Attempted to deposit check and I got an error message when I clicked to confirm the deposit. So I went through the process again and this time I got a confirmation message after I confirmed the transaction. well now the deposit is pending twice! I cant do anything about it because it's a long holiday weekend. thanks for throwing an error message even though it apparently worked! there's no way that I cancel one of the pending deposits in the app. hope the system automatically cancels one of them

I have always had some minor problems with the app in terms of crashing or running slowly, it also interfered with other apps on my phone which I'd have to close on order to use this app. I never minded much, it allowed me to check my balance and parse my activity log so that was good enough. Recently it started crashing more frequently or simply telling me that I couldn't log in right now and to try later. Now it doesn't support my OS, so I'll just delete it.

Update: even worse than before. Constant errors that lock me out of my account info. Why are you allowing this fail? Getting worse and worse. Thinking of changing banks after 2 decades because you won't put proper resources into app maintenance. Buggy, slow to load and lags between screens. Most of the time, biometrics is disabled for various reasons, sometimes the app must be updated, sometimes there's no apparent reason. But I see a steady decline in this app and I'm tired of dealing with it.

Regions is a great bank, and the app makes deposits and checking the balance so simple. The only problem I occasionally have is that a store debit is counted in my balance, then suddenly disappears, so my balance appears higher than what it actually is. Thus the risk of being overdrawn with an overdraft fee. It doesn't happen real often, but it's happened more than a few times in the last couple years.

Used to work great, but I can no longer login. I've spoken with IT both from Regions and my phone carrier and nothing has changed. Checked the app settings, made all permissions available, did everything I know to do and still nothing. This is ridiculous. *update* It's been over a month now since I've been able to access my account from the app. Finally just deleted it.

Great for the simple banking I do! IDK if it's separate from Regions, but Zelle is so slow it's a nightmare. I decided to try it again a couple years later, so I sent a friend $5 to test the system. It said 5 days for them to even receive the money! SENDING money should be instant (like it is on other apps), and then the receiver gets to decide if they want to pay the small fee for instant access, or if they want to wait a few days to forgo the convenience fee. CashApp/Venmo much easier.

It won't allow me to make a deposit. I keep trying but it keeps saying it can't. Old version was just fine! The new setup is too simple and boring. I hate everything about the new version. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no luck. I emailed your mobile app team about it. No need to tell what to do at this point. You guys royally effed up the updated version. Why mess with something that was working perfectly fine. All you have done is piss off a bunch of loyal regions customers.

I've had an okay experience. The old app started to not let me transfer money to my savings AT ALL. Yes thumbprint works now thank you!!!! It's just not letting me make any sort of transfer and now its saying that I don't have the accounts eligible for a transfer. I never had this issue when I first downloaded the app. Right before the change I started having this issue. I could o ly transfer from savings and not to it. Now I can't do anything at all.

THE MOST faulty app I have EVER used! Every time there is an "update" I am never able to open the app. I have a Galaxy S8 and I can't even get to the log in screen. It isn't compatible with my Amazon Fire tablet, and I was never able to open it on my old iPhone either. WORST BANKING APP. I love it when it works, it's very user friendly. Key Word: WHEN it works. How are you going to be a huge branch and not have a reliable banking app???? HORRENDOUS.

I have had Regions for years and have never had ANY issues with this app until recently. Now when I enter my login information, it blanks out the form and NEVER loads! Sure it is easy to use a web browser to check my balance, but it is an ABSOLUTE inconvenience not being able to make mobile deposits. I have been patiently waiting for them to send out an update to fix it, but it seems like that isn't going to happen any time soon! SUPER frustrating! Get it together Regions!

When you log in to the app with the correct username and password, absolutely nothing happens. The app freezes on the log in screen. Leave the app running in the background, and it notifies you that you have been logged out. Was I ever truly logged in to begin with? Regions has known about the issue for weeks now according to the reviewers with the same experience, but refuse to fix the issue and roll back to a working version of the app.

I like it but it's been slow to update lately. It took 3 days for it to show a bill I paid online with my card and would like it more if there was the option to see pending checks. Maybe let us take a picture of a check that we send in for a bill or enter it in as an unofficial charge until it clears. I always forget or add it up wrong when I'm tired.

This app worked flawlessly in the beginning, but has since became very time consuming. It's down slot of times when I'm trying to make a deposit and its delayed in notifications. It notifies me of transactions from the day before. It's not real time like it says. . Its frustrating to just watch the circle spin and spin for minutes to just have to back out and start again.

When they are running system maintainence, you can't log into the app or the website. I lock my cards, so trying to unlock them, to pay bills, is a pain. Now, it keeps telling me to download the latest version, even after installing and unistalling the app several times. I am very frustrated!! Other than that, the app is ok.

The app used to work. And then all of a sudden it never allowed me to login. I uninstalled the app and turned my phone off and then reinstalled the app and it still wouldn't allow me to login. I can't get to help menu. **Update** Regions contacted me and made the necessary updates to the app. Everything is working again. Change from 2 stars to 5 stars.

The prior version of the app was better. It was more accessible and laid out and provided more information on accounts. The credit card section from the mainstream is misleading to how much is actually available. Would love to see both the available amount and the balance at the same time like before. The layout for cashback rewards was a major improvement though. Didnt have to shuffle through pages and get reset to page one everytime you checked an offer out.

The mobile deposit is horrible! I understand that the app/automated system may not be able to read some hand writings on checks, but I have used other banks where if the app was unable to read it, it placed the pictures "in review" and had a person look at it to verify. With this one, if the system can not read it, it only allows you to retake the picture over and over multiple times with no success. This happens on almost all checks I try to deposit.

I regularly use numerous bank apps, and make a habit of trying out new and interesting banks. This app is by far the worst that I've ever had the displeasure of using. Constant issues. It is also the only bank I've ever seen not care about uptime, they will consistently take access down every night so that you can't view your account between certain times. AND take down access randomly throughout the day. At the grocery store and want to check your balance? Ha! Good luck.. and that's one issue
