. Please take action against them. Please give a mobile phone number of your customer service (which is not available on your app) so that we can talk to you directly instead of writing on the app.

Utterly ridiculous support. Have been trying to raise an issue with my ride for a week now, but with zero response. No active customer helpline number, all the ivr options are ridiculously unhelpful and the links shared by their own automated systems to raise issues are literally non existent. I don't know how a company as big as Ola is surviving with this type of support,but you're better off switching to Uber-at least they'll provided immediate help in case of any safety concerns during ride

Worst ever customer care service, been trying to connect with them about an incorrect fare increase par ab outstation ride ended but was unable to get on a call. Over email and chat support i was getting standard answer that you travelled 30kms more. Can someone explain me how's that possible when there's no such path on Google maps with that many kms. On top of that your driver would be able to confirm which path we took. It was a Nightmare trying to reach to them. Never planning to use again

Yesterday i took ola intercity from navi mumbai to pune. The fare breakup included toll cost but driver added toll cost on final amount. I paid via gpay so i have proof. Ola help center mentioned two things, first that any cash payment is beyond/outside our system and second that toll are not part of fare and has to be paid to driver. It means ola is earning extra by adding toll cost in fare breakup and customer ends up paying toll cost twice. Uber never does such things. Learn from Uber !

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Ola. My ride ended at the wrong location, and there was no option to report this issue. Attempts to contact customer support were futile. Now, I'm receiving repeated calls for payment, and when I explain the 'wrong address,' the calls abruptly end with different representatives. This is distressing and unprofessional. I kindly request prompt resolution and improved customer service.

An unsafe app. Driver is different. Sometimes the vehicle number is different. The drivers leave you anywhere in the midway in the middle of the night and they still ask for payment. Drivers keep asking for cash. Shittiest customer service. No consolation or resolution provided ever. I will never trust this app ever.

Final fare was higher than initial estimated fare. Initially Rs 427 was showing but after the ride 723 was the fare which I had to pay, such a huge difference. Also, when I am trying to raise my concern in payment related issue it is not opening only. It seems that purposely that option is not opening so that we can raise our issue. Apart from that everything is opening in the app.

Worst app ever. On top of that, pathetic customer support. After completing my ride first, the app hanged and didn't show my current booking or the amount. Due to which driver charged an extra 100 rs. When I conveyed the issue in the mail to customer support, they're saying the problem will be resolved using the app, but in the app, my issue is not listed. I tried reaching out using a call as well, but they disconnected the call without providing a solution. I'm deleting this app.

I literally can never even book a cab or auto when it's very urgent for me to go. The drivers only accept more costly rides such as travelling to airport. I have to cancel most of them due to this. Right now I'm trying to book a cab for a temple but it's not booking at all! Bad service.

I was trying for a long time to book a ride with all like bike, auto,cab but for the longer period I was not able to get a single ride. When I close the application its automatically get connected to a ride. It's so annoying. Have a look in this situation.

From last 2 times I am have been charged extra in the name of waiting fees... When this time I called the driver and asked him why you have updated the status to you have already recached my location even though he was still far away from me, he said you can cancel the trip... Ola app sucks as they don't have on call support for such things... When you are providing 24/7 cab services you should provide 24/7 customer service as well... Highly unprofessional...will never use ola again

Frustrating Experience ⭐ I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Ola app. The most common issue I've encountered is drivers cancelling rides before even picking up the call, often after asking about payment methods. If you select Ola Money, they seem to have a tendency to cancel. This has left me unable to use my Ola Money effectively. As a result, I'm uninstalling the app and switching to BlueSmart. Disappointing service.

Uninstall the app😡driver accepted the request but didn't arrive at the pickup location for some time. Upon calling them they told me that they weren't coming to the pick up spot and asked me to cancel the ride. My time was wasted by waiting on the driver, reasoning and arguing on call and then trying to navigate through Ola customer support. Had to opt for another mode of traveling. Why are drivers accepting requests for trips they don't even plan on taking in the first place?

Ola is a good app for riding, but sometimes drivers deny the pick up from the exact location. After waiting long, If we cancel the ride, they charge extra for the next ride. It's not good. I give this app 3 stars.

Totally bad experience, the app or the drivers don't understand the urgency of the person who's booking the cab, all they want is long route passengers and the ones who wanna within 5 km, are often ignored, totally hated the experience, it was good earlier, but now completely waste an utter nonsense and disappointment

What is the idiocy of the customer? When I have selected the ola money wallet option, how come the cash option gets selected. This has happened to me on 3 rides, first of all, how should the option not be changed automatically due to the option selected, this is not right with the customer. Unable to spend money in ola money wallet. When the ride was starting, I had selected paying Ola Money, then the same thing happened, when the ride ended, the cash option came. Please fix this.
