Better than Grab and Gojek, at least i can get a car when i need transport. I can make advanced booking with two locations. Highly recommended.

The app appears buggy as settings do not "stick". For example, I set payment mode to credit card but the setting goes back to cash for the next ride. I set the "location" to while using the app but the app still requests me to turn on location while I try to book a ride the next time round.

The map show the driver the wrong pickup point even though I have enter the correct address. The driver don't know how to find the pickup location so no choice I have to cancel the ride and charge for $7 for the app error and the driver ignorance. No way to track the cancelled record. Really disappointed with this app

Booked a ride at 655am and wait time was 10 mins. Driver need to drop off passenger, after dropping off passenger, driver take another 6 mins to drive over and only for it to cancel after waiting 16 mins.

Most of the time, it's been nice, but sometimes your drivers ask me to cancel because they don't want to pick me up. It's really frustrating and it makes me late.

GPS and clock needs to be updated. For alot of occasions, I see the cars flying across the map and your 2 mins is actually 6 mins.

Extremely rude driver with the worst attitude l've experienced. Shouting and speaking to me in a very harsh tone. I was totally taken aback by his display of temper. Does not pay attention when l told him where to drop me upon entering the cab. "Why should l listen to you?" was his retort when l mentioned that he was not listening earlier. I hope no other passenger has to experience what just happened to me.

TADA used to be cheap, but now had become the MOST EXPENSIVE Ride Hailing price among all and being overcharged by driver for nothing. Email to support, but no respond at all. Not gonna use it anymore...

Remove the irritating stupid sound each time a driver accepts or arrives. App is getting from bad to worse, taking more than 10 sec to start up.

I like to use Tada cause the price is reasonable at times however the drivers cancel our booking at the last min after waiting for longer than their prompted time... I see that it always prompt as 6 mins but it always takes them to reach longer than that due to traffic - understand but please don't cancel the booking. When the customer cancel we have to pay when the drivers cancel is there any compensation...

Always charge me extra. The drivers always go to wrong place ask me to come there then charge waiting fee..eventho ontime also they charge me extra. I was report to tada so many times seems like no response from them..its new way to earn money for tada drivers.

IVE BEEN CHASED BY A TADA DRIVER, TO ALIGHT QUICKLY WITH MY BULKY THINGS, WHOM GAVE ME RUDE REMARKS. HE ALSO ASK ME TO ALIGHT, AT THE WRONG LOCATION. TADA ALSO TOOK A LONG TIME, TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAINT ON THIS. Tada is INACCURATE mostly(driver arriving time is always LATER, of what is given in the app. Driver would arrive at 7-10 mins LATER THEN, what is given in the app.) BESIDES THIS, the app would also show as the driver has arrived, where the driver would ONLY reach 5 mins LATER, OR SO.

One of the driver I booked shouted profanities (f word) at us because he said we should have indicated the need for a booster seat (when in fact, my sister was only in Primary 5, about 120cm tall). Driver was a Chinese man, aging around 30s-40s and owned a yellow car (not sure what model but similar to a Peugeot 208 with passengers handle at the top instead). I could not leave a rating / screenshot as he cancelled our booking immediately. This is only my second time using this app.

Terrible experience. The driver was coughing all the way and he was not wearing a mask. Please get him off the road! He is a risk to all commuters taking his car.

Generally cheaper than other ride hailing apps (not always) but you have no recourse when there are issues since their customer support is virtually non-existent.
