The app is very easy to use, but the prices of the crypto tokens are not updated in realtime, so the prices of the crypto tokens are lagging behind the real spot price of the market making the app unreliable for accurate and up to date pricing and price alerts.

I subscribed for the pro version some weeks ago, despite being useful to have on hand generic info on Your portfolio, it completely lacks its main purpose Which should be tracking portfolio PNL. It gives incorrect avg buy Price with almost any automatic import from any Exchange except binance. Problably setting all the transactions manually would give correct results, but it's a pain that i was thinking to avoid by paying premium Price for an app... an Excel file would have been better and free

Always works, been using it for some time now, just by connecting every day I got to unlock lifetime premium for free and I might get a discount on a vpn next with the login rewards, good analytics and portfolio.

Coin Blocklist doesn't work for top list/watchlist/portfolio app widget. My top list has always shown 'JDB' coin in position 2 which is actually where ETH should be. Update: Support helped me resolve my issue. I've revised my score up from 3 > 5

API connections work well, customer service responds quickly both via email and chat. Pro version seems a bit pricey and the key feature gain/loo overview is not very intuitive when you switch between different time frames.

Support doesn't allow unstaking, when asking them how they play games like they don't understand full question, especially about adding more money for fees and taxes! My advice use Blockchain, Binance.us, Trust Wallet, Robinhood App, and Coinbase on PC and Laptop?!!!!!

Recent update has made it very very difficult to use. Especially to edit holdings in a coin in the portfolio section. It's a shame as I thought this was one of the better trackers.

AGAIN it does not state that in the front end. All it says is refer a friend and get sparks. That is all it doesn't say must connect this and that. I did contact your support, and they said the same thing about the article. it doesn't say that on the front end. DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT GAINING SPARK POINTS IF YOU REFER FRIENDS. AND DONT PAY OUT THEY GET FREE ADVERTISING FROM YOU AND THE TRACKER IS VERY INACCURATE WHEN LOOKING AT PROFIT LOSS

it's great for keeping track of my holdings in various places but there could be some improvements. such as: More accurate representation and ranking of asset market cap (HEX for example) The P&L calc is always way off most of the time, especially those that are staked. it seems to be unaware of where the tokens are when staking so it puts your P&L and holdings figures all over the place. the transaction fees in the swap are a bit annoying but not extortionate. seems like a bit cheeky.

Despite not using CoinStats for a year, my subscription auto-renewed. Upon realizing this (the same day), I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told they couldn't cancel it. I asked for a refund, but they refused, citing a no-refund policy. It's incredibly disappointing to see a company prioritize $120 from a subscription over their reputation and customer satisfaction. This ordeal has left me questioning the company's trustworthiness and commitment to their customers.

I like the idea and the free P/L watch. But it doesn't really work. The customer support is good but it crashes whenever I try to send photos for them to help me. I'm scared to reinstall because I don't want to have to re-input all my data that takes like an hour to input

Whereas has the app used to be The quickest and simplest way to check prices and take a glance at a chart, it now is a bloated mess, full of advertisements and requiring too many steps to see prices and charts. Uninstalling this bloated junk for something simple. EDIT: If the new homepage was an improvement, "Switch to Old Homepage" wouldn't be included -- think about it :)

I've tried quite a few portfolio tracking apps... This is the best by far, especially considering what's avail for free. Sync all your various exchange accounts/wallets & track profit/loss in multiple ways. Glad it's avail on computer as well as phone. The best feature is the ability to switch between USD/BTC/ETH as a base pair thereby knowing which to use to buy/sell for most profit. No app has everything & each has strengths & weaknesses. This app, in combo w/ trading view, can really help.

Syncing is great. Probably the easiest on the market. But if connecting existing exchanges and wallets with historical transactions (in my case more than 1k), your total and historical P&L will not calculate correctly. Apparently this is a known issue they have not yet solved. Huge issue for me as I still need to keep a separate Excel spreadsheet for cost basis. Brutal. Otherwise the app is pretty good. Decent UX, news and data.

App is great. I was using Delta before but if you move an asset out of a wallet it counts the whole thing as a loss and very hard to keep track of. This app is super helpful figuring what you are actually up and down. Only recommendation is to be about to automatically update CDC. It's an option to buy from but not link portfolio.
