This app is fraudulent. My girlfriend and I had our accounts permanently closed even after verifying with our ID's and utility bills. They cut $60 each from us without any reason and it takes almost a week for them to review your verification. Please avoid Skrill. They are fraudulent

This app is useless when it comes to making payments, network is slow and the charges are outrageous. Address verification is useless. Don't bother using skrill for payment, use any other platform instead. I regret using skrill or their other app Neteller 😡

I wanted do sign up but once it says that it has sent me an email to confirm the registration I don't receive anything(even trying multiple times and with other email addresses). Disappointing

I try logging in into my skrill account but I get a notification that my account has been restricted. Due to that I'm not even able to log in into my account. And they also tell me to reset my password for security reasons everything but still doesn't work. You better help me claim back my account for my business.

The most ridiculous system ever !! I wanted to add my number to my new account but I cannot do because it was linked 3 years ago to another account that I closed, but the number is still linked to it and in order to get my number back, I need to provide a phone bill and sim card bill and it shouldn't be less than 90 days, ridiculous, I bought my phone a year ago and sim card 7 years ago how can my bills be less than 90 days? And why is the number still linked to an account I deleted 3 years ago

There is no option for 0 . It's very bad app for transfer money from survey and poll apps. I received 700+ rupees in skill account, but during the transfer money in my bank account skrill take 458 rupees as a fee. It's clearly fraud. I advise you all please don't use skrill , it will loot you.

Please run away from this app, deposits are smooth and the 1st 2 withdrawals will be received smoothly at first, but when you withdrawin the 3rd time they will suddenly ristrict your account and you cant do anything about it. Support replies every 3 days so you will give up on your funds, they are doing this to stole the money you deposited or received. Please read this review so anyone wont be a victim for this scam!

Pure garbage 🗑, closed account without any notification. All funds gone. I don't recommend skrill at all, one day they will close your account permanently. So stay away guys, Very bad experience. Thanks

for now i give it a 3. i just downloaded the app last night, verification was actually done in minutes, and i was able to transfer from Gameflip in seconds. I was also able to download the virtual visa card and have it ready to use in minutes...or so i thought. i havemt been able to get a transaction to go through yst even after adding the virtual card to my google wallet. i also believe it may have to be done with the physical card number which is free or $10 to order dependong on your level

Do not use app with Ideal, it does not work. Skrill took money from my bank and the app sent me to a web page with an error that the page does not exist. My money did eventually appear, but I'm already paying a fee with it and it's supposed to be instant. Have no problems doing it on a computer with web browser but the app is just busted.

Theres No option to withdrawal to crypto wallet address showing anymore for me..fix this immediately please!!! I use this option all the time..without it I will go elsewhere for moving $

Worst experience. I have my money in the skrill. It recquire 1 euro for opening the acc. But now i want to get back my 1 euro and they didnt giving me back. The app says min limit 2 euro and max limit 0.8. I mean wth with this app. I know it doesnt matter of 1 euro of me but just think 1 euro of thousands of people..

Don't use this platform, I'm a verfied skrill user but the fess skrill charge is unreasonable and way to much. I withdrawan around 1850rs from skrill to my bank account and they charged 490rs fess, and in card withdrawal they only gave me option to withdraw to mastercard which i don't have , they just don't gave me visa card option and you can't use someone else card as the name needs to be same. A total disappointment. Not recommended at all.

I'm finding it hard to create a profile. Email confirmation takes a whole day to appear on my email yet the confirmation link expires in 30 minutes. Very poor feedback in an age of instant messaging/emails.

I can't register or create an account with both the app and site, I tried creating a Skrill account, after clicking the register button... They said I should check my email for a verification link But I did not see it, even after clicking resend mail i did not see, is so annoying

Fees are very high. And, all of a sudden, they "temporarily disabled" my account. I had to upload AGAIN my documents and I'm currently WAITING. Only because I've added 3 cards in a row and made 4-5 transfers? This must be a joke of an app...

I can't even register. It keeps saying it sent an email to verify, but the email never shows up. What a great start to navigating your app.
