You can install Samsung Internet Beta along with the Samsung Internet stable version.

Samsung Internet provides the best web browsing experience for you with Video Assistant, Dark Mode, Customize menu, Extensions such as Translator, and by protecting your privacy with Secret mode, Smart Anti-Tracking and Smart Protection.

* Increased number of days of History saved
Increased the number of days of History saved, which was up to 60 days, to 90 days

* Support of URL auto-complete in address bar
When entering a URL in the address bar, the URL is completed automatically based on the History

Samsung Internet helps you protect your security and privacy while browsing the Internet.

* Smart Anti-Tracking
Intelligently identify domains which have cross-site tracking ability and block storage (cookie) access.

* Protected Browsing
We will warn you before you can view known malicious sites to prevent you from visiting web sites which may try to steal your data.

* Content Blockers
Samsung Internet for Android allows 3rd party apps to provide filters for content blocking, making browsing safer and more streamlined.

To improve usability, A/B testing may be conducted on Samsung Internet v21.0 or later.
Information collected through A/B testing is data that can determine the usage rate of features, excluding users’ personal information.

The new update looks good, feels faster, and with the renewal of the video assistant feature and the quick settings customization, it really feels like a full-on desktop experience. Keep it up! Edit: The latest update added support for more third party add-ons, a nice touch to an awesome experience. Edit 2: With new security features that disable tracking, an option to delete all Samsung-stored data, speedier launches and more useful features the browser is becoming better and better 😀👍👌.

The 1 tap bookmarks menu becomes 2 taps. For me, dipping in and out of bookmarks is my browsing experience. Bookmarks, link. Bookmarks, link. It might seem like nothing much, but those 2 taps will turn a fluid browsing experience into a bumpy one. Chrome has the same 2 taps, but I'm able to synchronise that browser with my PC. So sadly, after 8 years of using the Samsung Browser, I'm forced to uninstall for the first time. Thank you for 8 good years. :)

1. Can you please make the "Close all tabs" more easily accessible. We don't have to tap the three dots to access it all the time. Who say we can't have the "turn on secret mode", "New tab" and "Close all tabs" on one line. The words can be replaced with symbols. 2. When the tabs icon is viewed on "View as list" mode, the tabs are arranged all the way on top making it difficult to access using large screen. This should be arranged bottom-up for easy access and one hand operation. Thanks guys.

it gives the best experience on a mobile device. very fast and websites load correctly. A must try for those who do a lot of web browsing on their mobiles. One handed operation is best in the market. since tabs are at the bottom, browsing with multiple tabs on tall devices is very comfortable, this was my reason to switch from chrome and I am happy to do so, :)

1 gave only 3 stars for a reason. 1st star is for design (One UI is great), 2nd is for thorough night mode (turns every website background to black when activated), and 3rd is for the small convenience feature (back to top, drag down to reload, download to sdcard, quick access). The minus 2 stars is for the bugs it's so annoying. When i play music while browsing and then inside the site there's an autoplay video, the music will stop and close itself. This isn't an issue on the non beta version.

This is my favourite browser. However, the reason for knocking off one star is the buggy nature of the infinity scroll. The problem is that most times when I scroll up to use the tool bars nothing shows up. I always had to scroll all the way up to the beginning of the page which can be very annoying for long Web pages. Fix this and the app gets 5 stars.

I really like the new position of the search bar, but there's one BIG problem, when you are going to search something, the bar goes to the top of the screen, and this doesn't really matter since you can write anyways, but the problem is that if you wanna paste a link or some text, you need to move your finger to the top of the screen, and for a browser that is really optimized for one-hand experience, that is extremely annoying. I hope the devs get to read this

This is a great app, from ad-block, to being able to see open tabs spread out like a pc, to the amazing video assistant that makes viewing things with a wider aspect ratio much easier on todays smartphones. Although, it lacks some needed features, such as having an option if you want to be able to continue have tabs running in the background while browsing others (galaxy s, and note lineups are more than capable of doing that). Another needed thing is the being able to see full links spread out

Can't see the URL since both the text and font is white. Firefox account sync does not seem to be working, I'm not receiving the verification email for some reason. Long pressing the menu button instead of having it's own button to access bookmarks send unintuitive. Apart from that, actual browser performance is very good and fast, and content blockers are working great.

Used to be fast and slick, but after latest update it is slow and sticky - and on a Samsung phone too. Freezes for short periods when scrolling, bringing up keyboard, etc. Totally frustrating! This has been going on since the beginning of August with no improvement noted. I'm getting to the stage where I'm seriously thinking of replacing it. A real shame because it used to one of the best ergonomically...

You need to add an option on settings where the user can add their search engine of choice. I cannot use Startpage as my default search engine on this browser. Thus, I cannot use it. Which is a pity, because no other browser has a night mode as good as this one's (provided they even have one, which is pretty rare already) and the one handed UI is a long overdue essential addition to smartphones these days, which won't stop getting bigger year after year. TLDR: Custom search engine, please. You also have a very annoying notification button that partially covers the page. I find that button completely useless and unnecessary. What's the point of having it? You either enable or disable notifications once. Maybe later on, you decide to disable it. But it is not something that you are doing every single time you visit the webpage. Thus, having the button always there telling me that notifications are disabled for that page is pointless. You want a notification button, that's fine, but hide it somewhere instead of having it cover the content of the page I want to see.

I really like the app. The idea of everything being at the bottom of the screen and the built in dark mode are great(just like in One UI). The secret mode works great with all of it's features (No tracking, no browsing history, etc.). The only issue is that the app is telling me that "AdBlock Plus for Samsung internet" isn't working properly. I'm not sure if this is real or not or if the problem is from the browser or the Ad blocker but I'm pretty happy with this browser.

I usually never have any issues with this version, however for the last several days it's been crashing. Are you guys doing system updates?

Expecting that in window video player and useful features, full screen video player zoom, floating menus, etc, once unavailable, reasons unknown, will return in the factory default browser. A fix much appreciated, no explanation or apology necessary. Thanks in advance for bringing this function back! Update 6-2-23: After last update or so, attempting to open menu in right hand corner of status/tool bar, the menu marked by the 3 horizontal lines, app abruptly crashes. Needs emergency fix patch.

It was awesome until the last upgrade. Started taking pictures all the time of whatever was on the screen. Quickly uninstalling! I just updated today. Not sure when the upgrade was supposed to take place. Edit: it was my phone settings that was messed up not the update. I love Samsung internet beta! I would not trade it for anything. I absolutely hate using Chrome! I feel this is so much better!
