Love it. I've been using over a year now and love the features and quick access. Can't think of one issue or complaint I've experienced. I love getting my paycheck early compared to my peers. Easy to transfer between checking and savings when on the go. I always like have the capability to pause the card as needed. So glad I decided to give Current a try. Will have them forever and happy to do so.

Only had it a short while, but deposits are like Chime plus with Current you can add an account for your teen to transfer money to their own card and be able to see their transactions. App itself can be a little overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, its great. Plus, the debit card doesnt look like a prepaid flimsy card. Its an actial debit w chip and you can choose between 2 options of color. Will update again in a couple months!

I've been looking for a decent online bank for a while now, I think I have about 7 new debit cards which I will be throwing away because Current has just about everything I've been looking for! It has so many great features and it's easy to use. Only thing is, I wish you could earn points making online purchases as well as in store. Especially with COVID, I think probably everyone does more online than in store shopping. I know I do. But overall this app is perfect.

pretty content, no major issues that I can say or backlash on it. I needed a checking account and I got it and it connects perfectly with my cash app and my PayPal card which are also connected. it was hard to find a combination of cards that I can move money around without having to do major bs. if you would like to connect to those two accounts I would definitely say a current account for you. and support is pretty good, they've always handled anything that I've thrown at them

I absolutely LOVE current. It gives you more options then other banking apps. Points on gas, cashing a check, direct deposit comes in a day or two earlier. It's really organized, I really love that it lets me set a goal in my "savings pod". I'm saving up for a car. I pay for my premium account which is only $5 a month. Current can offer me more when I pay a small monthly fee. I'm glad I found this app. My favorite part about joining Current is my "Virtual Card".

Very intuitive interface; simple and in the rifht place. Easy to sign up. Very good for receiving government benefits. Only have not given 5 stars because I've not yet been able to use it, until my ssdi comes. One EXCELLENT thing I forgot to mention is the ability to block certain websites from charging to it. As a victim of remote control hacking and general ID theft, this is huge for me.

So far so good, haven't had any real issues yet. Deposited a check and had some issues more on my end I think. The direct deposit works very well and the transaction time is great. Customer service also great I had an issue with a transaction and they fixed it pretty quick, before I even got on the phone with them it was fixed and I had called to double check.

I will start by saying that I really DO enjoy the card. It's nice to have my deposits come through a day or two earlier since finances have been tight. I like how clean the design is for both the card & app, and it's simple to navigate. But I think it might be best to call it quits. Last week, I was at the casino. I never withdrew money the day before, yet it kept saying that I already maxed out. Long story short, I accidentally ordered a new card. I was trying to go back, but my thumb must've hit it. Regardless, my card was deactivated. Tried Customer Service, but they told me that they couldn't cancel the card order, turn back on my physical card, and that I'd need to wait a day or so to transfer & receive my funds from a different account. They were also impatient? After replying, I'd be typing up another response when someone would ask if I was still there. I had to send quick words just so that they wouldn't end the conversation. It WAS my mistake accidentally ordering a new card, I just didn't expect such a headache of a situation to happen BECAUSE of it. I was paid back my $100 borrowed from a family member, so I still got to gamble. If I don't cancel my subscription, I'll just have to better prepare myself; I DON'T want to go through that again.

So apparently, the app doesn't allow app based phone numbers. But it lets you enter one for your information. But they recently changed it to where it won't accept that number anymore at all when i'm trying to log in. I've been locked out of my account, and talking to customer service, just to have them do nothing at all, and stop answering me completely every time. That's ridiculously poor customer service to leave someone unable to access their bsnk account completely. Still can't get in

very straightforward and easy to use banking. has everything you need up front, and the interface is beautiful and clean. however I wish there were theme options, and also other ways to divide money, especially coming from simple bank, who had the most unique system which I haven't seen anywhere else yet.. but current is the best "current" banking option I have used in a long time.

A great experince with everything within the app. I was able to verfiy my information to send funds in and out; it is an easy way to upload money in stores with the barcode. It has great rewards, such as discounts and you can transfer money to friends and family who also has an current account with ease. Well worth the fees. Great service, overall. A great way to save, also enjoy. Customer service is great. They instantly solved my needs.

I had no problems with the app or the account at first. Then, I upgraded to premium. I never recieved the card I was paying for and every time I reached out to support, all they had to say was that i shouldve definitely recieved the card by that point. I waited for two separate cards after having to reorder it after it never showed up. No real help whatsoever. Just the same response every time. If you choose to use this app, I would stay basic.

I selected a free account during sign up, except I was immediately issued a premium card and signed up for premium checking. Don't link your bank during sign up as you may be charged for the wrong account type! Edit: Support did indeed help me get my plan changed quickly, but the screen for selecting different account types hides the basic plan. When you do see the basic plan, there is no possible way to select the wrong one. There was no user error on my part.

Quick transfers of automatic deposits. Easy to use app. You have the ability to enable or disable your card at any time at your convience. So you dont have any unexpected charges that you didnt make on your account. The app is easy to use and its fast. You can literally go in the app and enable your card while standing in front of the cashier without a wait. You can then disable it right away if thats what you choose. My direct deposit is always early. I really like this app and Current Card.

this is it chief. as far as online/mobile banking goes, this one is the best (trust me I've dabbled in just about all of them). no pressure from Choice to do anything, no monthly fees for standard checking and one savings pod, no overdraft, no hidden fees at all. & if you decide you want all the benefits, it's only 4.99 a month. it's really great, I mean that. thanks devs

I have been using Current since 2020 and I actually love the premium. Before the premium cost was confiscated, it was definitely a shock that the price was so low and there was no interest on the charge. I also love the overdraft program, too, very useful on emergencies. The points system is great too because who turns down free money! Overall, great mobile services and navigation of the app!

I've been using Current for about a year now and I am still really enjoying it! The app is well-designed and easy to navigate. Plus, their actual banking services and debit card are top notch with a great rewards program. I have yet to have an issue! Plus, the feature to block entire brands from charging your card is something I didn't know I wanted until I used Current! Highly recommend.

I get that as a newer bank there are going to be bugs. What I find frustrating is not having my questions answered (usually outright ignored) and constantly being told to reinstall the app to make it work (spoiler: it never worked). Their customer service was prompt and seemed nice, but also severely under trained—when I decided to close the account I was told I could not do it through the app, but I could use email or chat (which is through the app). There are not enough characters to finish.
