It sends duplicate password reset links each time. Most of the time the link is bad. After finally setting my password the app login still doesn't work. Basic function doesn't work so I can't rate it further.

Easy search,Easy purchase, Alot of different things to do and places to do. Alot of free events. It's a nice website overall. I never had a problem.I would recommend using it when you want to set up an event. Another way to reach people,rather then flyers. I Pray🙏 one day I would be in the position to be able to use it for my future business 😊💪

I have not been able to log in with this app for the past five weeks on my phone. It is absolutely awful and needs fixing! If there was a zero stars you would get it. How is someone meant to manage their business through an online app if they can't log in? Every time I ask for a password reminder it doesn't fix it either.

I love this app. I have a hard time finding people who are like minded and Interested in the same things I am. Wired to say but it has really changed how I view my life and what the path it is I want to take. Thank you Evenibrite, this app is amazing. This maybe a bold move, but I would enjoy knowing more about the app and how I could get involved, if we could collaborate. I work as a support worker and have also find this app helpful for them.

Although it seems to do everything that an event ticketing service should do, "the way it does it" often seems convoluted—and is particularly hard to follow when comparing mobile to desktop versions—and needs a lot of polish to bring it up to prime time ready.

Good app for finding events, fees are sometimes excessive but lots of free events posted, too. Terrible customer support and you have to jump through hoops to report any issues. Several event sites are glitching and bringing back to the home page instantly so can't see several events. But there's no way to report the issue. Disappointing

Works well but needs a fix. It's giving me events all over the place I'm in Launceston I do not want to travel to Ulverston... you need a better map system so I can single out areas instead of spending so much extra time trying to find the events in a close area.

Generally good app, one big frustration.... while the app is a very effective way to access tickets for events, I would like the app to allow both my personal and business emails to show in my one app. Obviously the profiles are slightly different, it would make life easier as some events I register with my work email address.

No distance filter makes the app useless. I search for local towns & it shows me events several hours away. I check filters & there's absolutely no distance filter to shorten the range. I know people in my area use this app, but I can't find thier events due to them not showing me the towns I actually searched for.

Terrible UX. Trying to find an event natively was a mess, had to find it through a link that opened via a webpage.. forces you to go via GPS for stuff to appear property.. the Google Pay screen was freezing. I nearly gave up on attending the event. Which I can't imagine the organisers would be very happy about. Hope they review this because it's not up to 2023 standards

updated cos app was just crashing on opening. still seems really glitchy. function to add to calendar doesn't work anymore. previously doesn't show all saved events in the upcoming list, randomly dropping a different one on different occasions. hard to find join instructions - the app says organiser will email, email says see the app, and the event page is hard to scroll down to access the link to join - it pings back to the top like elastic.

Terrible app. Plagued with login issues, location issues, and status of purchase issues. Said tickets were purchased and then error popped up on the screen. Tried to login through app and get an error 'that is weird not sure what happened'. Then login via browser and no help option available. Took screenshot to log support ticket, then got an email with tickets attached but no charge on creditcard. Still don't know if I've got valid tickets.

I used to love this app. Today, all I've experienced are lags, unresponsive pages & buttons, and problems logging in. I restarted my phone, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, all to no avail. I don't know where the problem lies, but please investigate & fix it as soon as possible. It WAS a great app at one time.

Decent enough but needs some improvement. 1. When I go into an item and back out to the list I want to continue from where I was, not start from the top again. 2. Categories filter should be multi-select (as the guide would suggest it is) 3. Sort by Distance, I search for things in Bristol and I get results from Bournemouth. 4. Dark mode. It's 2023, why isn't this standard by now.

Location services aren't available where i'm currently at, and the app has terrible location & search interface. Regardless of what i type in the search field, it brings up the same scarce list of major cities. Search is useless if you are trying to input a zip code or specific city that's not on their extremely narrow list of cities. Also, the login interface is dysfunctional. I know the login credentials, but when i click login, the button does nothing. I'll try the web version. UNINSTALLED.

Very easy to use. Most informative. Lately this app keeps crashing. I sent this message to your app contact: "There is an issue with this app. As soon as I click on an event it crashes. This happened a fortnight and I was hoping it would be fixed by now. I am using a Samsung A23 Mobile. I also tried on my PC and no luck there either. Others in the our group had the same issue a fortnight ago." You auto reply was the contact email is not monitored. Your suggested links are useless only FAQs.

I've made improvement suggestions a number of times but y'all don't seem to care to fix a major problem with the app. I can only search for online events. It's impossible to search for in person, which is wild. The filters don't do anything. When I sign up for in person events, I have to do it through the organizations' link on insta because I won't be able to find them on the app. This is so inconvenient. The app has been updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it doesn't matter. It's trash.

The app is very poor. I can't search for events, access them or use search filters because the app keeps on going back, going blank, exiting view, or crashing. I have switched to using the website (via mobile browser) and I don't have any of these problems. (Note: App is fully up-to-date). This is a shame, because I use Eventbrite a lot and using the website on the phone is not the ideal situation.
