East setup. I only wish the main screen would show if the door was locked or unlocked.

I have been using this lock and app for about a year and all of a sudden, the app stopped working, I cannot see my passcodes, cannot set a new one and I have guest coming in an hour who needs a new code! I run my business using these codes. There seems to be no where to go for tech support or trouble shooting, I am afraid to delete the app and lose all my passcodes, then I won't be able to enter my own home. Help!

Works well not intuitive you are given micro dot instructions with the equipment which is not written for a (lay person (sp))

This is perfect for anyone that constantly loses or forgets their keys. Unfortunately, can't connect to smart home devices and can only have one user at a time signed into a profile. It sucks because my fiancee would love to be able to use it, but he can't create an account because the lock is already registered to me, and when he signs into my account it signs me out. Something to think about, though. Multi user functionality would be so much better.

App works very well for me (multiple Hornbill locks). It has a bit of a learning curve, but that is expected with so many options. One wish that would make this app a home run is if it had a lock time option. Meaning that one could set a time, say 11:00p, and the locks would automatically lock.

Well there are good and bad. They look simple and cute. It was easy to install and easy to use. The locks secure well and I like the app. However, I bought two door locks and one is keep beep-beeping even tho no one is entering or exiting. The other one doesn't let me set up a custom door code. It generates random permanent codes, but I don't want to use them so any help for that?

Cannot delete an old lock. I had a faulty unit, which was replaced. But I cannot delete the original unit as I have to be within 2m of it, and just "operation failed" Please could we have a "Delete anyway" option if device cannot be contacted? Edit: no response from dev. Another suggestion... I want to leave the door unlocked, but just for a few hours. I don't want to set up a recurring schedule. Please could we have a "passage mode" for "n" hours?.

The lock is good. Got the one for main door with fingerprint, keypad, keycard, manual key access etc. But the issue is the app. After adding the lock, the app looks nothing like the images on here. The fingerprint section is missing, unable to add any fingerprints to access the lock. While adding the lock, the list of various locks don't show up as in the instructions. Can only see my lock in the list. Weird app.

I'm FURIOUS! I bought this lock 6 months ago and now, tonight, I get home and it doesn't work. I put in my pin code to unlock it and I get (3) quick repeating beeps 5 times. I reset all the codes, tried to put in another generated code and it tells me "successful" but nothing works. I went to the app to see if there was an update, and sure enough, there is (thanks for letting me know!) So, I downloaded the update and it tells me "unsuccessful - Account Not Registered." Really? I've been using my account for the last 6 months! Now I have to go through hoops of some type, that I am yet unaware of, just for the aggravation? This lock doesn't work and I'm not messing with it anymore. It should NEVER be unreliable. The fact that it is unreliable means it's a major design flaw. I'll go find the best and most reliable lock on the market. I should have known. I had a feeling in my gut when I bought this lock that something, somehow, would come down the pike, and here it is. It's a piece of JUNK! - But you got your money! 6 months of operation. That's just great. Thanks a lot.

It looks good app, but few improvements can be done. I noticed you cannot add a card through the gateway, it requires bluetooth. There is a remote add, but the card is scanned in the mobile not on door lock. There is no disable/freeze option on cards and passcodes, so to stop access you have to delete. If you change access from permanent to timed, there is no option to set it back to permanent, you have to delete and create again. Please add these small features. Thank you,

The app worked fine, up until the last October 2019 update. Since then I was not able to add any gateway to the app (G1 didn’t work and G2 either). On the G1 gateway I got the error “operation failed” and on the G2 router, it just hangs. I tried on different networks too, but got the same error === The developers were very quick to get back to me, they replied via email several hours later, saying to try again. I tried the next day and everything worked just fine, the gateway registered in 2 minutes. They didn’t explain what was wrong, but I suspect some issues with their servers. However, they got back to me and they solved the issue Overall this is a very good application

I switched devices and the app isn't recognizing my login any longer same issue I have with 2 of my clients error message invalid number for all 2 other clients

After I got new version updated here, TTlock did not record the history of who unlocked the office door at what time 😑 Dear TTlock team, can you help me to fix this bug?

Not a very good app for English speakers. The English translation looks like it was done by a semiliterate ESL student. I can't say anything good about the Owl smart lock that is supposed to interface with either. I recommend staying away from this brand. There are much better smart locks out there with apps that match the lock.

The paid version is expensive at $10/m. Authorized admin should be free feature. About the only thing you can do remotely is unlock the door as well..

Nice app, the best I have seen so far in the locks category. However, it lacks an instructions manual for users who are not so clever with this kind of new products. The user needs to understand how each function works. Also, it lacks a choice of language in parameters. It installs automatically in language of the phone but this is not necessarily the choice of the user. Thirdly, I have a dual SIM phone. The app installs only ONE instance. Ideally, I want one instance of the app for my private number and another instance for my work number. This way, I would keep both sets of locks separate. At the moment, it is not possible, all my locks are together under one phone number. Not good. I hope the developer responds to my requests. But as it is now, it is already the best app for locks.

This app has so many flaws its ridiculous. And the prices just to use the pro version of the lock is so stupid you can't use none of options in the app. Battery is flawed unlocking flawed adding people flawed. 000000 Stars.

Needs a push notification when the lock bell is pressed. Would like to disable passage mode when x distance from the house. Some features are paid. Otherwise OK
