Description of My Vodafone

Keep track of your Vodafone account on the go with the My Vodafone app. Track your usage, view and pay bills. With My Vodafone you can also upgrade your phone, change your plan, and get weekly treats and give-aways with VeryMe rewards.

You can also:
• Get help from TOBi, our friendly virtual agent
• Top up and claim rewards
• Add extras and manage your bars
• Check your network and Wi-Fi speed
• Manage all your Vodafone services in one place

Things to remember:

• You must be on a device with your Vodafone UK SIM card to use the app

• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to our mobile network (not Wi-Fi) to register your device. Just to note, if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance this will be charged at your standard rate

• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access VeryMe Rewards or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit

• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill

• The My Vodafone app is being rolled out to sole trader and small business customers. We’ll contact you when you can use it for your business

I'm constantly being sent rewards via text message. But when I enter the app there are no rewards. It's a huge click bait. Used to be great offer and rewards now, just nothing. Very disappointed especially as the messages keep on coming.

Just awful. Glitchy, kicks you out. Forgets edits and makes you verify yourself constantly. Randomly decided I was under 18 after verifying I'm an adult on at least 3 separate occasions. At one point while trying to connect to the internet, that I had paid for and couldn't access....and still can't properly, they text me saying they have blocked all data to my device. Nightmare as alone with 3 small kids, two of which are really poorly at the minute 😞

Shocking really works when it wants to, therefore I can't access the rewards page or top up using the app, very frustrating but Vodafone doesn't care looking at other views. I was recommend Vodafone and I wish I didn't bother. The app always ask me to review it so here it is. 🤣🤣🤣

I think the app is fine, but the fact that you don't need to authenticate before seeing any sensitive information is ridiculous to me. Vodafone needs to move the biometrics to opening the app, not after selecting accounts. 1 star until this is sorted.

Doesn't seem to be a facility to speak to a real person about a query. Only an online Bot that didn't understand the question, then a web chat with a person, then numerous duplicating security procedures, and a repeating of the earlier query. After some 20 minutes of interaction with no result I had to leave the question unanswered. Very poor performance, as the query on my account should have been simple and quick to resolve.

Worst experience ever. The service is poor. Data mobile doesn't work properly, some times it takes 10 minutes to load a Facebook page. To get everything to work properly, I need to restart my phone. Calls are dropping every 3min. I have been in contact with customer care since August. NO ONE CARES. They have excuses every time I call and promise that the service will get better, like I am paying for promises. Such a poor service and customer care didn't find at any other company.

Buggy as it can get. Full of errors and whatnot. Worst of all I can't change my monthly plan even when I have opted out. It renewed that same plan like what man?!

I've been trying all day to just even log in. Every time I try I get some sort of error, either 404 or just "Oops blah blah". I changed my password and it sent me a notification to say I've changed my memorable word..

Terrible. Doesn't support their Big Value Bundle plans any more, and there was no warning given out for this. Now I'm forced to top up via phone or browser. This decision must be reversed, as you're now alienating a good portion of your customer base.

Everytime I try to use this app it says there are technical difficulties, and then their website doesn't work either. I'm going to leave Vodafone when my contract is up as they never have their online systems operating for even 5 mins.

Rewards section of the app isn't working. I'm receiving the emails with my offers but can't actually access them which is frustrating. All I see is: "We're working on some recommendations for you. Check back here regularly to see what's new". Deleting and reinstalling the app hasn't made a difference. Hope they can resolve this with an update soon as it looks like it's a known bug affecting quite a few people.

Tried to change my monthly bundle. When I push the button to 'opt out' of my current one, nothing happens. This happens with several features in the app.

Its awful. They charge unexpectedly for no reason. Will definitely change the operator And the application has loads of bugs. So annoying!!

Just downloaded the app n trying to set it up to pay my bills but the app is shite the website seems to always be under maintenance or just tweeking some problems how about just accept the fix the problems and not hav anymore problems or Im going back to o2 where they have hardly any problems with their systems

Cab be temperamental. The app features are great and easy enough to use. Checking anything that requires opening the Web page can lead to difficulties that include kicking me out of the app. I've had to contact customer services quite often for support. I am also unable to link to my son's account, I pay his bill. I have to delete cookies and open directly from my browser.

App ++👍🏻. I've 2 issues. When I first began rewards were 👍🏻, now ++👎🏻. Vodafone's network speeds have become snail like. When carrying out speed test, great/good. Just recently the download speed has dropped catastrophically and it can take 1 hour to download audiobook and much, .much more to download a film. The remaining time display is meaningless as the time can jump from 1 min to 2 days many times while it downloads. I don't understand why speeds have plummeted. Please help. Keef

This app needs a complete redesign. It is probably the worst of all the mobile apps I've used. Quite frequently it fails to update the data I have available. Only when I click on data does it show the correct data remaining in the line graphs. And what kind of app needs me to enter my mobile number to manage my bundle, it should know and the fact it doesn't makes it feel very 2008. It's just very very clunky and tedious to use, which is a shame because the network is really good.

My Vodafone App and my on line vodafone account have not worked since the end of July 2023. Cannot see my usage, bills etc. Have phoned vodafone at least once a week to get this sorted, but after numerous contract cleans, new usernames, passwords etc, it still does work. I have now got to the point that I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere. I have been with vodafone for over 14 years I don't use Facebook or Twitter. Please contact by email
