Q: If I uninstall the app, can I get my pictures back when I reinstall the app?
A: Uninstallation the app means delete the app and all the locked files inside it. Re-installing would not recover those deleted files. So please make sure to unhide and restore to public gallery of all your hidden files before uninstalling this app.

Q: What about if I lost my phone or broken?
A: Your vault files are stored inside the device only and not online. We do not collect your private files so we would not have any backup with us.

Q: If I forgot my password?
A: If you ever forget the code to open the secret vault, You can always Recover Password by your registered e-mail id and regain access to this app by, Input 7777 then = button in our Calculator App to start password recovery option.

Honestly it does the job with locking apps and what not (even though there is minor lags in it) but the first night or two that I got this I got an e-mail of a screenshot of someone supposedly trying to hack into my Play Store account through this app and I was home all day and the peraon looked like a drug addict in Hawaii. From that moment on I haven't been able to get my phone to hold battery power and just a lot of issues with my phone in general but I deleted this app regardless. Sorry

The AppLock feature works delayed. The unlock screen comes up much after the app has opened. Sometimes it comes up when I have finished using the app and exiting. Any suggestions? Will surely give higher rating once this issue is sorted.

This is a good app for saving your photos and videos. You can unlock it whenever you want. And if your phone starts to reset, unlock these photos and videos, otherwise they will all be deleted. Thank you.

I tried this app yesterday and try hiding some important photos on my gallery but end up cancelling it, I uninstall the app. I just checked my gallery rn and found out that the photos I tried to hide yesterday was now gone!! That photos are very special to me! I re install the app hoping to recover the photos but nothing happened! Please do something those photos are very special to me, do something...

Didn't lock other phone apps as described. Didn't capture all my pictures and videos in my at install,. Lost some videos and had to reset backup on phone's backup settings and restore the orig videos from backups. Then refresh phone. Read description this app was made for an earlier android phone. Mine Samsung galaxy S6.

Please don't use this App, this will secure your data but the app will get uninstalled automatically from your phone without any pop-up or intimation & your data will be lost forever, they even don't have recovery feature in the app. I had worst experience with this app, i have been lost my most valuable data.

your application really sucks, when i see the menu of my applications that calculator app of yours is nowhere to be found, then i install it again on playstore and when i open the app. all of the files and the last picture of me with my dearest ones was all gone. how could i retrieve all those pictures? it is so important to me.

The app provides all sufficient functions but I became really frustrated by ads. At every step of every action, it flashes the ads, which disturbs in the flow of work. Otherwise the app could be liked a lot.

Very useful and convenient for keeping people out of my business, easy to use and so many extra features that in my opinion makes this app the best i have ever used for this purpose! One suggestion though is that you should be able to have a different password for unlocking your apps and getting in to your hidden file, although I guess you could just use the fake one as your real one so that if somebody gets your password for your apps somehow they won't be able to use that to get into your vault

Q1-if i hid some photos, videos and apps, will it add up more bytes or will it have less space? like for the apps, will it be saved to my phone that I downloaded it or no?Q2-How do you change the pass code?Q3-well...this is kind of a request but it's still asking, isn't it? I lost all my data on my phone yesterday so had to install calc box with the hope that previous items would be retrieved but it did not, can I retrieve my past photos / videos? Do I need to send an email to the originator of the app, these are videos that are very special to me and would like a way to have them retrieved back pls. I would like some help with this and would appreciate comments from other users who have experienced the same problems in the past. I thank you for your kind response and help.

Functional without being exceptional. Always asking for a rating which was rather intrusive. Would be nice if it could hide stuff on memory card though. Overall, does what it says - hides your pics and videos.

This app is very poorly built ,in that since I changed the face screen shot ,the app hasn't allowed me to get into it to at least retreive some photos ,and videos ! I really want to uninstall the app ,but then my photos would be deleted also ,why can't you guys fix this problem ??????

It seems to do the job better than the other calculator Plus app that would not let me reset my password so I had to uninstall it. But there is so many ads popping up that is a little bit more than slightly annoying in my professional opinion. Now I am all for advertisement but harassing advertisement in your face every 4 seconds is like stubbing your toe on the couch leg. Ok, good talk...h

I'm using this app from last many years but this time I'm facing a difficulty when ever i tried to hide any pictures and i go to relevent folder it shows nothing to select. It show every folder and gallery empty when i open the gallery from this app. Please Fix this issue. I checked every possible settings including permissions.

Works great but I wish I didn't need to deal with the annoying adds... I don't mind the add in the bottom of the screen like most other apps but to have a advertising that takes entire screen it's just too much...
