You can click on free models all you like. Will still only show you paid models. Trying to force paid membership to download stl files

Can't do a thing. Bluetooth is broken, won't recognise my devices, it simply refuse to do anything.

customer service sucks. products quality is severely lacking. app lags and messes up constantly. in app slicer is garbage. it leaves gaps and bad quality all around. switch to prusaslicer and made everything butter. I just got rid of all my creality products and I will never buy anything else from them again.

This app is just like AliExpress, or other e commerce apps. And service of creality support team is awful. I bought a K1 which was a bad decision I should have gone with the bamboo labs, and now 9 out of 10 prints have to be stopped because of print quality and size mismatch. And I kept writing to service team who never wrote back to me with a solution. I wanted to send this printer back and for that too they don't respond.

This looks a lot like the Aliexpress app, with those full page ads... Every single update they invent a new way of adding more taps to an already convoluted workflow. A massive bug is now preventing me from printing without setting the correct printer for each file. Creality is a horrible company with no regard for its daily users and confines them to social bloat. Buying more devices? A subscription is mandatory. It's just sickening. Stay away from Creality! They lack any sense of morality.

They did have teething problems initially. However, they keep fixing those problems. The app is improving every day. I appreciate it.

It seems like a good program. A bit confusing to navigate for a new user. It says there are free stuff but looks like most of its pay or earn. I can't earn a lot since I don't use things like Instagram or other programs. I don't model yet so nothing there either for me. So very limited on what I can do on the app. Even though I love creality products the app doesn't do someone like me much good.

It's ok. I'll rate it higher when compatibility with sonic pad comes out. They said in a previous update that we would be able to connect to our sonic pads but it didn't happen. Do as far as my subscription and reading off this app goes I will subscribe and rate higher when sonic pad works right with this app. Otherwise it works ok with my s1 pro in mind.... Edit- it works

Constant adds. I get an annoying add in my notifications every few minutes all day. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Uninstalled.

It's a shame I spent so much money on a printer and accessories and the app has so many ads. Pop ups. Other then that it does what it says it does

Y'all say I can monitor and get time-lapse video of my printer from my phone, yet there is literally not a single option or anything for support for my CREALITY BRANDED 3D viewer camera.

Ads! Ads! Ads! Having to wait 5 seconds to use the app is ridiculous. Worse yet, having to wait 5secs for a Premium ad, when you have Premium.

I decided on Creality as my choice for 3D printers because of the after sales support and a massive community of like minded people, including some very knowledgeable helpers. I would highly recommend anyone looking at their first move into 3D printing to try out Creality.

Creality Cloud is an amazing place to be great models. Great people, lots of fun for all ages. You can practically get any model you won't and design your own, publish your models and print them great fun so join are big family

Got an update on my issues I had with connection and remote viewing ...once I was able to get the k1 updated to the he current firmware and all issues I had have been solved and I'm enjoying the creality world wayyyyyyy more 😉👍

Linking to printers is easy, BUT, it does not work via ethernet or WiFi for more than an hour or so with very limited control (which seems pointless). Octoprint is a brilliant stand alone alternative system THAT WORKS). This App has some useful but muddled features plus a lot of fluffy nonsense. Cloud control, storage, and slicing etc really need work beyond basic very unreliable printing and slicing etc.

Avoid!!!!! Awful. Takes longer to tram a bed. You can't leave wifi range. So if you're hoping for cloud control, it's not happening. Plus it's so slow. Sucks so bad!!!!! I don't know what else...

Can't log in! I've updated, deleted and re install and nothing, won't let me log in, keeps saying, internet connection failed, even tho in connected to my home network!! Not reliable at all.
