the ftp server dosen't generate a qr code.. so you have to type in a massive ip address in the ftp client !

Just what I needed to easily access my external drives through my apple airport extreme from my macbook air, iPad and Samsung galaxy note 10. Worked so well I went for the pro version. Even downloaded app onto my apple TV to access stored pics and movie library!

NEVER CHANGE A RUNNING SYSTEM! The redesign from 'FE File Explorer' to 'Owlfiles' was totally unnecessary and now the app crashes when I try to long press on any file or folder.

I searched all over for a file explorer that would access my network shares without some sort of hiccup that the others had. This one is awesome. I upgraded to Pro soon after installing.
KING LIFER (KINGLIFER)
Needs grid view for thumbnails and share link. Video thumbnsils on a NAS with favorites. Try finding another beside one and that one is way too cluttered. This was perfect. I do wish I could cast video.

No built-in archive as folder support, only compresses to zip NOT 7Z that's stated in App Store, so is useless to me, uninstalling in less then 1min of opening- not looking for any other lies. Only un7z option. Need full 7z support including duel panels with option to compare folder & archive folder (Total Commander's compare Hide Same} then add new files to archive. Also be good to have 3D file viewer.

Come for SMB support. That's working alright. Annoying: can't move from phone to SMB storage, but have to first copy and then delete it on the phone. One unnecessary step. Also it seems that fe is using a lot of memory.

Today i spent many hours searching app which can do everything i need. I tried over 20 different apps with combination of 3 different video players but every one of them was missing one bit of functionality that was absolutelly crucial for my one specific task. Only this one +vlc player does exactly what i need. Too bad developer abandoned this app over a year ago, i was ready to buy pro in couple weeks from my next salary after i ensure in stability of work.

Would use this app if it had a dual pane view like Solid explorer (when rotating screen) or tabbed panes like Mix explorer. This feature is absolutely required when you are copying files Edit: Thank you, and happy to change my rating

It's a great file browser that lets me view files from my NAS. That was I can view recipes, pictures, videos, and other documents easily right from my phone.

I had a large directory of important files. I tried to move it to the SD card. It moved part of it, and the rest mysteriously disappeared, and it never finished doing whatever it was doing. That was the first and only thing I used this program for. I will now uninstall it.

Stupid. Not intuitive. Not straight forward. Too many useless bells and whistles. Nice large images but can't view files on sd card. It pretends to be intelligent but makes wrong decision. Deleting after posting comment.

I have to give you five stars for being the only app I've found which supports NFS. I tried to get the developers of X-plore and Solid Explore to integrate but one declined and the other ignored my request. But having a monthly subscription model is ridiculous and the "lifetime" fee is hilariously overpriced, so down to three stars and I must uninstall unfortunately.

Makes access to files and places like NAS drives very easy. I think it needs more support on audio files that aren't mp3. Other than that, great bit of software.

Very nice app but the main reason I wanted to use it was for sharing files with my windows pc. The problem is that the modified date is not preserved when the files are getting transferred which is quite important for me. Is there any solution?

Hands down the best app in it's class. Works amazingly well with my Servers, Macs, VPN, you name it! Please keep up the great work, infact, don't change anything 😂. It has absolutely everything I need, can't really fault the app. Love it and in my top 5 daily usage and necessity apps.

I have a copy on IOS that is wonderful. I have a copy on Android. To me there is a HUGH hole with android version... no file sync. I asked over a year ago... oh yeah, we're working on it, working on it, working on it, working on it... do you see a pattern here? 5 star for IOS, 2 star for that missing file sync. Makes a great app only fair.
