They don't let you use your existing account but make you open another account just so you can join the wave pay with bank account. When I called to verify this, the help center operator disconnected my call before I'm done asking.

I fully recommended not to use this app. After uninstalling and re-installing, I can't log in anymore, even though the device is correct, I can't log in again.

Every time I do upgrade my level correctly, they say I fail to upgrade witg non sense reason that my National Registration Card is registered with other mobile operator to WAVE app. 😂 Can NRC be used for only one time with one phone number for their app? 😂

I cant do anything after phone update. Wallet just freezes when entering the amount. Wuss. Even tried to uninstall and install again. No OTP sent to phone. GG app

The app is not really good. It sometimes requires me to re-login with otp each 2 days although I enter correct pin code. It only occurs on latest version so please have it fixed ASAP.

hassle free fintech application. Apps is working properly and most of the payment such as bill payment or airtime top up or send and receive money can be done within less than a minute by using one App.

Good but bad have to improve following. - Transaction History must show transfered time. ( now only show date. - Can search transaction Record with Transaction ID. - Sound alert when money transfered into my account just like KBZ pay.

I like this app but not good for every time. Because sometime we have a difficult for take and give money. And then i think you should do more than 50000 kyats once time for beginner level.

ngl this app totally disappointed me, I can't log in back to my old account (after I restarted my phone) It's keep saying to get my authorization device when this is the one and only device of mine, so I can't get my kyats back from my old account.

It is a software without any liability The security is not strong and it is easy to break and steal.There are no offices in the country and no guarantee whatsoever.Every time there is an error, it causes trouble for everyone.I beg you not to use this very bad and disgusting software.This app should be removed from the google play store which is causing trouble to such low level people.

I can't even register with my telenor number..They told me to call the 'Call Center' which the number is 900 but still can't reach them...I've been requesting OTP for like 100 times and yet no response...I tried to go their website and sent for help..guess what I got..Send fail...Worst app ever..

Doesn't tell you hidden information, it does not tell you if I transfer more than k200,000 I need to be level 2 and it will take 3 days to upgrade to level 2. Come on pls be informative, the scenario of transferring from KBZ didn't mention it will take 3 days for my money. Very disappointed with the app.

this app still have many error with login .So everybody should not use this app.Instead using wavepay you should on k pay or other .now I cannot login my wave account even having my phone number which is the wave's number .

I don't know why but, my *Stage 2* went instantly down back to *Basic* for no absolute reasons, for this, I want to get my stage 2 back, until then, I'm giving one star, thank you

so stupid error in money transfer. Even though I tranfer my money to my friend for the first time app say that transfer limit full. What a stupid!
