I was very disappointed because my ride did not go well 😡😡 #francis D. This is the driver. the driver was too hot-headed on the road and was even exchanging gestures as if he was going to fight! And most of all so fast that you thought there was a race on the way. It's also rude to talk to customers, I hate it the most. Please tell the drivers who don't know how to be careful, please take care of even the passengers.

If you put money on your JR Wallet it will take long before you can get a withdrawal request. Not convenient. Hopefully we have the option to withdraw our funds.

It's very helpful I always used this app but theier are some Riders or driver's don't accept bookings once you don't have additional tip this app should be deleted in playstore..what a disgrace on earth.

Takes too long to book. Safety measures is non existent. Riders are not expert in which road to take only relying with Google map or waze which consume lots of time and it is frustrating.

Bad experience, drivers choose there pasengers, I've waited for 3hrs no one picked me up even though there are joyride drivers infront of me, I even added a big tip but still, no use, really frustrated.

Worst app ever . Riders are not attending booking . But 4 riders are smoking in front of me . Asked them why not picking , they replied to me that add extra tip , uninstall right away and booked grab . They're more professional.

Most of your drivers are not accepting ride request. You will see them on the side of the road in masses. No option to see ride history. No coupon section.

I hope the app will still able to rate the drivers even when the ride is done. Other apps can still rate the drivers in the history of the app so that we can still report the drivers who are not doing the safety for their passengers on the road.

Good app I enjoyed using it in Manila. Proves are very competitive. I didn't had an option of tipping a drive over the app after using cash as an original payment method which was disappointing as the driver was such a good guy but I had no cash on me

The app was fine after some few updates before but it's so hard to book a ride this days. I don't know why it's so hard to accept someone for a ride when you are waiting for almost 30 minutes on the queue.

Please have a convenient list of requirements in order to have many riders, searching for riders took so long. But overall you have a smoother transaction, you just need to broaden your service nearby metro manila, especially in Bulacan.

Booking a ride is hard, location address aren't accurate. I booked a ride to avoid being late, but due to the error of the pin address it cause me to be late. Waiting time is also long, and when I got a driver their too far away.
