My experience. It says it's simple and easy to use. This has been the most difficult, frustrating experience I've ever had! I'm just trying to buy crypto and I run into problems at every turn! Then I get to the Bank Frick (swift) page and thats as far as I can go. No click-buttons...so where do I go from here?! And the support is mostly robots I believe! I've been trying to move my money for over a week now and I just can't do it!! Are other Canadians running into problems too?

Kraken done went completely downhill because I use to love kraken now I hate it because for one we can only add one card a month now for two they give the same 72 hour hold with every single purchase now which is very ridiculous but you lost a loyal customer here because of those things please bring the old Kraken back!

You waste a lot of time in reviewing someone's account that doesn't even waist time for other platforms to review. You said u review account in 20 minutes while it takes you weeks to do some. I rate u 3 stars based on the love I have for the app. When I start to make use it, I will know whether I will complete it 5 stars or not. I want to see that thing that is more exceptional on this app as I start to make use of it. And hope it has third party usage like the ones I'm already using.

I make a correction. It's a complete scam. Sign-in gets blocked, and you get told they are closing your account and "They cannot tell you the reason why" No replys. They just steal your money.

Had an issue with a buy and made contact to a team member to resolve by email.. Cannot fault Kraken, fantastic communications keeping you in the picture all the way until resolved.. Super simple platform but still keeping the professional structure of the complexities that security of crypto needs... 👍

When I wanted to purchase XRP this was the only place to buy it at the time the application process was simple and verification was almost immediate.... I very seldom give anything 5 stars but this app has a lot of potential.... I am also wondering if implementing a staking feature for bitcoin or eth was on the proverbial dev. table for future updates?

It works great. Customer support is top notch. Sucks they can't accept 3rd party deposits but it's all good.

Withdrawal after purchase of assets are not the best on this platform, withdrawal fee is not either suitable as they are deducted from the sent amount and from balance. I have already your as i faced to anotuer on withdrawal in btc. I had around 3k in usdt, and withdrawn all my and closed my account.

I used kracken for less than 2 weeks. They warned me in 72 hours they would close my account. Without word or discussion about why. I spoke to multiple agents all they says is they can't disclose any info. It's complete BS since my account is secured in my name. Horrible company don't waste your time and money with them

Kraken has a simple but secure verification system. The interface is hard to learn at first(Loading card etc) Once understood it works really well. Easy to transact and move items to my metamask and buying other Crypto

0 stars, literally does not function. Won't accept bank info, won't allow purchases. And customer service would literally rather block your phone number than even attempt to address the issue. Awful app, complete scam, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great customer service and very user friendly UI but they don't even have an option to automatically DCA from a bank account or debit card. This is completely unacceptable. Seriously though how the F do you not have an option to automate a DCA? Gosh I don't freaking get it with these US exchanges it's frigging maddening.

I love it all it's so easy to use but I would love it more if you added GRC (global reserve currency) which is a crypto backed by gold and each time someone buys into it they buy more gold

As a newbie in Crypto investment, i just started using Kraken and it's awesome and user-friendly. But Gosh! the conversion charges are to high for petty investors and beginners like me. I just wish it can be reduced significantly or abolished completely. Thanks.
