What a joke....ive been trying for an hour to get on this stupid app because i have a scheduled appointment and all i get is invalid user name, invalid password, no internet, unable to connect with google at this time, try again later! Its beyond frustrating.

About to miss a second medical appointment as it has forgotten my Google linked account. Won't let me log in with it. I tried using my vsee Id too and resetting password but all shows invalid login credentials. Would avoid

I cant even log in. It keeps telling incorrect username or password. I've reset the password twice. I try to sign up with a different email and it says no internet connection. Very disappointed with this.

Can't log in. Changed password 3 times. This is not helpful to patients or providers. I use this for my therapy appointments and have one tomorrow. What am I supposed to do now? Get it together. I have used it before with no issues.

Request to add setting of source video camera resolution. It will help to improve video quality in low bandwidth network. i.e. My mobile has 16 MP camera, so many times images stuck in opposite party.

Very very disappointing, have e mailed several times as we are having problems, it rings but doesn't connect, at this very difficult time I would definitely expect a response as this is the ONLY means of contacting my mother.

In a world awash with video conferencing apps this one's about the worst. Choppy video, stuttering audio, whistling feedback, ... just awful on mobile and desktop.

Over a 5 week period, I only managed to sign in once from over 100 attempts. The error messages were incorrect, and when trying to sign up with a different account, this also did not work

Not loading on either phone or laptop. No customer support at all. Very needed service that is not available in the time of crisis. Please fix ASAP. I am a psychotherapist (paid $300 for access to the platform) and need to provide service to my patients.

It won't let me sign up. Keeps saying there is no internet connection when there is. I have an app't coming up & I can't even get into the stupid app. I have a solid internet connection! Fix this now! What a joke!

Poor program. As a patient it is very difficult to add contacts. As a practitioner, I would never use this for my patients. It lacks the reliability and ease I require.

Regularly crashes for me. I've been assuming they're over subscribed due to pandemic but hard to say. It's not a very good app and often difficult to log on.

Great video chat alternative to the main players and with privacy and security. Adding a new person to a call could be much easier and a dark mode would be useful.

The worst ever... It drops chats always reloading others sound like robots and contantly freezing time lags so your missing half the convo. This simply is the worst app ive ever used. If i didnt have to use it for my classes id get rid of it asap.

I use this with Therapists because it's HIPPA compliant. Which I'm glad for. However it barely works. On one appointment the therapist had such a bad connection that her video relooped like a Ghost show horror movie. Please have your developer's consistently work on this app. Zoom works SO MUCH BETTER, if only it was HIPPA compliant....🙁

Worked once then errors about incorrect user name or password. Reset the password, same error. No way to fix. Uninstalled, provider is finding a different app to use because all patients are running into the same error.

Worked ok a week ago for an appointment with my provider. Today it won't let me log in. I go to the website to try to find suppory and there really isn't any. Thankfully people are leaving reviews on the Play store this morning who are having the same problem otherwise I would have thought I was the only one. So I thought I'd add my issues in so others will know since it was difficult to find the info. Why use it so hard to find a support link or chat for patients on app or the website?
