The most horrible App.. I wish this app could be discontinued in UAE.. always take the cab to the wrong location.. even on a local Taxi(Hala) they charge you premium rates.. I wish there was another app.. is there a negative rating we can give?

It's disappointing that they charge me even the driver is the one who cancel the booking cos he went to I don't know the place, even I sent my proper location and kept calling him many times to guide him but can't find where I am. Now I have to pay atleast 13dhs

The App is Good, but the problem is, the Captians must be bond with the services, if they accept the offer, there will be No option to Cancel the offer, because most of the times the Captians refuse to come, after accepting the Offer. Moreover the customer service should available 24/7 for every registered customer. 100% needs improvement for customers support.

Very very disapointed !! not once not twice drivers cancel even before reaching the location and app charges over there mistakes ,these drivers are not proffesional,please kindly have them trained before attending duty otherwise they are going to ruin the app's reputation to close down one down,i willingly downloaded this app thinking the app popularity is for good reasons but no!! It is popular for the wrong reasons,gonna try a few times but part of me says i should un install the app at once.

I have been using Careem for a few years. However, the experience in the last 2 months in both the UAE and in KSA have left a lot to be desired - from non updated maps to taking wrong routes. Just taking a pause of the App. 'It used to be good'. I have previously shared feedback with Hala Taxi provider in the last 2 weeks. But when same thing recurred, (even this morning) then that's beyond the provider.

A very useful and essential app for me especially for getting a cab when I most need it. Just sometimes it gives me a taxi from a very far place or some drivers cancelling when they are already near and I have waited long already for them. Otherwise, generally, it's good. I also love the online food delivery--better delivery and customer support experience than the previous app I had. Yet to use the other features. Please keep it up.

Careem has evolved alot since quite years and made it user friendly Can order food, car etc .. although it can be slightly expensive but the offers can make it easier.

I have 2 amounts on hold for more than a month. J have tried all options to contact customer service no answers no contact number this is not acceptable I have requested many times to be contacted yet no reply. At least there should be a number for our concerns . How about if there is an emergency!!!

Booked multiple cabs, but always denying service. Some won't pic the call to tell if they are coming or not. One can waited on the same spot for 35mins, just to go the opposite direction of where I am. Such waste of service.

Seems to work fine, driver show up and everything but unfortunately the taxi mafia in Morocoo makes it nearly impossible to get a ride because Careem drivers won't get anywhere near a place where there is a taxi (which is pretty much everwhere in town). Very unfortunate that governement doesn't do anything and let tourist continue to get ripped off...

Been using for about 3 years using my same card and never been charge early on booking. But yesterday they deduct early and more higher price than what is the meter payment and tell they will compensate after 3 weeks. Worst service

Poor navigation app.. every time GPS keeps picking up incorrect pick up or drop off... also, routes lately have been longer leading increased fares !

unprofessional drivers, they dont understand English, very rude when you speak to them, they cancel the drive by themselves or force you to cancel when its a short journey. They dont come, no action or any kind of training taken by company as well.

As per my experience I fully paid for a service after they deducted the money no one respond to me and my money almost gone, I have to file legal case now. Be careful for any advance transaction in this App

The driver was so rude he is the one who cancelled then im the one who pay the balance.. how come.. even if you pay in the 2nd driver still there's balance in your account.. the costumer service is bias also.. i will not recommend this app. And this is my last using this app

I prepared a cart to order (food) and was waiting to place it after 1 hr. By mistake I clicked on place order and it deducted the amount from my credit card (normal procedure). Immediately I called the called center to cancel or postpone the order 1 hour. You cant!! When you order food you have five seconds to cancel it (from the customer call centre), otherwise they will charge you the full amount and you can't cancel it nor postpone it.

I don't understand the necessity for the Pre-authorisation & hold of certain amount when ride is booked with more than sufficient balance in the careen wallet. This only adds another job to my list of now tracking the hold amt to see if & when it gets released. If that is the case I might as well pay in cash. This concept is like penalising someone who is already pre paying from the amount held in the careen wallet vs someone who will be paying in cash where there are less payment guarantees.

Worst update ever. Booked a ride and my card was charged heavily a big amount before start of the ride and it's been a month no settlement received. The money should be refunded after the ride is over. But they are fetching unnecessary funds from your bank. Very unprofessional. You should learn something from Uber.
