Description of Yapı Kredi Mobile

You can make your banking transactions easily and securely from Yapı Kredi Mobile without contact. You can withdraw and deposit money via QR code without touching the ATM, make payment via QR code at the POS, and make payments at Opet stations without getting out of your car with in-car payment.

You can complete your cash and shopping needs in seconds with the application and usage steps of Personal Consumer Loan, Credit Card and Flexible Account. You can easily follow the entire journey of your newly applied and renewed cards from the moment of application with Card Tracking. You can apply for many insurance products such as Casco, Supplementary Health Insurance and DASK.

Even if you do not have your wallet or cards with you, you can complete your payments with World PAY.

Our corporate customers can easily approve the transactions that come to their approval if authorization is required. At the same time, they can apply for Merchant and Loan applications, paychecks & bills and monitor the transactions of their account details.

You can instantly complete your account opening transactions with digital approval by connecting to our video transaction assistants with Yapı Kredi Mobile, and become a Yapı Kredi customer immediately and have the privilege of doing your banking transactions 24/7 from anywhere.

As an individual user, you can sign up to Yapı Kredi Mobil with your user code or ID number. You can log in with your ID number and your current password, or you can get a new password from the Get Password / Forgot Password menu. As a corporate user, you can log in with your company code, user code and current password.

Your credit card has a security vulnerability. Money is withdrawn from the card, no message is received. You define a limit on your virtual credit card. Shopping is done over the limit. I do not suggest.

It is excellent. Turkey is not always the most efficient country but the online banking at Yapikredi is FAR superior to what I have in my British, German and Malaysian bank accounts. A 24/7 service that allows you to do anything from your fingertips including holding parallel TL, GBP, USD and EURO accounts. Top service. Well done Yapikredi!

Well Maintained and Very user friendly...but HGS limits and payments shall also be modified by the App as well. Creditcard spendings could be grouped in details such as under the Titles of Grocery, Fuel, Electronics etc.

I tried to open an account after filling all the forms and reading the policy which all provided in English and Turkish I had to make the video call for verification Before I hit the make call a msg will pop up saying do you want to make the call with the same app language Which I chose And it was English Because I can't speak Turkish One lady appears in the video call And she doesn't speak English She kept in saying and repeating "olmaz" And closed the line what happened She was rude

When you transfer the money, it doesn't accept the value normally. One need to move cursor to get limited number values... It doesn't accept zeros most of the time. (I use it in English language)

When you switch to another app and come back to yapı kredi mobile, it logs you out and you have to login again. This was introduced with the latest release. Please fix this for the upcoming one.

Excellent app but it could be good they put more options or a direct communication way with the bank because sometimes you don't have te time to go directly to the bank or it's so far and then when you go to the bank to solve some situation they tell you it's done but it's not...

Asks if I like the app or not using a dioctomy. I choose yes, redirects to this page. I choose no, redirects nowhere with just a single pop up message which is just about like "We will try to do better. thnx boi". Well, I just found my way around here to rate you with my real opinion anyway.
