I was in the middle of a book when all my watched episodes relocked. I emailed customer support and received a prompt reply on instructions to fix the issues. If that didn't work there was instructions to send them screen shots of my last watched episode. I've done that multiple times and keep getting the same automated reply I received the first time. Going on over a week of this nothings been done. I've spent money on coins, I'm not paying to rewatch over 300 episodes I have already watched.

This app is awful. Besides the limited amount of episodes allowed to listen to every day, when you purchase a booster pack to watch videos for coins it expires before it's time limit. The videos constantly fail to load, and all game ads go to Play Store before you can close them. My coins have deleted 3 times now just from closing app before I used them, and also while I'm using them. There is no customer service unless you go thru Facebook or other media, or thru emails. Bad app.

I quickly became invested in a story. so the grab and pull is there. But I think the clips are entirely too short to be waiting an entire day for a free one. I'd also LOVE to see more clips containing actors in the background. Made it soooo much more dramatic. idk if there is, but there should be ways to make coins that don't involve us spending money- such as watching ads for coins.

it's a great app, and I'll continue to use it until I finish the current book. However, it is too pricey. after 400, 6-8 minutes episodes, I've spent more than 200$. To me, that's too excessive. Also, the subscription would be worth it if it meant I didn't have to continue buying coins. if it was a simple monthly subscription where I can listen freely without any additional cost, then it would be a perfect app. plus there isn't a real breakdown on what you get w/ the subscription. fix that.

I drive a lot of long distance drives, so I rely on this app to keep things interesting. The whole ad setup is terrible. Limiting the ads you can watch per hour is hard, especially when the ads start to glitch and refuse to play after the first hour. The controls are confusing as well. There are several stories I started and didn't like, so I delete them from my library just for the app to try to auto play them. Looking for a different app that has the stories I like to erase this one.

I like the stories, they're unique. The problem is how we can't binge them. After a few free chapters, the next ones need to be purchased. The prices are insane. I think like 10 dollars would get you like 8 chapters if you're lucky. They need a better business model. I have so many unfinished stories just because the prices are ridiculous. I used to use the earning coins options but now that's not even available.

I'm paying 9.99 a month for the subscription but yet I'm getting ads played between stories. What purpose does the subscription serve other than receiving 120 coins free every month which they randomly use on whatever you are listening to at that moment instead of giving you the option to use the coins when you want to. I won't be renewing and looking for another audio app. I'm not paying to have ads run during my listening session. Ugh I have 3 stars for the books they have.

If you have coins it uses coins without checking if that is what you want to use them for. It automatically starts a whole new storyline instead of giving you a chance to pick what you want to listen to next. It freezes up at beginning of chapters so you have to exit app wait 2 minutes then go back into app. No way to contact help or customer support with troubles. It use your phone data before your Wi-Fi so you are out of data fast

The app is good, haven't had any software issues. I'm not happy with the changes made to unlocked episodes. If you don't listen to the free episodes, the new ones for the following day will not be unlocked. I've bought lots of coins to finish the series but don't think I will keep the app upon completion.

The stories are good but I had most of my progress deleted and I don't want to have to listen to the same parts over again to try and earn the time to get cought back up. I had invested a week of time listening to a story and I go to listen today and most my "episodes" were deleted and now I have to start almost from the beginning. I was unaware of having to have an account login after ___ long to save progress. A warning would have been nice. Now I won't know how it ends(at least on this app)

I keep getting a notification that states there was an issue and to restart the app, this has been going on for several hours now, upon loading the app it only shows the create account screen. I am unable to login, or continue with Google, and if I choose to skip the app continuously buffers. IV spent $300 so far and was genuinely very pleased with the service so far but after this experience I don't think il be using or recommending it anymore.

The app glitches at least 1 a week, & I have to continue to restart it over & over until it finally decides to work. Once I finish the episodes of the day, it automatically starts another story & adds it to my library. That shouldn't happen. The stories I save in my library should play unless I add another story in. Stories seem to drag & at times doesn't make sense with what's happening in the story. Other than that, it can be entertaining, but u have to have patience.

Not worth the download if you want to listen to stories for free. Initially you get a few free episopeds a day. This ends in a few weeks (about 2 or 3). Then 1 episode a day to none. This is a setup to have you way overpay to listen to audiobooks. I mean overpay. They want $100 or more (usually more) to complete one book. They give you offers for deals & as soon as you purchase the amount for the deal it disappears. App shows 1 amount of coins 4 an episode then charges more than what is shown.

I truly enjoyed listening to several of the stories offered here. What I strenuously object to is the combination of mandatory ads with the need to purchase coins to unlock further episodes more quickly than the app is willing to dribble them out. Add to that the app gave me a so called $5.00 credit but every time I tried to use it, the app took me to the Google Play payment page. So there is no way I can see to actually use this so-called credit. All in all, it's obviously all about the money.

Poor quality app! The stories that I have been listening to are good but the app is extremely buggy. Not loading stories, unable to log in, unable to load app. These aren't one off issues but constant. I was really happy with the app initially; I listen to stories on my way to work. Now I spend my mornings trying to make the app work. Logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling...its just too much. Update: App now works but they reduced my daily chapters. Pick a struggle people.

Would have given 4 stars, but the problems keep piling on each other. When starting a story, the chapters skip after less than 2 seconds of play, and after I finish hearing the stories I have unlock, I shut off the app only to have the app start back up on stories not in my library. The cost of the coins are inconsistent with chapters unlocking for varied amounts, potentially costing users several thousands to complete a story. And now the amount of stories unlocked dropped from 6-8 down to 2.

So much for free. Played 14 segments out of over 500 then says buy coins to listen to more or come back each day for a new segment. I'm not spending a year plus to listen to a book or paying for something that was advertised as free. The only reason I downloaded the app. They lure you into downloading the app with a 30 minute segment of the book on Facebook and say hear the rest for free, which you don't get to. The narrator sucked but it was an interesting story. Too bad I'll never hear the end

The app has some bad design layout, making it somewhat hard to navigate. Occasionally, it offers you $5 wallet credit, but it fails to add $5 to any existing balance. Instead, it adds nothing. There is no way to provide feedback or ask questions in the app. The locked chapters are annoying as they should show a countdown to when the next ser of chapters will be unlocked. It automatically spends my coins on whatever it sees fit to do and often waste my coins on things I do not want. +issues.
