The explore tab of our app gives you the option to buy our best-selling products with exclusive offers on the latest android devices and accessories including Samsung Galaxy S20, wireless headphones, Fit Bits and many more.

Bear in mind that the My O2 app isn’t available for O2 Business customers. And if you use the My O2 app outside of our Europe Zone, data roaming charges may apply.

I only installed this app for one reason, to check my mobile data balance, but that isn't possible. It shows sms and minutes, just no data. I'm also not a fan of the massive amount of upselling, very intrusive.

This is ridiculous that a multimillion pound mobile company can't create a working app , for this past few months I've been trying to log into it and STILL IM FINDING MYSELF being sent on an endless loop of not being able to log into this useless app , I've rang o2 and reported the situation and was told it will be fixed... FIXED WHEN ? WHAT YEAR ? because customers and bill payers would like to use it now and not sometime in the FUTURE. I'VE LEFT A REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT

Appalling app. Just doesn't work. Unable to log in as continuously get "your username and password doesn't match", even though they are correct. Logging in on the website is not any better. Have to go through hassle of entering codes everytime. Couldn't use my own mobile number as it is "already registered" (obviously, I'm trying to log in to my own account). Could only log in using someone else's number! Just wanted to check my data usage and buy a bolt on. Absolute stress everytime. AVOID.

Signal. Never mind the app, poorest signal of any network I've been with. 4g and my speed is about 4mbps. Can't stream with awful picture and buffering. Get your act together 02 and give us the speeds we're paying for

I contacted O2 customer service because I couldn't sign in to myo2, it keeps telling me that my account has not been activated. I was assured they would fix it but nothing happened. I still cannot get in 6 weeks later. If I could give zero stars I would.

I'm from another country and has a visa to stay here in UK. 02 does not accept my international VISA bank card from the other country and I can't top up. My husband also can't buy me a voucher because I probably tried so many times that it is blocked. Went to O2 shops... they say I must phone. Phone.. no real person to talk to help me to top up. Feel totally helpless.

I forgot my password and was asked to reset it, after being told it was successfully changed I attempted to sign in, after several attempts and each time being told my information didn't match I gave up and I'm uninstalling the app , so fed up I don't think I'll be here much longer.

I use O2 on PAYG for my second phone as a backup, having had a contract with them for years before switching over to three - The app itself is fine and everything, but I can't for the life of me seem to be able to purchase a rolling plan. Why is that 02?

Unable to reach any pages to upgrade data whilst away despite being told before I went id be able to. Even links in texts and emails sent whilst away didnt connect to pages as allegedly they had been moved or deleted. I will be moving away from O2 at the earliest opportunity.

the app is okay.. kinda slow, the thing i hate the most is it keeps randomly appearing on top of my app and I lose where I'm at... I didn't save a really important document and I lost it as the o2 app randomly opened over the document...

If i could give this 0 stars i would they have robbed me of my money I topped up the night before and it took the money and sent me a message saying "we have topped up your £10 bundle" but ever since then I haven't been able to send messages or use data this app is absolutely useless this problem needs fixing ASAP and they need to get a chat system where you actually talk to real PEOPLE not that trashy virtual assitant that can't even understand my problem not everyone likes calling people

The worse app I have ever used. So frustrating and I cannot find out anything regarding my account. I had to change from Virgin and very disappointed. I may be old but know how to use a app that works! Will not even allow me to post

Switched from Virgin (no choice) and the app wouldn't allow me to log in with the details O2 provided, kept saying invalid details. Trying to reset the password was like accessing a bank vault. Got there eventually. This process was very difficult and time consuming. On finally accessing the app I find it too busy, I just want to know how much allowance I have, what is left and what it costs. The pricing is confusing, probably because O2 appears to be the most expensive network I've ever seen

Everytime I try to speak to an agent via the My o2 app, it transfers me back to the playstore and won't load a page to talk to an actual person, just the virtual assistant which isn't very helpful when trying to report fraudulent activity.

I am not able to top up my phone using this app. When I try to use the top up phone option it goes to a page saying 404 forbidden!!🙄 I am only able to see my phone balance and the date my next top up is due. I never had any problem when I first installed this app. It's useless now.😠

As a new "customer" I have been receiving texts asking me to claim my free extra. I downloaded the app and in the absence of any login details tried to register, account username already in use, tried resetting password "account not validated". Emails and texts are not monitored, staff in store refer to app or online or community help. Awful customer experience so far and I have 18 months of this to look forward to.

Partially works but can't access bill on app for months. Always comes up with error something had gone wrong. So can't check the status of 2 redemptions from airtime rewards., Can't see a breakdown of my bill For a Comms company it is embarrassing
