Very consistent and quite useful app. The pricing is also very stable and the ride is assigned within 5 mins mostly. The best feature is the call you receive when you book a late night ride, they ensure your safety and take feedback on the ride.Major feedback is on improvement of UI to make it easier to navigate and at times hangs and screen/ prompt gets stuck.

There's a bug in the notification system. Often, I will try to book using the app, a notification is displayed at the top saying "looking for captain", then, even when the booking is done, or when the booking fails (because it wasn't able to find a captain), the notification continues to stay there, and only goes away when I tap it and open the app. This is such a major distraction, please fix it immediy. I don't see any such problem in the other mobility apps like Uber, namma yatri etc

Terrible experience. It unnecessary charges cancellation fee from the user even though the captain doesn't wants to go and is not ready to cancel from his side. It will tell 1-2 mins wait time. But, captains don't move at all even after 10 mins. The moment you cancel, they charge you cancellation fees for their mistake. Really disappointed.

I have been having multiple problems with this app. Always Take screenshot before booking the ride of the amount as proof. On one instance when I booked a ride it was showing less amount, but when I reached the destination, the amount was increased to almost double. When I contacted customer care they closed the ticket without reaching an common agreement. On another instance, I paid the amount using UPI but the app kept showing me prompt to pay using UPI.

I get Cancellation charges for infinite waiting. After making me wait 10 minutes to book me an auto 20 minutes away and then charging me for cancelling the auto is a very good experience. I'll settle the dues and uninstall your app for good. Thank you team. Please compensate your drivers. I'll book an auto elsewhere.

After the recent update from Rapido, the GPS is not accurate. Even if the vehicle is close by, the distance time still shows the vehicle is far. Moreover we cannot see the distance of the vehicle (kms) since it is covered by the Pick and drop location label.

⚠️ Issues with First Ride itself! • In NEW UI, tried 3+ times, it took too long and couldn't book ride, 1 ride cancelled by Captain. • Switched back to old UI, booked successfully in 1st attempt!! • During ride, Tapped on ~Navigation icon, it partially opened Google Maps Navigation screen.. and Hanged my phone for 10+ minutes. Phone stopped responding altogether, 1st time ever!! ( ♾ Maybe this App caused some Infinite loop / extreme resource utilization? ) --- Terrible UX !!! 😳

Very unprofessional service. Drivers waste customers time most time. No option to complain about the drivers that cancels ride after waiting for pickup. In app shows 3 min 4 min but the drivers dont move comes too late everytime and drivers dont receive calls. I got late multiple times for office. Kindly dont rely on rapido if you are on a hurry to reach somewhere. I have used rapido on daily basis. If you are looking for worst cab service in the market book rapido they will not dissapoint you.

It's an online pick pocketing app. Many times it can't confirm a ride even after searching for 10 mins and as you cancel the they will charge cancellation fee. When driver does not want to go to a location they neither cancel nor arrive at the pickup point and as soon as you cancel the ride again you have cancellation fee.

This app has simplified my life when it comes to getting around the city. The ability to select my pickup and drop location, and then having a bike or auto ride at my doorstep within minutes is nothing short of remarkable. The convenience it offers is unparalleled, especially during those hectic days.

I would love to give you more stars, but only when the issues are fixed soon. 1. There are a lack of captains. 2. The captains cancel the rides. 3. There is a map issue showing wrong animation of vehicles. Overall, the app is more than decent, the prices are cheap, but only if the captains stick to the price and stop asking for more. It's better to display more price than one which would lead to a cancellation.

I tend to take the usual route and the fare shown while booking goes up after reaching the precise destination. This has happened so many times now. The drivers would put the wait time to 2mins right away. Sometimes more than that even when I am at the location less than a min. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. I am requesting all the people don't used this rapido app because they are charging a lot while showing fare after destination.

Absolutely terrible. I booked a ride 5 times and the captain would either just stay at one place or move in the opposite direction. When called there phone is either busy, switch off or they say that there is heavy traffic. In the end I had to cancel the ride and walk to my destination which was 3-4 km away. So frustrating and annoying.

It is a very bad app. Always charge more than the deal, no matter who is at fault, it is the customer who has to suffer. For example: If there is a slight delay in reaching the destination you have kept due to the captain, then you will have to charge double the money. 2- If you are booking a location and the captain of the app refuses to go there and then you book a second time, you may still have to pay double the money.

Rider called me as soon as I booked the auto but never arrived at the pickup point and after calling him he did not pick the call. Auto number 1746. App does not have any complaint space Later after 45 mins I get an automated call which just states that the rider has informed that I want to cancel the auto which was not true at all also it only gave.me 2 options whether I want really want to cancel or still want it . This is a very big loop hole which needs to be checked. Purely unethical.

The experience with rapido is very below the bar. All the drivers are so mean that they only want money and keeps asking for more and more money. They cancel every goddam ride. This app is totally useless and only useful to trigger your BP. The worst riding apps you can ever find on internet... totally not recommended...had to faced a lot of issues cuz of the driver's cancellation habit... really disappointed

I wish to give rapido 0 star but there is no . option.. Rider are not professional when you complain about the same there is no response from constomer care ..and this is happening very often . Earlier it was good once i purchased rapido pass it has getten worse for use ..it takes eternal time to book a ride everytime.. driver doesn't come on time . I recommend everyone not to use this app.
