The app does what it's supposed to do most of the time, but I'm sometimes still getting notifications from emails that I've "unrolled". When I go to click on them, I get a notification that says they aren't available to read. Pretty annoying, because I specifically downloaded this app so I wouldn't get those notifications, but here I am getting them still.

Does not work seamlessly with email. Creates another account you have to log into to get "rolled-up" emails. Does not work in removing you from subscriptions or spam. Just sends email requesting removal. This doesn't work for most spam and any subscription where you actually have to use the website to cancel. The roll-up was nice, but not when I can only access it via phone through the app. Would be nice to have it in my inbox so I can see what's being rolled up than a second inbox and login.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who can barely use their email account anymore due to promotional advertisements from stores and other companies. In less than 10 minutes, I was able to create an account and delete and unsubscribe to 10 years worth of junk emails. The app layout is so simple, I think anyone could successfully use this app and the best part is it costs nothing to use!

I had really loved this app in the past, so I re-download it for my more current email addresses and upon the initial start the app was working great. Now I cannot scroll past the D's whiteout the app auto scrolling and turning to a white blank page. I'd like to un-subscribe below that point but it won't let me. I've tried all the usual go to fixes to refresh and get it to try to work better, but nothing has helped. Please fix the bug!!!! I need to clean my inbox faster!!!

I've used the service for a few years now, and it's great! I downloaded the app for the first time a couple days ago and it's garbage. It was hell to just sign in to. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I've opened the app, it tells me my connection to my email was lost. I went through the horrid sign in/connect process again and next time I opened the app, my connection to my email was lost again. If I'm going to have to go through that process every time I might as well just use a browser.
Time and Space Itself
I think this app is really useful! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I think a cool feature would be to record which emails you aren't subscribed to send you the most mail, and then ask if you want them to block that email (or something that stops them from sending you emails). But overall, this app does an amazing job keeping track of what I am and am not subscribed to.

So far so good. Just started using on my old Note 8. No problems noted. Unless something comes up during subsequent testing, I will probably chg it to a 5☆ r8ing. I like the options it gives, PLUS the ability to look at the potential offender(s) site(s) b4 deciding in case it's something I 4got & need a reminder what it's about (or aboot as they say up there in Canadia, eh! 😁 Now the question is, how deep does it go into my email? I'll explain next time. FYI: NO intrusive ads so far!

This app freezes on the "finding subscriptions" screen. I closed it and cleared the cache data and reopened it and still gets stuck on the same screen. Then it sends me a notification saying I have 107 subscriptions to review. I open the app and it is still frozen. I was excited to finally get rid of all my unnecessary mail but this app was a huge letdown.

The app is great for the most part. It's user-friendly, simple, and easy to use. However, the constant notifications informing you that they found new subscriptions for you to look at, then when you open the app there's actually nothing new and you've moved all other subscriptions already. It's highly annoying.

It's a good system but the app is too sensitive when it comes to selecting a tab and then determining how to handle a sender. It needs to be more like an email program. You select one and it's really iffy to make a selection unless you go super slow (in internet time, of course). Frustrating.

No longer works after update. It gets hung up in an endless loop after completing the 2-step verification process, and while Google attempts to provide an auto generated password. I tried for over an hour, and did all of the usual...turned my phone off and back on, reinstalled the app etc. Please fix this update and the app password generating feature. I would really like to use this app again.

So far this app is unusable in my opinion. I have had to resort to my desktop to read my email now because the app freezes up it doesn't have the ability to move fluently from one email to another without ending up back at the beginning and the day is all run together rather than being separated by day. It is extremely annoying and I would stop using enroll me if it wouldn't be such a huge process to try and do so after these past years of using it.

There are a couple of missing features I would *love* to have. 1) Ability to unsubscribe or unroll directly from the roll up. Right now, you have to go back to the settings aspect of the app, find the email, and then make the changes. Why not have that ability right there on the roll up as I don't know exactly what email that roll up came from, and I can't get the email details to find the exact address. 2) Open up the original email either from app or from email roll-up.

Mostly okay. It does let you keep in inbox, unsubscribe or rollup emails as advertised. It's missing basic operations. For example, there is no way to delete emails or rollups from within the app. Rollups are moved to folder named "Unroll.me". You have to locate and delete the content manually. Also, rollups keep displaying old emails that I thought I deleted. Also can't open links in external browser. While the app has potential, the only useable (at this point) function is unsubscribing.

Worked well for the first week or so and now all of my outlook emails keep disconnecting. I'm having to constantly sign back in and it's just not worth the effort. Edited to add: it is now every email address that I had registered with this service. All are becoming disconnected multiple times a day. Utterly useless at this point and I have uninstalled.

I don't really understand the roll-up feature, but this app does make it easy to unsubscribe from unwanted emails in bulk quickly and pretty efficiently. However, it doesn't seem to be able to identify all unwanted email subscriptions, leaving me to have to unsubscribe to those manually. Also, I wish it would run and unsubscribe automatically to new subscriptions so you don't have to access the app each time and select the emails to unsubscribe from.

Unroll.Me is fantastic. The app needs lots of work. 90% of the time it will get stuck loading and I have to force stop the app. It's a shame, because I love the service and wish it worked better in the app. Edited 2/15/2022 The new app is significantly better. More user-friendly, sleeker design. Not bloated with a bunch of unnecessary features. My only wish is that I could opt to open links in my browser instead of in-app. Changed to 4 stars.

Ad heavy. Concept is great and I've rolled dozens of daily or weekly emails into a single issue that I can open at my convenience. It's also great proving a simple UI to remove yourself from a mailing list. However, the reading space of the mail is small, sometimes totally filling the screen. To be clear, these are ads populated by Unroll, that you wouldn't see if opening the individual mail from a company or news source. I'm unimpressed and will uninstall if my ad blocker cannot resolve.
