CCleaner is by far the best cleaner I've found! I first had this on PC, as the personal cleaner is free. Never ran into any bugs, constant updates for easier use, and the ability to freely customize each clean is incredible! The functionality of the mobile app is easy to navigate, and the choice to play an ad to unlock all of the features is nice, it doesn't force you to watch it but both benefits you and the company.

I had given this a 5⭐ review in beginning. I was thrilled with it. After months of not being able to get my services I finally came back and put a 1. I was given a free trial afterwards, but not going to go pro anytime soon. I don't want to end up rebuying this not to be able to use again for 8 months. Otherwise it's a great app. I love that I can clean cache,hybrinated all apps,boost memory and so much more all at once. Plus I think it does something to enhance my pictures.

I like the MSWin version of this. The MSWin version acn be told WHEN to run, and will obey you when you tell it you don't want it running in the background otherwise. The Android version, however, is VERY poorly behaved. When I am not using it, I do *NOT* want any of it's processes running in the background. But no matter how many things you shut off, it still sits there, behind the scenes, snooping and using up precious system resources. And it creates a system account I don't want there, and it ACNNOT be deleted. The only option is to DELETE the app and never let it touch your system ever again.

I've trusted CCLEANER FOR MANY YEARS ON MY PC. I'm finding that the app is also pretty good too. I may Upgrade to lose the ads. I do wished it would show the Android Trash Bin.. I'm not sure if it's getting cleaned or not. Deleted photos, I'm told, are still resident with just a name change causing them not to show. That could occupy a lot of memory. I'd love to see an icon for the trash bin and it's contents before and after a cleaning.

The app works okay but there are ridiculously long unclosable video ads after using some of the features. They need to have an X or "skip" button, pop up at least at some point during these horribly long videos! It's just too much of a big waste of time. Making you watch the video for an extra 2 minutes is not going to change your mind about the ad, it's just going to make you mad at The people who authorized these ads in their app in the first place.

I see a lot of reviews saying ad-free but this app has way to many ads, I get it you need some, lower your ad quantity for better paying ad directors please. The ads slow performance by quite a bit. I've used this program on my computer for almost 10 years with great satisfaction but the app version for smart phones is very limited to what you can do and it's modular, you have to download multiple add on for this app to even come close to the PC version. I wouldn't mind preforming a defragment on my phone ;)

Works pretty well, but it could use a little toning down of the bubble-ness of the UI. It can be difficult to find a specific process, compared to the PC version. Also, it auto-fills out the review on here with 5 stars and a Yes to every "Tell us more" question, which led it to say that it includes inappropriate ads without my input. Those two factors leds to a 4/5.

You would have got 5 stars if you stopped the interference with the scan in progress. To many add interruptions. I do not want to see this. Had to go to the free version, for a short time. Price went up. From what I use to pay. Do not know if I will go back to the full paid version due to price increase and due to ad interruptions. I like your app until this was trusted and worked great. Wht happened?

I used this app on pc and it worked fine, so I thought the mobile version would be good. I was wrong, it's not good at all, it takes hours to finish a scan(IF it finishes at all) and when it does and I try to see results, it restarts the scanning process without letting me clear anything. It's less hassle to go through my apps individually and clear the cache myself. This is actually one of the worst cleaning apps I've had, no way I want the paid version when the free intro is trash.

Really good cleaner! Is missing one major option: it doesn't reduce heat when too many open apps heat the phone. Something I use almost every day. Also, the fact that it's another subscription app leaves me cold. I'm trying to get rid of a bunch now. It's hard to keep track of them all. Also, many features most tools have for free this app makes you pay for them. Overall a nice app but the free version basically just cleans your files and that's about all it does.

Had this on my old phone and it was great. However, when I installed it on my new phone, suddenly clearing app cache data was a paid feature. Very upset that they took important features away. I don't mind watching ads to keep the app free, but I'm upset to be watching ads AND still be missing out on features. Not nearly as good as it once was.

My husband installed an antivirus program onto my phone. The program will only 'clean' a certain amount unless I pay for an upgrade. C Cleaner finds the left over junk and clears it out for me. I love knowing that my phone is getting a second opinion. 😉 Ads are super annoying, so I keep a half an eye on it and take my head phones off. I will NEVER buy anything featured in the ads, so it's a waste of both of our time. Otherwise, no complaints about the app itself.

After CCleaner pro disappeared from play, which I had paid for. I paid for a yearly subscription. After an update, it changed to add based, with no ability to put it back to the paid app without paying for another subscription. There is no way of contacting them to let them know this occurred (without paying for another subscription). This is unbelievably poor customer service. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!

Constantly freezes and doesn't force close apps. Both the paid and the free versions have had this same issue. After a year of paying for a product that didn't perform I went back to the free version. Some of the times the cleaner and boost features work and other times they do nothing at all. I wait and wait to receive a message that 0 out of 21 apps were stopped forcing me to have to manually stop them myself. The only thing that never has issues are the ad's. Uninstalled!

It cleans a lot of junk but it gets stuck slot and you have to restart the process. Be careful not to erase pictures. In addition, the onslaught of ads that are half the screen is rediculous. When this first came out it was much better. I would never upgrade for a year. Maybe for a month or I'm thinking of trying Avast or something else that works Everytime, not intermittently! This is an accurate reveiw!

When the app works, it's great. Actually boosts performance, frees up memory (temporarily), closes background apps. But an overwhelming amount of the time, it does not work. It asks for permissions that seem irrelevant (accessibility, etc.) and I can't actually give it - Android says it's "malfunctioning." Guess it's supposed to be asking for overlay and storage, which it already has. I can't even create a ticket without going paying to go pro (for an app that doesn't work). Try something else.

It's a very handy program. Can sometimes be a little too aggressive with cleaning. It could use with a menu or tabs to explain it's features better, esp to an old-schooler, like myself. Otherwise, I think it does a day better job than other programs that I have tried in the past that only bombard you with additional purchase options. There are ads with this that pop up with each use, because I opted out of the paid version that are not overly annoying.

I've always been a fan and used this app/program since the 2000s. Well I was using it a few days ago for the first time in a few months to clear the clutter off my phone. It absolutely deleted all my photos, doc files, and downloads. Never changed any of the settings from what I normally use. I've read on a few places that this has happened lately. So definitely back up your stuff using this. Apparently I turned off my sync to my file backups in 2021. I was able to recover some, but not all
