Was great until I switched to a phone running Android Pie. Now, even with it allowed in the background, not optimized for power use, with persistent notification on, it keeps closing after a few hours. Date use is unrecorded for days on end, making it no use to keep track of monthly plan use. Fortunately, the latest Android has better data monitoring built in, so a separate app is less necessary than before.

I need a simple widget telling me how much data I use for both wifi and cellular. This does just that. It's not super accurate but good enough for the amount I care about. -1 star since it seems ur settings disappear when u swap sim cards. I don't do this frequently so it's not a big deal but having to reconfigure everything is a bit of a pain. But overall great app

Hello. There are two things that need to be considered in further updates. First of all, most of Samsung Galaxy phones are dual sim and this app doesn't support that (I always have a plan for each sim individually). Secondly, There are plans based on time of the day, for instance from 2am to 7am, that there is no option for that in the plan menu. Yet, this is one of the best app for data management. Thank you.

No longer works. Updating to android 10 means this app will not track data anymore. Meter hasnt moved. Was hoping the recent update to the app would fix it but no such luck. All settings are on. Wifi still tracked, far as I know. But not data. Update to devs: App was never under battery optimization. Its set up to be excluded from anything that would cause issues. Its been reinstalled twice as well. It's your app.

The app is no longer accurately tracking my data usage - which is a pretty big issue for an app that is meant to help me manage my data usage. The last few moths, it has consistently been around 1 GB off, allowing me to get dangerously close to exceeding my limit without realising it. Please fix? (Update) come on, it's been over a month, and the one thing this app is meant to do, it's failing at...

Simply amazing! Smooth, responsive and user friendly. Adding one little feature would make it better: a pause button that stops counting data usage against my monthly plan for a set period of time. This is because I can occasionally activate 1 hour of free unlimited data that doesn't count in my budget. However, you already have a workaround by going to "My Plans" and modifying the "data used" downward according to how much free data I used.

I would have given you five or five stars instead of four except that this morning, the app was completely unresponsive. History wiped. All settings wiped. My solution was to uninstall and reinstall. That worked, I'm back in dara usage business. But I am starting from scratch. This happened without any issues with my phone as far as I can tell. Thanks, Jack

I am unable to get any reading for data usage at all. Even tried turning off WiFi. Running on data only the entire evening. Still even after feeding it with data used before I started this app, (appears as forecast usage) it still doesn't show any data reading. It's 0 mobile data today. How can it be? It seems to me, it works well with some phones. I am using an Oppo R15 Pro. I'll hold on to the app for a while. If you can fix it, it will be great. Thanks.

Does what I want and presents information clearly. Having a payg sim, it would be more useful to me if the persistent notification showed remaining data rather than how much I've used. The app is just short of ideal as I have two sims but I can only create one mobile data plan in the app. If it were possible to create two mobile plans and choose which one was active then the app would be faultless. These points may already be implemented but I haven't seen them. Either way, great app.

A more modern and less complicated replacement for 3G Watchdog app. I find the widget a simple way to track usage.

Grate experience so far almost perfect accuracy might it's missed 41 Mb from 10 gigs. Don't know why or how but that's a good app nonetheless.

Data manager App is very helpful for whose have not function of pannle Data uses in their phon but I have some issue in that in plane Start time we can set only hour can't set minute, because I face this problem in this. Ok thanks... #SM47

Thank you for clear seperate readings of mobile data and WiFi data usage as well as the specific apps using that data. Exactly what I was looking for. I have one suggestion if it is possible. In South Africa our data plans have a day portion and a night portion (midnight to 7am). EG: we are allocated 10Gb to use during the day and another 10Gb to use during those hours. Could you please add an option in plan creation for the data readings to separate day and night usage? Thank you for the app!

Nice app for monitoring devices on shared plans. Have trouble getting data sync from wife's iPhone. Only syncs if I open the app on the iPhone. Also, keep having to generate a new pin?

No ADs, no changes. Some manual traffic adjustments are required time to time. for non scientific purposes it works pretty well.

Really awesome app. It has good data measuring accuracy and it's very flexible...I can check my data usage by day, week or month, and also app consumption. The only problem I have with the app is that I cannot create a data plan for my WiFi usage, and I cannot create a shared WiFi plan, only for mobile. It would be really nice if you fixed this. Thanks
