Too many bugs, slow interface, impossible to use. please fix it

Cannot get this to launch on my Surface Duo, keeps crashing. I understand Microsoft is not in the business of optimizing their applications for every single phone that's on the market but you think that they would do it for the one that they released. I will revise my review once it begins working.

I don't know if I'm the one who just don't know how this thing works. My boss create a group at my office and i need to keep the group updated with photos everyday. The problem is the app is not user friendly at all. It is very troublesome just to add new files or folder. The file also need to upload 1 by 1 can't select several file all together to be uploaded. It takes most of my working time just to complete upload 1 folder.

If it weren't the only way to view my work files I wouldn't use it. Viewing an album of pictures in app is tedious at best. Any folder with a large amount of files takes forever to load. It's relatively easy to get to your most recently viewed locations but a bit difficult to navigate to other locations within a server you have access to. It's just a worse version of Google drive in every way.

Setting incomplete. I cannot upload files and send them to other users because Sharepoint denies access. Moreover, if I go on the app, the setting does not have an option for "Site Permissions" like they explain on their what to do's. The settings may have changed from the uploads, I don't know, but I need to send my files one way or another.

Works fine for the people at our location. Mainly accessing news feeds from our SharePoint sites on the go. However, just recently the news feeds have stopped updating on the news tab. Visit the site inside the app and the news feed is up to date. Uninstalling and reinstalling gets the latest news but it stops quickly feeding new news items. Not idea why.

I am trying to access my intranet SharePoint 2019 application and it's not loading anything. Just loader keep loading and nothing is showing

Very frustrating, our school migrated over to microsoft due to the corona crisis and all the notes are uploaded here on SharePoint. The website is easy to use and user friendly but the app is the just the opposite. I can no where see the pinned channels and searching for a file is pain in the _. Using the site on a mobile device is kinda crappy and this app is utterly disappointing. Needs to be more user-friendly! Hard to navigate .\ _ /.

Simple, it's not working as it should, as in connecting to other parts of the MS O365 Suite. Try attaching a file from a SharePoint document store in an Outlook email, good luck! Search the web on how to do it and all not working, many complaints. This does not tie in to the whole move from OneDrive to SharePoint, OneDrive was already crippled in In-House sharing of files which was at the time good replacing a file server. A simple allow a file to be sent by email without having to download it to a mobile device then attach it first is ridiculous.

Too many inconsistencies. It could be a decent app. First, deleted news items seems to remain for a very long time. Clicking just shows 404 errors. Secondly, the News, Find and Me icons disappear when viewing news. This means having to click the back button, which is confusing. Third, there needs to be more control over notifications which seem random. Most organisations would want organisational news to cause a notification for all employees.

Except that it's Microsoft, its difficult to believe how bad this app really is. If you have two SharePoint/OneDrive accounts, this app will not enable you to navigate the simple folder structures and find what you are looking for. Someone in Microsoft knows this, hence the new 'find' feature that still doesn't go nearly far enough. How hard can such simplicity be?

Not the easiest to navigate particularly for pay slips. And it won't let me open or download it.

There still so much to do to enhance it on mobile app. But till now it is ok. And regarding security and performance it is fine.

I would love to rate this app higher if two changes were made: 1. Ability to link and sync Sharepoint Mobile to Outlook Mobile. I work in construction and am in the field approx. 75% of the time so streamlined on the go access is huge. 2. Ability to create and edit calendar items via Sharepoint Mobile. Our corporate schedule is dynamic so I need app capabilities to match. If these changes are already in play I'd love to know. My initial research thus far yields ittle. Many thanks, T.-

App is hard to navigate, and for the company that started Windows thats saying something, and it's completely unintuitive. Even DOS makes more sense. Why make a program dedicated to news and file sharing when you can only upload 1 file at a time? Even my phone gallery can select multiple photo files and upload them... Who managed this? Who failed? Even a photo album isn't considered a "folder". Someone should be dragged into the street and flogged for how bad this is.

the "News" tab is useless, it's so confusing! The browser version is good but the app is not useful. It's hard find the file location; upload/download files? It would be nice if it has same function like browser version that we can create/copy/move files to different folder.
