Bank and app are fine, I just wish the account balance would appear under each expenditure or charge card transaction. Right now it just does how much the expense was, and you have to figure it out with your current balance way at the top of the page. If you are like me and review your credit card transactions once a week or so, you have to scroll up and do the math. Not a deal breaker, but USAA does that and it was nice to see your account balance right under each and every transaction.

It works really well until you guys make updates. I suggest you just keep everything as is until you work out the bugs. Every time you update new problems come up that were never there before. Now I can't deposit. When I go to take the second picture of the back of the check it crashes. It works fine taking the first picture of the front side. I hope you guys can stop making things hard for us. Otherwise great app.

I live in El Paso, TX (right across the Mexican border). When in the US, the app works great. However, when I travel to Mexico (for business and work) and access the app, the app closes and a window pops up stating that the app has a bug. The previous version of the app didn't have this problem. I've already unistalled and reinstalled the app, to no avail. Will this problem be resolved in the next version?

This app was great for a long time. The deposit by photo feature was awesome since I don't have a bank near me. It has now been a year since it's stopped working entirely, app won't even open. I've called, put in a ticket, and sent feedback on the error, no fix. I'm using a Samsung Moto Z3. Disappointing to say the least. The app works on my tablet but still not the deposit feature. Please fix this.

The 2-Factor verification is extremely slow, if it even works at all. As a busy full-time working parent, it is very inconvenient to have to wait almost 10 minutes to access my account. By the time a push notification or text comes through, I switch to do something else and forget and have to start the process all over again. Please make the verifications come through quicker. Most other apps are instantaneous.

Daily balance notifications are not accurate, as well as the transaction notifications that tell me my "new" balance. The home screen widget is inaccurate, too. This is frustrating when I'm busy or in a hurry. This app is very slow when starting up as well, which doesn't make that situation any better. If these problems were fixed, I'd give the app 5 stars. Simple format, easy to navigate, secure log in, etc.

Never once had a single issue with the app, opened it this morning and was told to enjoy my newly updated app. Well this newly updated app, is not working at all. It fails to open most of the time and when it finally does open, it will freeze for about 5 seconds and then a message will pop up saying the "app has stopped working." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app plus restarted my phone, but the same issues with the app. Why update the app if it was working fine with no issues ??

The app gets slower and less user friendly with every update. I don't know why companies can't just design a good app and leave it alone and stop "trying" to make it better by changing how it looks. This new app takes at least twice as long to load up now, and you have to touch the 4 digit code in order to pull up the keyboard to type in your code rather than before where it had the keypad up and ready to go. I guess not a huge deal, but definitely not any easier to use than the previous update.

The check deposit process does not well. I took a photo of a check, many times, trying many adjustments to lighting, angle, and even used 2 different phones. Twelve attempts. Zero success. One time, the app asked for a new photo of the front of the check, so I took it again. Then, it asked for a new photo of the back of the check...all in the same, single attempt to deposit the check! This is app is very unreliable.

I'm also affected by this latest update to the mobile app. It looks to affect those that have an earlier version of Android that is earlier than 7.0 (mine 6.0). I tried using the app on my wife's phone, which is Android 10, and it works just fine. Perhaps Navy Federal could at least put an announcement out regarding the compatibility with the various versions of Android so that us users are no longer frustrated and confused and have a plan of action regarding the problem.

I love the app, very convenient and easy to use. I do have a couple issues. First issue is the current version of the app on my cell phone is Oct 2022, the updated version is dated Jan 2023, I am not able to update the app on Google Play, the only options I have on the play store are Open or Uninstall. The second issue is with the 2 step verification, I have not been able to receive push notifications for 2 step verification or for account notifications.

Been going on... 2 or so years now. It is intermittent, but it happens too often, I will open the app and it redirects me to my internet browser where it says the mobile app is unavailable. I know it's not the case because it a) happens many days throughout the week and there is no possible way it is "undergoing maintenance" that many times in 1 week, and b) then there are times where I get these issues, then a couple moments later, I am able to sign in, then back to failing again. Very annoying

When I first got this app it was extremely convenient. You can check your account, deposit checksb transfer money and do so much more. It still is very convenient but lately they have had this thing for extra Security and it makes you jump through hoops just to log into the account sometimes. It's good to have a secure app but at the same time it has gotten a little inconvenient when I can't always access my account right away.

1-28-20 it's working great now! Thanks! Update 8-13-19. Latest update still doesn't work with Android Q. App still crashes before even opening. I've tried clearing all app and cached data, no luck. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, no luck. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. This is the only app that I have that doesn't work with Android Q. Does not work with Android Q on a Pixel 3. App does not open at all. Used to be a really good app and I'm sure it still is if it works.

Still needs work. I love the improvements to the app. The quick layout and functionality yo view account information is easily obtained. The app can configure notifications to alert you of account activity, which is a very good feature, that appear in notification area of the phone. The issue; you cannot click on it and get details. If you pull the notification down you may be able to capture the amount and transaction name. But if you dont. There is no way to see that information anywhere else.

I loved this app! Loved. I know it's benefits and use is amazing. But for MONTHS now I can log on once or twice after an update then nothing. There's an error so try again later. Literally nothing else changed on my accounts. I can sil log in on my actual browsers and such. The app is the only problem I'm having. I've tried changing passwords. Restarting. Force shutdowns. Deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. 3 stars because I loved the app but I can't use it.

The app was working fine. It's mostly convenient even though it likes to show as unavailable at some very inconvenient times. But after the last update, I stopped receiving any notifications from the app. I had it set so that whenever my card is used or whenever a deposit was made I would be notified but that has stopped happening within the last week. That needs to be fixed.

App has a good menu layout and great functions but the darn thing is unavailable way too frequently for my liking and it can be extremely inconvenient in terms of timing. I access this app almost daily and about once a week (sometimes more) it will be "unavailable" and they "are working diligently to fix it". This has been a problem for well over a year. Apps go down sometimes, sure. But this app goes down far too frequently for a banking app.
