The app seems to work well without a bunch of pop up adds. The only problem I have found is, there is no exit strategy or conclusion to know when you are finished? It sort of reminds me of shampoo bottles... lather rinse and repeat! when have I reached Cleaning Nirvana? The junk files remaining count keeps going down with each cleaning cycle but you never reach zero or a message that says optimum level reached?

Appears to clean junk i wouldn't get to easily, however, something in "cache data" is left untouched, (one i know how to find). i do wish it would ask "once" if you like it, when answered. "Storage" is the only permission required on my device, (reasonable). Overall, i find Norton products reliable, so i am greatful for this offered tool. Thank you.

I like this pretty much but have a few suggestions: 1. It doesn't clear cache so I need to go into each app to clear cache. 2. I would like to set up a time or times to clear junk files automatically, but I can't find a way to do that. 3. I currently try to run this twice a day, but it doesn't recognize 24 hrs it seems. If I run it in the morning, then the next morning (if I didn't run it at night) it restarts the day 'streak' when actually it shouldn't have. This is minor.

Useless. Let's you see your files to delete, which you can do yourself in, erm, files. Doesn't clean cache of apps at all as described. Infact when I click on apps in this app, it shows the app has 0mb if storage used. If I go to the app in settings it's using several hundred MB. I can't see any actual use for this app at all. Genuinely seems like a pointless app. Uninstalled within minutes of installing.

Norton User for 20years. I have found Norton to be #1 on top of the virus, security, spyware, Software. I have used it on all my Pc's, Laptops, Tablets, And now cell phones. since I have now switched from using a Windows Phone for over 10 year's to a Android /Google OS. I am now been slammed by adds, Spyware,You name it. were my Windows Phone was very secure. Norton's free version is lacking for some features that are on the purchased version. The free version doesn't have security. 4 stars.

It doesn't do anything useful. It scans the phone, then you select what files in the junk you want to delete. It doesn't show you what residual files or any other files it has found and deleted the phone.

I have been using this app for almost a year. It is simple to use. When you start the process it tells you how many junk files it has found. You can open the list and uncheck any individual file if you don't consider it junk before performing the final sweep. It then gives you a tally of the total space cleared on your phone. I have not had any issues with this app. I love it!

I have used Norton Clean for a very long time on my Android devices because of how well it worked. That was until I purchased a replacement tablet. I installed the app just like I've done in the past. When I run the app on my tablet it only finds 4kb of junk to clean and I know there should be way more. I have tried to find help and got nowhere. I am so disappointed with Norton now. I wouldn't recommend this app anymore.

I had this app for my old Samsung S5 Neo. The app was a necessity because of the phone's 8GB storage. As technology progresses, it comes at a cost with storage data. Over a period of time, the app ended up clearing the total amount of storage data of my S5 Neo three times over. I was amazed with the amount of junk data my pictures and documents leave after being deleted. I now have a new phone, but this app was the first thing I thought of installing onto my phone.

Easy-to-use interface and Norton trustworthy software. Bloating was the problem but actually it cleans the junk. Ah not much of a difference but. Norton. Bloatware i think are happening when new version of software is installed and the older version remains on the same place. So what is the real problem. Looks like a difficult one.

Got this to help free up space on my phone. It seemed to work for a while. Eventually I still kept getting storage full messages. When I looked into it, this app was using over 3.2Gb of precious internal, non-expandable storage. It also seemed to be using a fair amount of data. I don't know what this simple cleaning app was doing that required gigabytes of storage, or hundreds of megabytes of data, but I don't want it on my phone.

It's quick, but it's not always clear in the free version what it's cleaning, other than some cached data. Certainly, it's not a deep clean, but it keeps your nose wiped, so to speak 😉 They are a reputable company (unlike many of the cleaning Apps on offer), but they want you to pay for premium service, so don't expect too much from any of them.

It is always some sort of junk which needs to be cleaned. I found Norton Clean, Junk Removal as the best app available currently to help me with that. Easy, fast, minimalistic. Sounds fair enough.

I couldn't be happier with this cleaner. Since I've been using it the lag problems are gone. The slowness gone on the first day and have stayed gone. No fuss no muss . He's like a personal solder. He gets it done now. If thats what you want in a cleaner then this is the one you want. Believe me I've tried a lot of them . Simple to use and it gets it done. Youll see results on the first use. Thank's Norton for a solid cleaner. Jeff

it's ok. I need an app to automate the manual task of going through a selectable subset of all apps and purging their cache files. This seems to do that to some extent however there seems to be no way to preset which apps. This also identifies redundant files and folders, however it presents full pathnames, only in portrait mode so the important bit, the actual name is on the right, offscreen. It locates backup copies I've made of apps and wants to delete them. Not enough options for power users

This app is a waste of time. I'm glad it was free. It promises that it will clear cache data. But when I ran it, it was only able to remove 107mb of "junk data". It did not even give me the option to clear the 1.5gb of cache that my phone had stored. Don't bother with it.

Bloated esp given most resources already free and part of OS, mobile provider, and/or phone-maker's apps. Billing cycles not coordinated with other Norton product renewals so it ends up seeming like an underhanded money grab trap to make it hard to leave Norton "culture" I'd advise try before u buy because refunds are limited at best. No need to pay for or get stuck with this app unless you've tried and dislike free apps. Realizing this = Big Norton turnoff imo; I plan to quit all Norton apps.

Shortly after installing the app all of the pictures in my albums went blank and then disappeared altogether!!!!!! I contacted Norton and because this is a "free app" there is no support. I was told I have to read more carefully. The forum indicates I'm not the only one this has happened to. No fix suggested. Geez!!!!
