Canara ai1 is the Mobile Banking Super App with more than 300 features integrated with the futuristic vision of “One Bank, One App”.

An intuitive app with enhanced User Interface & User Experience, “Canara ai1” Mobile Banking Super App offers a host of customer centric functionalities such as multi-mode funds transfer viz. UPI, RTGS,NEFT & IMPS, Fixed and Recurring Deposit opening, Fastag Recharge, Pay EMI / loans, Lockers, Insurance, scheduled payments, Nomination, Integrated Bill Pay, Integrated UPI etc., as additional features.

The app gives unique experience by providing option to customize the dashboard and choose the application theme of user choice (light/dark). App also features SCAN & PAY facility in the pre login screen.

Steps to install:

1. Install Canara ai1 mobile app.
2. After successful installation open app by clicking new Canara ai1 icon.
3. Click on next button to continue after selecting the SIM having Registered Mobile Number with the Bank. SMS will be initiated from the selected SIM; Ensure balance is available to send the SMS successfully.
4. After successful Mobile Number validation, an OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number.
5. Enter the OTP received and continue.
6. You will be redirected to create and confirm your 5 digits numeric PASSCODE for login to the application.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions after successfully creating the PASSCODE.
8. Grant the permissions requested during the registration process to access all application features.
9. Before initiating any mobile Banking transactions, you need to create and confirm new 6 digits numeric MPIN for authenticating transactions.
10. Click on ‘SET NOW’ to activate your Mobile Banking facility using active Debit Card details/Aadhaar/Activation code (Visit home branch for generating the activation code).

It says no data collected. But today when I tried to open the app, it's not opening because I denied access to my contacts. Then even after I tried to allow the access, I'm unable to open the app. It's disgusting. Edit: Since then 👆 I'm using the app. Its very convenient 😃 It's good that they keep updating the app for better.

This is my second review afte 2021. It's an useless app. I changed my device and it is not allowing me to keep my used mpin. The same thing has happened with my family members and it's disgusting. Because even if one changes the device, one has to remember a specific combination. One can't just randomly change it everytime. Kindly look into this matter.

I Anmol notwani using the app since 2 years. Since yesterday the app got updated and after the update it is no getting open. I am getting a error message. I have uninstalled the app 100 times and reinstalled it. Still it is not working at all. Facing issues please check and update the status.

I see the App has improved a lot over years but the experience of the app at customer end is not satisfactory. The UI doesn't see to respond smoothly, see lot of glitch while setting up MPIN, registering existing account.

Suddenly today it is showing error message incorrect passcode and I was forced to reset. Then it asked to upgrade and after updating and resetting password again I had to activate the accounts. I don't know about the Debit cards. Stability is a matter of concern.

Even after login, My screen is stuck at login with OTP screen. In another phone, Session time is so short that one can't perform a simple query. Kindly fix these bugs. Had a very bad experience. Would reproduce to help these debug.

UPDATE: Forced to use the Canara Bank app since the website refuses to load properly on mobile browser anymore. However, the app is so far working fine. OLD: As usual, Canara bank service is pathetic. Their previous app was horrible and this one too. Even after registering several times, it doesn't login. It says login successfully but it stays at the passcode page. I don't know why I continue to use Canara bank. Even after so many years their service remains unsatisfactory to say the least.

The app is now way better than before. The homepage top card is very convenient as it shows all the important balance details at one place. Very convenient to use. But the page feels a bit cluttered and the opening animation feels dated. The passbook info could have a better font.

UI is clumsy. They should look at HSBC appfor inspiration. After about six months my review hasn't changed. If I want to pay to a UPI, the authentication process is slow and times out before the SMS is received and read. After few repeated attempts the software locks you out. This needa to improve. You don't allow screen shot to be taken but then how to tell you about some mistakes.

I have changed my handset recently. I used to get full details of unbilled transactions, available limits etc through einfobook. However after changing handset, I am not getting the details and message appears Card not issued. On change of merely handset why things particularly information part should alter. The app performance is excellent in normal course.

The app is good until the runtime tampering problem appear everytime I open my app it's show runtime tampering error. Tried so much to uninstall and reinstall the app but it's not fix. Can't access the app at all. Can you pls resolve this problem. Now my problem has been solved.
HS COMPUTERS
Very unreliable,just block transaction after their own fault, such as many times it shows the message "your request is under process ",after that if you attempt further one or two time,it will block your transaction, to open it you have run to the bank for authentication. They might say that there is other options but those options don't work. In a nutshell bad and cumbersome app.

Silly credentials rules makes this app so difficult to use. You need a 5 digit Mpin and 6 digit passphrase. When you are forced to reset it, you cannot use an MPIN used in the past. No option of using passphrases which are proved more secure and easier for humans to remember. Hope Canara Bank catches up to IT standards of the '20s decade soon.

Very bad app... No option to manage credit card bill auto pay option... Minimum due amount of credit card bill was levied as autopay for the past 3 months although sufficient balance was there in the account... No option in app to manage this. Had to pay additional interest for the same... Pathetic

Very quick, versatile and convenient app. Makes banking a breeze. I have yet to explore many of the features. I am not sure if there is a feature to show the latest interest rates of RD, FD and special schemes. But overall, very good performance. Works very well nearly 99% of the time.

The app keeps detecting Runtime Tampering Error. Tried so much to uninstall and reinstall the app but to no fix. Can't access the app at all. Even Google has no answer to this problem. There's no other alternative to enter the app at all. Absolutely rubbish

The user interface of this app is easy to use, easy to understand in a single view and more convenient, and second is upi feature of that app is likely to help to done the bit payment. And one of the feature of that app is detailed bank statement. And easy to add beneficiary through this app. I done my monthly mobile recharge from here and my and brother also. Thanks to canara bank team to develop this kind of app..👍🏻

The app asks for update frequently and after update it will ask for new password and mpin, all old passwords will not be accepted. Even when the SIM card is changed, same problem continues. I can't even give suggestions in the app, as the app will lock in 2 minutes and fresh login happens. Sick experience
