Does what it says on the tin and great price. It's not ilegal to watch or access state or countrywide, banned streamed data (Like stream/record/and catch up) but because in this state/region/country, whatever you cal it yada yada, its not allowed because the producer doesn't profit from it (funny how that wouldn't be the case if one body was in vontrollx they block it. Keep using programmers, stay open source - free sharing of information for all - love and peace to all ☮️

The absolute worst VPN on the market. PLEASE, under NO circumstances buy a subscription for this vpn. You will regret it greatly. It simply does not connect most of the time and the tech support is 100% bots who will not help you.

Buggy buggy buggy. The app and their site. Keeps disconnecting, won't allow BT / NFC no matter and only chat customer service. Chat reps are useless and couldn't care less. Took them an hour for them to tell me they'd no interest in helping. Don't even think they even read what I wrote.

Disconnects every 5 minutes and to make matters worse it asks you to reconnect manually when it could be easier if it will reconnect by it self. Will ask you to change the server but it will be the same experience.

If I could rate this less than one star I would. Not only does the app not work, but customer service is clueless as to how to actually fix any of the problems. They will start the conversation and then just LEAVE in the middle of it with no explanation so you have to start the conversation all over again with a new agent. I've seriously considered bringing this up with the Better Business Bureau as this is a incredibly poorly managed service Edit Made a 3rd attempt and SAME STORY

I signed up for a free trial just to see what this app was like. They informed me I would get an email before my trial was over. I did not. Instead, without any warning, I was charged $60 for a service I don't intend to continue using. There is no option on their website to cancel the subscription despite being told there is. And even after trying to get a refund, they claim that it can only be done through the App Store, and it's out of their hands. They lied to me and took my money.

PURE TRASH VPN. They have servers on their list that don't work. You ask for a refund and they tell you to do it through g..oogle. G--oogle play will not refund you. A total waste of time and money. Very often they also have technical issues. I don't recommend this app to absolutely anyone.

Just when I think an app can't get worse, Purevpn prove me wrong. It literally won't work on some Android 11 devices. Just kicks you out unless you restart a few times. When you finally open the app it won't recognise the sign in process even though it says you have signed in successful. Do not buy!

Sucks big time, drops, never recognises your password, you have to reset all the time, well see if they are as good as their word, haven't heard back from them today and some of the reviews so spot on. Waiting for the discount/refund to appear as promised. Plus waiting for the reply. If Pure was registered as a company in NZ, the Commerce Commission would have their gutz for garters. If you sell a product in NZ, it has to do as promised, no ifs,no buts, no excuses.

Dedicated server for Amazon Prime doesn't work. It's detected & rejected by Amazon. If you're wanting a VPN for streaming services, be sure to use the trial period to test all the services you use before committing to this VPN provider.

Subscried for a trial, doesn't open. Only 'error page loading'. Can't find where to cancel the free trial, a scam which will cost me 60 bucks

Purchased a 12-month subscription but when I logged in it says I need a subscription. I thought the payment didn't go through but when I tried again it says I already have a subscription. Also checked my credit card it's been charged.

Great VPN. I have tried several other VPN'S, NORD VPN, EXPRESS VPN, ip vanish & SURFSHARK! I Had install setup issues, and problem after problem, slow connection deeds, drop internet service. Until, yes PUREVPN! EASY DOWNLOAD, GREAT PURCHASE PRICE FOR SUBSCRIPTION, AND EASY INSTALL & SETUP. Solid app. Stable and fast connections every time! Love it and use it every day! In the recent update I noticed the tiny vibration notification that the app used to give upon connecting and disconnecting is gone. I loved that little vibration confirming connection. Was that disabled/discontinued? How do I re-enable that feature? Im on an S10 Galaxy. Thanks!

I'd give this app 5 starts if it didn't disconnect every minute. I've watched it after I click on a country disconnect rt after connection. And did the to me over and over again for 5 minutes till I just stopped using it.

Clean UI, good price but really bad connection. Even though it shows connected, I couldn't stream at all. Spoke to customer service, I tried to setup the VPN manually - it still didn't work.
