Pathao as an organisation needs massive overhauling. The bikers blatantly refuse to take digital payment, and often don't even want to go by the app. And adding to the inconveniences are the mismatches of the license plates with the ones regiatered. Pathetic. (Edited - 26-10-23)

I had a bad experience during the Dashain season. I saw 12 cars near the airport and tried to request a ride five times, but no one accepted. This happened to me four times, even when there were many cars available. I've been using the service since the beginning, but I'm uninstalling it after leaving this review. Its great that Pathao started in Kathmandu Valley. Now riders know exactly how much do they need to pay for par route and what is calcul-ion even before they use the service. Rideres used to pay much more in lump sum in most cases in past.Meter never worked properly. I am using ur service for past 2 months. But there is scope of improvements in following areas- 1. Cleanliness of vehicles. 2. 10 %Fare reduction. 3. Workout training for drivers on cleanliness of their vehicle and good manners.

Service is very good ,easy, and affordable. But some riders need orientation. They shouldn't tell the passengers directly that cancel your ride. Should have a manner to talk .

I choose fixed fare, Driver choose to go to a congested route even when I expressed my concern about fare again and again, he ensured me fare is fixed but at the end fare was 40% higher, I contacted every support possible always received same reply "your travel time is higher so your fare is accurate"

It's completely stupid! It showed me a fare! When I reached the destination, it claimed another amount which was more than the chosen one!! Why so! Why should I pay more when it was fixed earlier!

Worst! It was bit drizzle, but not raining. The apps shows more than 20 riders neary by but noone accept the offer of rs. 180. After waiting for an half hour one them accepted, and called me to cancel the ride.

I booked a ride and not getting it in very emergency mode, What is the use of this app if your riders are not interested to ride and wherever you go, the bikers are asking frequently, pathao ho pathao ho .. Seems pathao company is not interested to monitor it's marketing and also not friendly user

Last few days facing so many problems, the so called pathao heroes are so busy to take orders,then they take it,called and say ur area is far from the restaurant,idk how lalbagh is far from du area,faced these problems continuously. Even some heroes don't have the minimal courtesy to call,they just cancel the order. Gonna uninstall the app😊

Cancelled my order without informing. No way to trace it. Even not showing in the Cancelled order. How am I supposed to know what happened with the order. No way to contact them even. The worst service ever.

I have used Pathao ride before no issues. Tried to use Pathao courier for the first time and couldn't create an order! Checked online agent and called hotline. They don't have any other solution except for me try again in the app which obviously doesn't work. Disappointed! Pathao shouldn't release half baked service in the market..and there should be some telemetry which enables CS team to know users are facing issues and more importantly they should be able to create order in their end

The app is not user friendly. It is more of rider's friendly and business oriented. Moreover there are no proper customer services 😕. Very disappointing

These kinda apps are there for your convenience and urgently want to use their facility, but what the point you can not find a single bike rider or cab driver when you need it the most. Ok, i understand when it's raining bike rider refusing you, but how about the cab. Why cannot i find a cab whenever it starts to rain. Explain me

The parcel section or the ride sections are ok. But the situation with food delivery is horrible. Furthermore, they don't give us any option to complaint. Better to move on to other platforms.

Worst food delivery service. Can't be any worse than this. Almost everytime they took almost about 1 hour to deliver my food & always the food I ordered gets cold. Disgusting.

After I reached my destination It showed only 579/- rupees, I was willing to pay 580/- but the rider charged me 21/- rupees extra, Please I request Pathao team care to have an attention on this subject matter, customer should never be charged even 1 rupees extra. Please 🙏 make some rules that the rider are not allowed to charge any amount extra other than what the actual fee of a ride is after the reach of a destination. Keep an option "made me pay extra amount" in report issue.

There is no option to turn off promotional notification off, have to turn off the whole notification. Recently unable to use the app if the notification is not turned on.
