Absolutely rubbish network and bad service, can't believe they are apparently one of the big providers 😡😡😡 will not renew after the bad decision contract ends . App doesn't work at all . Reply - would be useful if the app actually opens up and every week an update, taking up the space plus , random breaking of the signal, wasn't that bad with O2

The old EE app has been replaced by a half-baked version. My app version is up to date. I've been using happily the old EE app for many years. Changes up until now have been ok. But now the new app: -Some buttons don't work at all and some work only sometimes. -My billing is not shown properly. Had to call CS to know. -The home page is visually chaos. It doesn't inspire to buy more services but to leave EE. Please EE go back to the old app version until the new one is actually working properly.

This app is too big & far too slow. It does when it needs to do but it no longer shows me my exact remaining data on the opening screen. You have to click through a few options to see that. It does tell you all about my plan, bills & what I have remaining but all of the sales junk needs to be removed & the app needs to be simpler & more direct please. Like the old, basic Your Orange app please.

Update: changed to 4/5. The home page isn't so sparse, it just takes time to load in. Updated to the new version (26/10/23) and doesn't even load in all the elements for each screen. The home page is an odd contrast to the previous design; it's just two blocks. The top one has how much data you've used on your phone and the bottom one asks you to link any other EE products you own and... that's it! So strange.

I've tried uninstalling and re installing and still get the same issue since the last overhaul. It let's me log in, then I just get a stupid set of dots sequencing on screen. If I do get in the app spends more time trying to get you to buy something instead of helping me manage my account. And please don't ask me to contact support via Facebook or twitter. A number or email address would be preferable.

Log in issues. Each time I log in I have to set a pin and I'm asked if I want fingerprint recognition. I chose that but it never works. I use fingerprint recognition on other apps ok. Having to set up a pin each time is an annoying bug. Not actually being able to use fingerprint recognition is another annoying bug. Please get it fixed.

Slow. Painful. Clunky. Unsure if you've selected the right option as it's soooo slow to respond. Considering I'm on an EE phone on an EE network then surely it can show me the information for my EE account(s) quicker. It's ok ti bring the upgrade and add on pages though... They work fine🙄 Tend to stay away and not use until I absolutely hate (sorry "have") too.

App is terrible. If buying a roaming pass beware. There is no option when buying to set an end date. It defaults to an ongoing basis until you cancel it. Why? Most people want it for a week or two. Customer service were initially not very helpful or understanding after I discovered I had paid for another month!

Worst user experience ever. The app is so bad, most of the things don't even work in it and they just open the website. Can't even use the app to pay my bills as it breaks down every single time. Same with the website, it's broken, outdated, really hard to use. I would stay away from EE, going to switch as soon as our contract is up. Clearly no thoughts have been put into user experience, and they went with what's the cheapest.

Terrible upgrade. The old version was stable and reliable, this new version is buggy, I find it impossible to gift data to my kids, I have to set up the app each time I log on, and it can't seem to pick up a signal. Considering how reliable the old app was someone needs to chat with the app team they've created a dud here.

Very frustrated and disappointed that I couldn't get 4G never mind 5G totally pathetic reception on the East Coast of Yorkshire near Hornsea at one of the biggest holiday centres in the area, Skirlington. I had to trail to reception two or three times a day to use their WiFi, not ideal for checking my security cameras! I have no problems at home but come on EE/BT, sort it out!

Utterly useless. Haven't been able to log into my account since August, either on the app or online. Yes I have the latest update. Yes I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, numerous times. 150 tell me it's a known fault, but still nothing. Ridiculous. Thanks for the reply. How will asking the same questions on social media make any difference? Thanks for the further reply. Still no access, and still the same "sorry there seems to be a problem" error message. It's really not good enough.

Updated 19/10/23 19:13 Not on social media so can't contact you. Probably just due to my being in a bad service area on an old phone. OP issues still stand. *** OP: Not overly impressed, unless you know exactly what you're looking for the embedded browser takes you in a loop of menus.

Only useful for checking your allowance and your billing date.. still not able to pause, cancel, or amend my monthly plan like in any other app I used in the past. it's not a good value for money to switch to EE if those are the terms.

Zero stars aught to be an option. Ridiculous amount of storage required and then the stupid thing isn't accutate. Takes ages to load. Don't bother. Just log in on-line, you'll be doing that anyway. Tesco's is a much better and they haven't introduced roaming for the EU. What's up EE not making enough money? Can't look after your long subscribing customers. 20 years I've been with them and now they intend to end my contract after I've built up all my boosts. Rip off. Shame on you.

Haven't been able to log in for months now, says having some technical issues and to try later but it's been months now, very difficult to pay bills and check account! *I've already done all the things you suggested many times and still failed.

Absolutely pants app and service. Billing information hasn't shown for months now, despite me following suggested steps by EE to fix it. Tabs at the bottom e.g shop, manage etc have to be tapped multiple times for the app to recognise the inputs. The app is sluggish and slow to load. Even the EE website won't display billing info and other parts of the website just never load.

Terrible app. After speaking to customer service since 11:30 conversation ending at 15:00 I only spoke to them about not being able to view my bill. They made me do a password reset and app reset. Logged in and couldn't even see my data usage or send data to my partners phone. Spoke to another agent on chat service... and now I'm currently locked out of my app and keeps saying try on 20mins. Shocking. I'm in a worse position after speaking to customer service.
