Great app. Used this for a week in Paris over the summer. It was so helpful to be able to plan a trip in advance and the way it keeps track of the current train situation is brilliant. You can save regular journeys or journeys to specific places too. I can't recommend it enough to travellers unfamiliar with the public transport system in Paris. It's brilliant!

Very helpful if you're new to Paris. Enter your start and finish locations and it will plot the whole route for you, tell you how long each stage of the journey takes, where to change, even where to sit so as to be closest to your exit when you get to your destination. Probably loads more too, but this is all we've needed. Would have been lost without it

Lot of bugs in the new version, it tooks more time to get the response, and the UI hangs itself and asks us to close this app. New version is not fluid, very slow, consumes lot of memory and energy. I am having Honor view 10, one of the recent model with good processor, 6GB RAM etc, but still this app blocks and my phone starts to heat more. All other apps are working fine and fluid, I don't wanna use this app.

Terrible intégration between this app and the My Tickets Navigo app. For me, it is not possible to purchase ordinary metro or RER tickets.

All what Carl S wrote on 27/05/23. Forces you to install a 2nd app that does not work. => SNCF Connect is not perfect but I did succeed to buy Metro tickets in a reasonable time. Of course France/Paris could not be prepared, have one smooth app a year before the Olympics...

App apparently needs an internet connection to confirm number of tickets available on the phone, which could put customers in very uncomfortable situations. When a trip has been validated, there is no clear indication of the current validity of the ticket I am currently using.

If you want to go green, and use your phone as a contactless ticket, avoid this app, It requires installing an additional fishy app, and still says your device is not supported (I have Google Pixel 7 Pro) which is weird. What's weirder is when I reached out to the app support, they instantly closed my ticket because they don't deal with inquires in English !

A great app for getting around in Paris! The walking parts between trains or buses is a little confusing until you take a few steps and realize you're going the wrong way, but you figure it out pretty quickly. But super helpful for getting around!

Useless for trying to travel with contactless. The app supposedly allows you to purchase tickets and ride contactlessly, but forces you to download a second, scammy looking app "ticket sans contact" in order to help Bonjour RATP work. The "ticket sans contact" app invariably tells you your phone is incompatible. Bizarre that they decided not to simplify and let you swipe on and off directly with a credit/debit card.
