How long does it take for money to be transfered? Ive used this several times and this time when I used it the same way to pay for something it still hasnt hit the purchased account after 2 days. Its bad enough it takes almost a week for the app to allow us to use the money but now my money just disappeared after the transaction!

I've been using the app for a while now. I go in and am signed out. Multiple attempts to log in and it 'doesn't recognize ize the device' despite being in use for months. Attempted to reset password and still can't get it. Now I can't do anything with my account and have no access to my investments. Annoyed!

Great to have choice in crypto. Horrible in charges to buy and worse to sell. Charged nearly $20 to sell just over $1000 in one transaction. Can't sell some without waiting days for them to be installed, something I didn't ask for, and am sure Coinbase will take a good commission for each sell! Save your money and frustration for a free platform.

Wants you bank username and password... also won't let you send bitcoin out but you can receive it. Not to mention it'll randomly freeze, won't load the chats and you'll have to restart. That might fix it but it doesn't always. I just want my money out of this trash app. It was OK when I started using it but it's just gone down hill.

After the last update, have been locked out from the app and can't log back in even after completing all the steps on the web browsers, resetting password, clearing all data and uninstalling the app. Confidence in the app has dwindled. It works on the web browsers but the app behaves like it never received the authorisation to login. Why does it have to go to the web browser on sign-in? an API connection via the app should be sufficient and less buggy.

This'll blow your mind. Do not do auto pay whatever you do! I had reoccurring payment set on several different coins and one of them for $5 did not go through because I closed that account. Now remember this is not me owing money . I was sending $5 to this company every week and one of the payments to that company didn't go through so they suspended my whole account until the payment cleared. I was and am dumbfounded. 8 days now . Uninstalled, canceling all orders

Useless app as cant login on Android phone. Seems like a scam as I havent been able to log in since I put some money. Waste of time. Thankfully I only transfered a tiny amount to test how it works for a week. So glad I did. Will move to some other exchange. Regretting uploading my ID and personal details as it will probably get sold by these scammers.

Been locked out of my web3 wallet for over three months! Have called customer service four different times. The only person that gave me any sort of answer told me that it was nothing I was doing wrong everything was correct it had to be something on coinbases end. However when I looked y'all have closed the case as resolved and Im still locked out of my account. If this is not resolved soon, I will be calling the SEC and I will refer them to all these bad reviews!

Can't verify my identity - notification is taking uop half the window and I can't close it, and no option to actually take photo of my ID when it's in the window, and it doesn't recognise that my ID is in the window... So looks like in 16 days I'll be locked out of the app. Fuming.

Worst experience i've had with an finance app so far, last few months I haven't been able to withdraw any currency and lately when I open the app the screen just goes black and stays that way. Given the fact that the app rating is continuing droping and the developers seem to not care about it's starting to feel like a massive scam.

I'm signed in the app and everytime I try to buy crypto, it opens a web browser where it asks me to login. I enter my credentials and then I can't click on the signin button as it stays greyed out. Nothing I can do about it. Trying to access the web site instead of the app always open the app (since it is installed) and brings me to that same loop over and over again. Guess I'll be using another exchange for my crypto investment from now on.

The older version worked great and was very straightforward. Since the update pages don't load, the site is very slow, bugs everywhere. Bring back the old version, I'm sure this is having adverse effects on your app regards user number and activity. Cannot log in using the app anymore, it shows the same error forever... This is happening for few months now. I reinstalled it and same error... Not sure what happened to this app, before it worked perfectly. Now, I can't even use it 😑 can you please check with your Dev team and ask them to fix the version? Thanks!

Hard to scroll in advanced trading screen as there is a banner at the top four lines of writing regarding risk etc, that you cannot dismiss, and four lines of writing above the buy/sell buttons, make these removable as it is hard to scroll as the chart is scrollable within itself. I know new regulations require this information but surely you can find a solution that doesn't make your app unusable in the process. Maybe have a pop up banner that once read and acknowledged never appears again.

It won't even let me take a picture of my passport to authenticate my account. There is no icon to take the picture once the passport is in place. Edit: after checking online it appears you can only do verification on the website and not through the app. Problem resolved.

The previous version works well... Having not used it for awhile, was asked to update the application. Updated to the latest available version, now unable to login. This really sucks !!! Uninstalled... Re-installed... Deleted the entire folder and tried again and again several times without any success !!! Please fix this darn problem....

Constant login issues, constantly deletes login information and personal information, and just now when I went to sell all of a particular coin it somehow changed on its own at the last second to 1 coin only making me go back and I had to pay 2 fees to sell my coins. I'm done with this subpar app, the errors I've endured over the past few years should be criminal.
