Great features to help you budget and save. Edit: Why do I have to click on my savings pot twice to open it. When I click on it the first time it opens "Savings and Investments" screen.

Ever since the latest update, I need to restart my phone whenever I want to access the app because it doesn't let me log in. Scans fingerprint but then doesn't unlock. This is a very heavy inconvenience when trying to make a payment. Although I am not a big fan of the new interface, I guess I could get used to it, but please make the app function again!! Will change rating once the problem is fixed but currently this is ridiculous. EDIT: The issue appears to have been resolved

A simply excellent bank. the only thing I would like to see added is a way to deposit cheques via the app. right now the only option is post. I know they're rare now but it's something easily doable. Halifax has an option to photograph both sides of the cheque and it deposits in app a few days later. Do something like this and honestly, despite me being a generally blunt and picky reviewer... I'd say monzo would be literally perfect. please look in to it Monzo ✌️😎💜

A formerly fantastic app that i would gladly suggest to anyone. With the home screen changes the app has only become more uncomfortable and difficult to use. With the forcing certain things to the home screen i find the app all but unusable for how i process my information It went from Perfect to Garbage with those changes and I'll now start looking for a replacement

Issues with verification through the app so got manually verified.. which was done extremely quickly (almost like they couldn't wait to have some extra data to hold on to) but they still haven't processed that manual verification on their syetem and I still don't have an account almost 2 weeks later. And Customer service just keep saying they will do it as quickly as they can. With an appallingly short, uninformative scripted email. Horrendous experience so far.

Have been a user for 6+ years and mostly used it for internet shopping, in bars, and abroad for its exchange rates. It's a fairweather bank though and I would not recommend it as your main bank, as customer "service" is awful: It feels like you're talking to a pack of partying teenagers who reluctantly answer you like they're talking to friends on social media. Lots of emojis and canned text, constantly changing customer reps, and messages at 10+ minute intervals, without actually helping.

MISSING TRANSACTION!! Customer service is really bad! I have a transaction missing for a few days now but there is absolutely no help being provided to resolve this issue. I tried the chat feature which was impossible to find in the first place. After chatting with the person, they were not able to help so they said they would escalate the issue to another team and within the next working day I would be contacted. But it seems to be stuck at that for a couple of days now.

Very good Banking App, Been using it since it launched and have watched it grow, very intuitive and user friendly and the instant notifications make it very good. I have used many online banking apps but found Monzo to be one of the best when it comes to spending money abroad because of the excellent rates it offers and it does not charge for taking cash out in foreign countries. I just would like the developers to stop changing the format of the app so much..Don't fix what's not broke!

The new home screen is hard to navigate and takes twice as long to see any overviews. Gone from a clean UI to a clustered mess. Edit: They found a way to it even more complex to transfer money out after redesigning again. Was two stars now down to one star.

I used to love this bank and the app. However, they've redesigned it & squashed everything together into streams with an eyesore of a banner. Now my personal account stuff is mixed in with my joint account stuff. I've sorted it as best I can but it's still a nightmare to view and try understand what's going on in my different accounts & their savings pots. Unfortunately I've got a lot of locked pots so I'm stuck with the app for a year, but as soon as that's finished I'm leaving.

Dropped from 5 down to 3 stars, as I have been having a nightmare trying to contact support. There is absolutely no way to contact the disputes team about an in progress dispute. You get reassigned to the disputes team queue on multiple occasions by the support staff, to get a single useless blanket response and returned to the main support queue. Every time I respond to a question, a new member of staff picks up the chat, so no-one really knows what's going on.

I have no problem with this app but I've bought a new phone and I'm not getting any notifications sent through. Which is frustrating considering I need the notification to allow me register and access the app. Amazing. 3 stars because of this. Chat support has been next to useless, hope this changes.

Recent updates absolutely ruining app experience. A clear difference the last few months where the app has gone downhill. So much pointless friction is being added someone needs to ask themselves some hard questions. Useful step buttons were removed which simplified moving full pot balances, extra UI layer added when transferring between pots with no purpose, amount shown in savings pot is being cropped off, new "spotlight" showing all cards is useless extra UI layer. Hyperjar soon.

Absolutely hate the new layout, why would they change it?? It looked great before now you have a home screen and then you have to click into the old menu so you've just added more. At least give us a choice whether we want the home screen or not. Really good bank, especially for first time card users but this new design is a joke.

I could get used to the new layout, but the spotlight feature at top doesn't make much sense. The older progress bar was much more intuitive. I know I can still see it by tapping the accounts card, but still that's an extra click. I hope it gets refined, or even go back to the older view.

Function over form! no one likes the new UX layout it takes a lot more time to find things and it's so confusing to navigate! I have provided feedback in the app. Please consider changing this back through monzo labs. I use monzo for mainly budgeting, saving, sending and paying my bills! I check the app daily. This is taking 5 steps back! It's too frustrating why fix what's not broken?

I opened an account, but I couldn't receive the card before I moved. I tried to reorder the card, but it didn't allow me to change the delivery address to my current one. What's more interesting is that there is no way to contact their customer service to report this problem, unless I can activate my first card. There is also no way for me to cancel and re-apply the account. Worst experience you can ever have.

Super easy to use with convenient features like savings pots. I was a bit concerned when I first started using Monzo about there being no physical bank to go into for help if anything goes wrong, but the staff are always prompt and helpful if you have any issues!
