Edit: I was wrong, thank you for noting that. It does require allowing autoupload at the start but still uses both WiFi and mobile data even through I checked "over WiFi only" at the start screen. It remains "WiFi + mobile" at the settings. Edit: it keeps autouploading images even with autoupload disabled. I don't know what's going on.

Yandex Disk is one of the best cloud storage apps out there for me. It’s been great way to store and share my important files with friends, family, and business contacts. With Yandex Disk I have been able to easily upload photos, videos, documents and other types of data that would have otherwise take up space on my hard drive. Plus it offers generous free storage capacity so I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon!

Yandex offers a reliable package of web tools that are easy to use. I have been using Yandex disk, and email, for at least 5 years and have found them to be stable, funtional, and easy to use. They have gradually grown over other similar apps I own because of this. If only those other producer could grasp that users only really want three things in an app - well thought out and realistic funtions, ease of use, and stability, they would not end up causing so much frustration amongst their users.

Will not allow me to purchase a Yandex360 in the disk. It says it's declined and my connection to play store was disconnected. I was trying to use my play store credits.

In my opinion, the app should be called "Yandex Disk & Photos" - it has become a very good app to use as a photo gallery and esentially replaces Google Drive as well as Google Photos at the same time while offering some basic note taking options as well (a shortcut app which directs to the note section would be nice by the way) and it works great in tandem with Yandex Browser as well as Yandex Mail. Good Job!

Very good storage. Fast upload to and download from the cloud. Attractive UI. Would give 5 stars but it failed to accept the password for my account after I factory reset my phone. The process to restore my access was immensely complex and impossible to complete. I lost over 10GB of my files and data.

Brilliant Yandex.Disk cloud service app. Installing from Google comes with limitations. Install uncensored version directly from Huawei Appgallery and never to update from Playstore.

As user of dropbox for many years, now looking another counterpart and are testing different clouds such as Yandex. Just trying to test it. At first glance find a defect. When trying to upload a file, app interface show a search bar but that search bar can not navigate among folders and only search files. For example I am going to upload my file to a designated folder by searching that folder instantly, but app doesn't have such ability.

Great application. Fully compatible with Yandex Disk from my notebook. Synchronization function is pretty good. I often render my videos directly into Yandex Disk and get them downloaded and ready for sharing using my phone. Perfect plan. Thank you, developers. I have only one suggestion and it is DARK THEME. I will never leave your service if you add the dark theme.

I gradually replaced all the various cloud/drive apps for backing up my image/video media with Yandex. The free UI doesn't interrupt your experience with those intrusive ads that I've come to expect when dealing with similar services. The accompanying gallery app features powerful image editing software that I use and enjoy daily. Highly recommended!

I've been using their cheapest premium service since early 2021 as a substitute for free Google Photos unlimited backup that was sadly ended in mid 2021. It works well for me. Unlimited photos and videos worked as expected. Seems to upload the original quality, rather than compressed like what Google Photos used to do. I admit that Russian government will have easy access to my private photos and videos, but it isn't that different with American government with Google and Microsoft.

It works better than dropbox. I started using it for backup of photos and video because although this option is enabled on Dropbox, it didn't always back up immediately. I like both services and now pay for yandex too, but if starting over with cloud services, I currently tend 60/40 towards yandex over dropbox. Maybe I'll do a complete switch one day.

Works fine and its really really good in such of saving and storing files. To add, Yandex Disk its an amazing app where by you can upload and save all kind of files such as Videos, Audio music, Documents, photos and many more...it has an auto upload files option. Yandex App can also be protected by creating your own PIN so that no one can interrupt with your saved files

Never knew this existed until Google screwed things up. The experience with Yandex Disk has been seamless so far and i love how they're still giving unlimited storage for Photos. Although, i think it would be great if there's an option to create shared albums where others could upload pictures as well. Apart from that, this app is really amazing!
