Description of PNB ONE

PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.
Indo- Nepal Remittance.

Invest funds:-
• Open a term deposit account.

It's very frustrating app.. Continuously showing login failed please try after some time while doing a transaction and a major problem is itp issue when having a transaction it is either not received or it come after very long time

Multiple failure in opening deposit account (FD/RD), tried atleast 10 times on different days and month... no results. Also lags sometimes with slower response. I have Bank of Baroda account too, kindly Learn and update your user interface seeing theirs. I am reviewing this in hope of some improvement in application apart from updating password and pins multiple times.

This app is very useless, I am logging out again and again and the whole screen is turning white again and again, text is not visible, it is very difficult to use it.

scan and pay does not work most of the times and shows incorrect name on scanning. otp is not received in first attempt and has to be re sent 2 or 3 times. session timed out message appears frquently. slow compared to other payment apps. the application has many functions and might be the best among other banking apps with regards to number of functions but fails miserably at basic functionality .

Worst banking aap. Has left even canara bank behind them in poor app service rating. Marvellous job by high salaried PNB IT cell officials for maintaining such a dumb app. I am trying for fund transfer for past two weeks or more through app but it's not happening. Always showing session time out and various other errors. Moreove they don't have any feedback option in the app to know shortfall.

Finally I could make successful transaction after waiting for more than 24 hours of the 1st unsuccessful/failed transaction. Why such a long wating period!? The 1st transaction failed for no reason... no solution was available from the customer care as it only said 'wait for a minimum of 24 hrs.'. It took a very long time to initially install the app successfuly even the bank employee who assisted me struggled a lot. It failed to accept any other MPIN except 1234.

Hi Team, I am unable to register my nominee. Facing fatal exception everytime while selecting bank account number to register a nominee. Could this be resolved asap. Thanks Edited[11-09-23] Team, are you there ? the above mentioned issue hasn't been resolved yet. Are you working on it or not ? Please reply, otherwise your app is of no use for me.

Awesome. Quick and hassle free transaction. Easy and friendly interface. Though some times. Transaction gets failed due to the server issue. But overall the performance of the app is awesome.

Pathetic. Authentication process is so full of glitch i dont have words to describe its shittyness. Update oct 21, 23. Not opening at all after android 14 update. Only showing "unable to process your request" error. Even tried to reset mpin. Nothing is happening. Not sure what to do.

Functionality speed of this app has become just like a tortoise! Completely unreliable for online transactions! "Loading" icon keeps on buffering instead of redirecting to desired page! Kindly IMPROVE AND UPDATE BACKEND FUNCTIONALITY AS WELL!!

Whilst the app is user friendly...I was trying to pay the credit card..the date of birth is by default on the current date and year. The toggle button for the year does not work..and one needs to travel all the way from 2023 to an year in 60s and 70s by going month by month .

Calendar problem While trying to link credit card to pnbOne app it becomes a problem while entering the date of birth section. The interface is not userfriendly. We have to keep on searching for our year of birth month by month which often leads to logging out of the app again and again. It's really frustrating and impossible to enter the date of birth. Please make it more userfriendly and less time consuming. Waiting for your reply.

I have started using PNB ONE a day ago and I m impressed with it's features. This app is very user friendly and the best thing about this app is that you can avail the banking services so easily with just a few taps on the screen anytime anywhere.

Most useless app of banking i have ever seen, you can not recharge your phone because it didn't show the plans and almost all option links are showing error of page not found. Scanner is just for a show piece. Totally wastage of time it's better to switch on other payment apps

I have been complaining since last few weeks as regards NOT RECEIVING OTP to complete online/mobile banking transactions, and there is no one to look after the complaints. Without solving the issue, I get emails that my case is closed. What can be more frustrating & hopeless service this can be, where you cannot do any banking transaction!! Absolutely appalling for a public sector Bank!!

Worst banking application, always shows network issue and very difficult to use it because of so many layers tpin, transaction password etc, also there initial mobile onboarding sucks and you need to spend 20 sms charges to get you verified to start using mobile app. They should learn from ICICI bank app to see how seamless that works, I was wondering if you were to pay using this app on any restaurant then for sure It will take me to a situation where you will need to wash their utensils.

It is not good for those peoples who are using this app outside of india . Once if you update or uninstall this app then without international pack on your registered sim you can't sign-in it again . It will access only with registered sim . It should be username and password based option to sign-in from anywhere in the world.

Not even able to make the NEFT using the transfer. It says unexpected error and relogin again and again. Earlier it was quite simple and easy. It seems there are few techincal glitches that need to be checked.
