The app. does not work at all and if I have to make it work I have switch off the mobile and again switch it on. How many times this has to be done God alone knows. Though roughly dissatisfied. The unsatisfactory condition continues and on most of the days especially during the last week of the month and 1st week of the month the app cannot be opened due to the reported connectivity problem. When I went to the branch I heard public abusing the bank for the poor customer service. Worst app.same .

VERY VERY SLOW. Not LOGGING IN smoothly - have to restart mobile often. Please MAKE THE APP FAST & update with more security and features. 04Aug23 -- Still very slow. Unable to complete a transaction smoothly. Please update app without any bugs to make it fast & smooth. -- Please make the app fast. Very very slow.

Transactions show failed remark but the account gets debited and transaction executed. This has happened only once since the app has been updated so that is an improvement. However transaction history does not all show up. Eg. when I wanted to check my transactions in May, nothing shows up. Before the current month's transactions, only Apr transactions are seen. It is definitely easier to use now but can be improved still further. Transaction history still is not showing up.

Worst app ever. Seems developed by some school student for free. Not even opened once. Uninstalled and reinstalled 100 times, force stopped, cleared cache nothing worked. Funny part is, Bank people itself doesn't know how to fix it? Searched in net and found it has tons of issues. I'm sure none of the bank people will read this review since they themselves doesn't know about this annoying so called app. Uninstall this worst app and save your mobile space better.

Worst experience with this app. It doesn't show the transactions properly and don't get normal messages on time and it won't update the credited amount properly. Not at all good.

It is vastly a better app now in feb 2023, from once the Most horrible experience for any banking app that I ever used. I definitely feel this can put to shame tge hdfc bank app. The UX is still not great but importantly it is functional and one is able to navigate around.

Complaint section is very poor. After logging complaint a week ago I missed valid ticket id. So I was not able to track it. There is no option available to search complaint id here. So today I tried to lodge my complaint again but when I submit it. I get message every time that only letter, number, comma, full stop is allowed in detail column. I have checked it several times and am unable to find my mistake. App is also not suggesting as to where I have committed mistake. Horrible.

It's been an year app is not workings for me since I'm using esim. Whenever I'm trying to login it's showing an error that "no sim card available to send sms". It's an e-sim there is no physical sim, don't know when this update will come. I reached out to the bank regarding this, and they have told me to use internet banking as the bank is unaware of e-sim technology.

Very poor App for a bank as big as this. They really need to step you if they want customers to use their services. It's all about convenience. Unable to even open the App sometimes and when I open unable to get any at all done!! Please do something about this. This issue has been lingering for quite some time now.

Nice, clean, easy to use interface. Well designed. Better than the sbi one app in terms of usability. Only fast tag feature is not yet operational

Worst app ever. Whenever you open an app, it takes too much time to open or if you encounter a connectivity issue or error, you can close the app if you cannot resolve it. Even customer service also worst.

Extremely slow and rubbish app. I have been trying since 5-6 days yet I am not able to creat a pin for my upi Id. The app keeps loading and always shows connection issue please try later. It is making it extremely difficult for me to use the app as I need to make transactions at the earliest and I am not able to do it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Good app.. useful. But it would much easier if we can access transactions of 1 or 2 yrs back easily.. Also to frequently change Mtpin once in a while is too much of a hassle.. kindly try to put a different way to secure this banking app. Thank u.

A Fairly good application, but slow in display. A fairly comprehensive App and I found it quite useful. However, the App needs addition of many more details which an account holder needs on a daily basis.

Horrible experience. Useless app. When I have sufficient balance in my ac and go to do transfer to another bank, it says balance not sufficient to trf. When I enter correct OTP to do ac transfer, it says incorrect OTP entered. ☹️😡

Very slow. Wanted to regenerate mpin but OTP was not coming. For mpbook you have to select your own acc no which you have only one. Also it will make your location on, each and every time when you want to log in. It will drain the battery.

This app requires lot of improvement. Whenever I try to open the app especially on a Bank holiday for doing some urgent transaction it blinks which is frustrating. But, when it is opened it does a good job. So, please try to do something to avoid the initial lethargy of the app.

Although it is user friendly..but it hardly connects... some or the other technical/connectivity issue is there... it takes multiple trial to get one transaction done.. very frustrating, especially when u need to do multiple business transactions...
