Very sensitive to networking problems, hotspot doesn't work, and it does NOT copy apps from the old phone to the new, but instead just tries to download them from some play store - which doesn't work since some apps are no longer there, just in my old phone.. 1 star for false advertising on top of the other problems with this app.

I couldn't transfer any files using this application. It only allows you to share contacts, pics, videos and applications. So no data or any file can be shared. Took a few tries to connect with an iOS device.

The interface is easy to use and made transferring my data effortless. Everyone had a down side being the video after each category change, but it's only 3secs and worth watching. My whole phone was transferred in 5 minutes, which is fantastic. Thanking you for a great app, will definitely be commending it.

Transfered half of the content pretty quick and easily.but then receiving phone screen went blank. Think it was an add that tried and and only got half way? But just hit disconnect on transfer phone and closed then read opened the app on receiving phone. Reconnected and it transfered the the other half even faster than the first time. But like some others wrote in their reviews, it's not very often an app works and no all hyped up iby the description? This app 100% dose what it says.

Such a great app.!!! I transferred my data from my iPhone to my Samsung with so much ease. This is what I call *Excellence on steroids. I am happy. To improve the experience, please allow an option to permanently disable the candy crush advert during data transfer- one ad should be sufficient for one to make a decision whether or not to download it . Thanks.

I only give a good review when something is worth it & this app is. After reading the good reviews on this I decided to give it a try after I used LG Mobile Switch & it had failed miserably. I really like this app, I have used it twice & both times it did what it was supposed to, easily & efficiently. It also allows you to choose what you want to have installed. The ads were at the end & unintrusive. If you are looking for a good app to transfer info in between phones, then give this a try. :-)

I think it would definitely be a good to read the menu and the privacy before you use the app. I say this because if you realize the app is working like it should, and you tried everything else then be patient regarding the ads. This app definitely did the job. I could not get not get Google1, Drive, or Samsung Smart Switch, and another app to ... Restore my Pixel 7. I tried restoring from my A53 to Pixel7. This app did the job and fast!...🙂

The ads are sooo freaking annoying. It's after every file transfer and you have to wait through the 30sec ad to be able to close it and get back to download page, it doesn't continue on itself otherwise. That aside, it keeps disconnecting while transferring big sized files, everytime. Despite having a stable connection. It's a useless app that wasted one and a half hour of my time for nothing.

Free? Asked for my credit card number which is a red flag for me when the app is supposed to be free. Against my better judgment, I entered my number, and it wouldn't accept a valid number. Guess it's for the best, I deleted it NEVER to look back again. I would have given a zero rating if I could.

Honestly far far better than I expected. Things are rarely simple, and this was SO easy! I switched over from my Samsung 8 to iPhone 11 and it did it all wonderfully. It took about 8 hours to transfer everything, and my photos all came as one lot instead of in albums, but that is likely to be expected when switching platforms. Would 10/10 recomend.

It doesn't do much beside copying files - every app and their individual setting you still have to do manually. At the end, you don't really need this app or have use for it. But the most important is the mess it makes - it adds itself to your phone's folder three (it will nest your music, image and video files under SmartIO folder rearrangement). Your calendar will get SmartIO subscriptions without a possibility to remove/delete it. Even when you uninstall the app you can't get rid of it.

I found this app. becuse smart switch wasnt working from Samsung to Motorola, they Said they needed a cc to verify I'm 18+ to set up a free "$0" account so I used a card I had a few $ on but it Said it was declined, im not sure how $0 gets declined but I had a least a few hundred so i didnt go any further, please beware.

Simple to use, I would recommend. My only gripes are that it does not install the apps automatically for you, though it does bring you straight to the install page on Google Play, which is still more convenient than having to look through both phones and search. It also plays an ad after every category, so this is not a set-it-and-forget-it app, but it was much more efficient than one I tried that was Bluetooth based, so I'm not too bothered about that. It also doesn't move over texts.

It worked partially. The good - easy to use and it transferred messages and contacts, although they are all in strange order, but can live with that. The bad - photos, videos and files did not transfer. App showed successful transfer of 20GB of videos and 15GB of photos, but there are nowhere to be seen on the new phone. In addition the amount of adverts displayed is beyond imagination. Not impressed at all and will have to try a different app.

Best app I've tried for shifting all my stuff onto my new phone. You can be selective or just transfer the lot. Lots of options and not difficult to navigate. Other similar apps, (and I had to try quite a few before I found this one) do nothing but throw ads at you without actually working at all. The only downfall, and I'm ok with that, is that you have to watch a video at each stage of the transfer of each file group - one for pics, one for contacts etc.
